Rascal Ride Strategy

Still a bit confused and managed the usual mistake on Chevrefeuille - happily donating and ... all greyed out! Left myself short of seeds to plant again! DOH! Never mind. On Chevrefeuille I have two at level 3 and two at level 4. This farm, although I managed to keep enough seeds back, has two at level 6 and two at level 1 - go figure!

I have no idea if I will make it but at least I am following some sort of strategy - growing what I am being asked for next ... that's the key isn't it? If not, send out that Search and Rescue Moraine!

 

Strategy now is to buy those animals and selected tree fruit.

Come on out of those barns with those animals! Buying all goats for 10 ccs!

I'll even take a duck if ya throw in a sheep.

Dogs and hogs and rabbits if ya throw in two chickens.

Fish and cows and horsies and beavers and donkeys .... ya know you're a junks grower!

Ya da need um .............just yet ........ hahahahahaha

I have 2 at level 9, 1 at level 5, and 1 at level 4. I think I am on the right track

 

Strategy change ........ sell 7 lettuce ....... buy any long-time

10-11 lettuce for a chicken
need um to come on out with those breeding animals ..... if they have any

 

Now need 3 more levels on the pig ...one on the sheep....9 on the monkey and 3 on the goat and seem to have accumulated 3 rascals SO looks like i will be getting the cloud row haven't got anymore room on ship wreck until i open the last part of it... am happy now with what it gives me... so changing it would be foolish

Most i get from my wheel is yet more ep ...very seldom see machinery coupons and it's not much different from eating cake with Fuzzy...which becomes a little boring after years of the same thing


These levels i am needing poppy and ginger bread ...have got 2 fields planted with LOLIPOP and one field Ginger briar STUPID STUPID STUPID ...hits head on desk and makes her way to the scream room

I been Broke Mentor on Unofficial Capacity for Ages, Yonks, Lifetime lol. Still working my way up to Level 3 Mentor, only thing my Chickadees do often let me down, Sometimes have Good Chickadees

I too had 100% Harvester on Farm Wheel but did not get it, Well Done to Brookeham and Spotbox. It a shame cannot make most of 100% Harvester Spotbox, when RL Gets in the way.

Now just two more Level of Each Animal for Event Crops. I have Surplus Event Crops as wait for Animals asking for it. So i can complete this Event ASAP.

It is not a Hard Event for me as I thought it would be with 53 Hours Remaining of this Event.

But it is well worth working towards 2nd Set of Givers, Though as they are the Highest EP/TEP Givers Yet so Far in this Game. Need to do small reshuffle on my Shipwreck for them

 

50 hours left for the event to finish, little more than 2 days I now try to get 3 of the rascals to level 4 and I am half way there
Has anyone finished?

Just noticed that some (I did, anyhow) may have read past the little box that simplifies the whole event if you just want the cloud row and the items for it:

4 Rascals reach level 1 = 1 Ride 'Em, Cowboy!

3 Rascals reach level 2 = 1 Loli Box
3 " " " 4 = 1 Balloon Express (worth doing the whole monkey levels to get the extra one)
3 " " " 6 = 1 Lullaby Star
3 " " " 8 = 1 Event Cloud Row

Ugh!! Internet outage for most of the day yesterday Managed to get in only 2 harvests. But up in the early morning hours trying to make up some time and....CR row up and running

Should get CR today, had a bad start as on holiday with all the family last week when event started. Going to carry on with goat and sheep to see how far I can get, maybe!

 

I have the following status at the moment:
Goat working on level 9
Pig working on level 6
Sheep working on level 8
monkey working on level 7
only two rascals to get the CR.... the first ever in my gaming...so exited. I then just have to open the magic stalk

I will only grow glitter and gingerbreads until the end, as these are the ones, which are in all 4 rascals. even when they are not their favorites. Makes it easier to manage.

I am too trying to level up 3 in mentor. Same case with me. Most of the time communication & gifting is always on my side. Some do send me gifts but they are the ordinary ones. But I do not care nowadays. All I want from them is that they level up. It helps the mentor. But that's not happening too. Many don't come back to the game.

Thanks for the advice about second set EP Givers. If possible I will go for them.

BillyWhiskers has the cloud row and pnp should have it by bedtime. I would love to be able to reach level 11 on the monkey for the Baha stables but we'll see...Lands not devoted to the event crops are being used to replace what was asked of my barn stock. There is not much variety being asked for and always in the same quantities. For me, had I not had good inventory to begin with, CAC, harvester and the time available to harvest as needed, I would not have been able to get far in this event. Should I have not even begun? Perhaps....but too far in to quit now. Thankfully we didn't have to worry about drops as I have had to grow event crops overnight in order to get to this point. Medium event? I don't think so but I don't know how they determine the rating.

 

I am starting to wonder if i put comfort fields and nuking them over night would help with getting more crops...i need all the 4 crops needed on the levels that i am on

 

Got 2 at level 7 and 2 at level 6. I'm sure I'll finish in time. The best bit - I made 33 Million cc's from selling crops.

I hope you all complete the quest in time.

 

I was thinking that inbetween as well, but decided against it, as I think I wouldn't gain a lot.
4 times growing time and you need 2x2 fields, as it is not possible to set 1x1 comfort fields.
Advantage: 1 seed saved at seeding time and with CAC 17 crops instead of 16 at harvesting time. Disadvantage: the shortest growing time of event crops with water only would be at around 12 hours.

I will set my longest event crop at around midnight, so it will be ready around 5:50 or so. I would only loose 1:30 h until I get up again and can harvest/resow.

But you have to decide for yourself, what long a nightbreak you have.

Have just done 2 fields of comfort and each field will give 21 crops per comfort square
Both fields have 39 comfort squares the rest are in 1x1 .... have nuked them with water ...manure... super grow and suzy...and CAC..
Left one field in 1x1... so i have something to do while waiting for them
ones timed at 5:41 the other is 7:05
So i shall be up all night ...tucking myself in...that is if i can keep awake

Haballa states in a post that Ballon Express is the only decent extra EP giver to get.

Could anyone explain why? I find that the 1x1 giver "Lullable star" is by far the best bang for the buck. The best we've ever had in fact. Or am I completely out on a cykling tour?
