Moraine, as far as I can see only the last one you've levelled up goes to sleep. I don't know what will happen if you level up 3 and then want to level up the 4th one - perhaps you can't.

 

Thanks both Mir and shimmer. It does sound like I can "get away with" doing just 3 animals then. I aim for the stars - literally, need 58 and the rainforest is mine

 

Thank Mir85 for Pointing out my Error as I misread the FAQ, Now removed that posting to avoid confusion to others.

Now I am clear that we have to Reach to Level 8 on Three of The Animals and Level 1 on Four Animal to get Rascals for Cloud Row and Givers.

Currently there seem to be some Few Bugs with Event Donations for Animals. Also an updated has been places that we no longer need to donate Persian Buttercups, Lotus Flower, Meadow Grass and Orange Tulip.

I will just Focus Growing Lollipops and Balloon Blooms for Now. Until The Favourites are asking for Glitter Poppy or Gingerbread Briar.

I am Certain that Poo/Manure Prices will go sky high with this Event. As we do have Green Meadow and Rain Forest to do Poo Farming.

We shall see if this Event Should be set to Hard rather than Medium.

Guess we will be happily clicking through this one ... NOT! I have some vouchers saved for events on the main farms but not that many and I did buy the harvester last time round so this event should be okay for Illy and Chevrefeuille but I don't use vouchers on baby farm (unless really, really, really necessary - like when I am on my hols!) as I mainly have trees and a few animals out. So harvester is more than sufficient for those and if I have haven't got it, I just leave it!

I am really in two minds about this event as I am not sure how many harvests I can do - working weekend - but I am growing the 4 hour crop while I am here and overnight I will probably do the longer ones. Such a waste of growing time but I can't think of any other way to supplement my lack of event crop growing time lol!

I have left my trees out on the Meadow and the Rainforest but if I fall short of the "random" normal stuff, I can always clear them ... but I don't want to!

I must admit that I thought very seriously of letting this one go but I really want that CR. I didn't worry much about BEP/TEP before but since they added new runes, and I still need to open some of them to finish FSQs, I am craving that BEP/TEP. Know you don't really (normally) want it Nellie ... so are you going for it?

 

I just Progressed to Level 3 Monkey But it Looked me out, Although i got enough Barn Crops to Donate for it Even the Favourite One

It Appears those to working on Three Animals to Level 8 and 4TH Animal to Level 1 to Get those Rascals, will have to Progress Down using all Four Animals is a Balanced Level Process. So it going to take longer to get All those needed Rascals. It Seem if you choose to stick to only 3 Animals to Level 8. As you Progress you might Encountered what i have encountered that i cannot progress the Animal of my choosing until i have progress the same level of Remaining Animals....if seems this is only way to progress to level all Four Animals in an Even Balance ??

Sorry it a a Bummer to some of you. But At least we know how to do this Event Now. As it might also seem to be we need to Alternate Growing an Event Balance of Event Crops. To Suffice to be able to progress on those that are not locked out. ??

 

Not quite. You need to alternate two animals to progress. A recently completed animal gets discombobulated, so feed another to activate it again.
Thus you can go to L12 on only two animals if you have what they want, by feeding them in alternate fashion (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2), not continuously (1,1,1,1,2,2,2,2)...

Wasn't going to do this event ...BUT ...when i looked at how many crops i had already grown yesterday ...might as well do some of it and see how far i can get

yes, they keep falling asleep. You need to feed another animal. I think it's BP not wanting us to have a favourite, keep it equal and fair

 

Am I correct to think that if you advance three animals to the end you will not be able to take the remaining one as well. Because if it falls asleep you won't have another to rescue it.
Which is very stupid in my view, if it's supposed to work that way...

No, it wasn't.
The question is; if three animals reach final level and the other is at L1, how do you get it to L4, for instance as you won't have another to alternate with, to get it out of sleep.
Now, what is the answer???

Bhodho, I did see Mod Answer to Shimmer Question if Three of Animal is at Level 12. Since Cannot level the same Animal Twice. This Applies to 4th Animal which also can get to Level 12 to Complete the Whole Event.

As you said we can Focus on Two Animals to Level 12, Simply by Alternating Them. Then we can start to work on other two Animals to Level 12. This Strategy is The Longest Way to Activate All 16 Rascals to get Cloud Row and Givers. This is one of Strategy to do this Event to work on Two Animals to Level 12 then move onto other two Animals to Level 12.

You Can Work on Three Animals to Level 8, Then do 4th Animal to Level 1. But there is Difference of 7 Levels Between 3 Animals and 4th Animal. We have to be Careful here. As we need to try get 4th Animal on Even Keel at Same Level with other Three Animals. As we will not be able to Level up 4th Animal more than one level in one go. We would be Stuck.

Therefore when Three Animals is at Level 8 and Four Animal at Level 1. Then you have to Alternate the Remaining Three Animals to Level 12. Only one of these at a time, But have to Alternate it with Levelling the 4th Animal.

Goat Level 9, Monkey Level 2
Pig Level 9, Monkey Level 3

So what you are basically saying Mooboy is... that you don't complete all of the levels until you have worked on them all ....and then you can go back and complete them all ...because they are all open?

Well I won't try to get the event items twice I will only aim to get and complete the cloud row.
So now I have to decide which 3 rascals should reach level 8. Which do you think I should avoid?
