A bit mixed feeling about this one
    Pros:
    • no drops
    • Limited amount of fields
    • overnight event crop
    • A bit different
    • good EP givers ?? At least what's other say, haven't done the math myself
    • Time seem to be good.
    Cons:
    • One event crop too many.
    • A bit confusing at first
    • A bit though for us that has zero in our barns (could be just me)
    • I would have liked it if the cacs were rewarded on the lower levels. It wasn't like there was a lot of them, so it wouldn't hurt. For those of us that can't make it ourself, it would be a nice treat and for some an eye opener to the usefulness of the pantry items.
    • Didn't ask for all the event crop, but had to grow it anyway.
    • Grew a lot of crop I wouldn't have grown, just in case it was asked for.
All in all I think I ended up with a : yeah, nice one. Could be I am slightly biased as very tired from waking up at 5 am to harvest (which wasn't ready until an hour later anyway...) and see my personal goal within the reach.

I liked this event. The best part was that there were options for each level. You could, if you wished, grow what fit your schedule and most of the time, that would work. I loved the no drop part, and I thought that only having three fields for event crops made it obvious that you were expected to have to grow some of the other stuff. I like that - it wasn't a "grow and throw" event as much as many of them are. A bit confusing, yes. But, I remember when the FAQ never came out until the event started, and as such there was whining that there was no way to prepare - so I prefer the chance to think it's confusing and then be pleasantly surprised, to the first morning scramble.

Very pretty crop graphics, and the carousel is adorable. I thought the requirements were just a little steep for the prizes offered - but not hugely so. Overall, a positive event :)

I noticed that last 2 events (including this one) have very LONG RESET TIME (magic stalk row) --- 120 hrs!!! It is not worth to get it when it takes 5 days to reset it!

i agree 120 hrs is a bit much not worth it ! this event was not worth me tearing up my farm either. so i didnt :D:D:D

Ï very much like the mechanics of this event. Although to fully enjoy it I would need it to run for about 3 weeks with my casual play style. As it is, out of 48 possible levels I now have finished 9. Might get to 12 - one forth - by the time it finishes. Think this event is not medium difficulty, but super hard. :) Rewards not thrilling. Went for stars, but it looks I'll only reach to the ones on level 3. I was thinking that this could very well be a permanent quest of some sort instead of timed event. :) Anyways, this one goes, next one is soon to come. So far I've enjoyed every event in my four or so months of playing, although not sure if I ever finished any of them. :) Thanks Farmerama people. :)

106,750 Tropical eps and 35,000 eps, even at 120 hours was too good to miss. :)I found the game interesting. I made at least a 1000 of each crop and hovered my mouse over the steps to see which crop was best. I didn't use any pacifiers and just did the 8 levels needed to to get the cloud row.
Any enterprising farmer could have made a fortune selling crops, I know I did. :D 33 million ccs.

    :)I liked
    • no drops
    • only 3 fields to grow, so less clicking
    • a lot of options for what to donate
    • we were able to get the completed Cloud row without having to finish all the event
    • cool grafics
    :(I disliked
    • 4 event crops but only a few lands to plant
    • not being able to know what the next level will require, so not able to prepare and know which event grow to grow
    • not enough time to finish the whole event, because of not knowing exactly all the requirements

I got a late start on this event, so wasn't able to completely finish, but I think it would have been totally doable had I not had RL obligations. As it was I was still able to get the CR and givers on both my farms, which pleases me, as I find the TEP very appealing (even at 120 hours reset time), since I am shy of golden bananas right now.:p I adored the carousel and the overall graphics - they were beautifully done. Not a complaint; I would have loved to see a carousel giver, it was so lovely.:inlove: Count me in the crowd who appreciated a break from drops, and add not having to interrupt regular milling as a bonus with this one. Would have been nice to have 4 fields for 4 crops, but not enough of an inconvenience to keep me from liking the event overall.

There were two things I disliked, one of which was the gross disparity in the event crops called for. I had an overwhelming amount of lollipops, the longest growing crop, needed, sometimes on 3 out of 4 rascals at the same timeo_O, while others got primarily requests for glitter poppy (which I had almost no need for). If we have to grow so many crops on limited fields, please don't rig the mechanics so only one crop gets the majority of the call. The other thing I didn't like was the pacifier feature. I have no problem with BP selling advantages, I realize that while this is a free game for us to play, the business still needs to make money to keep it that way. However, 12 BB was a bit steep to save only one step per rascal round.

Overall, I liked this event, and wouldn't mind seeing this type game again. Considering the last few "medium" events were exceptionally difficult, I didn't think this one was either too easy or too hard. For the first time in a while, I feel I can say, well done!:)

    I quote spotsbox.
I did like and enjoy this event, I was able to get what I wanted even if I started it late.
I like the graphic and the mechanism and the prizes.
The only thing I did not like was the rascal falling asleep when treated, I would have preferred to finish a rascal and then pass to another and so on. But not a big trouble after all.
    Thumbs up! :)

Very frustrating event, not knowing what we would need next. I could have completely finished if I had known. As it was got to level 11 monkey but didn't have enough carrots, lettuce or potatoes.
Have just finished event, went and bought carrots and it let me donate. Did I misread the finishing time?

Hated it. nothing worked right, harvest a field go elsewhere come back just to have the field half cleared, having to do it all again wasting time. Just to get to the end and be unable to play, game froze, then to get a finishing board with no buttons just the animals on the ride, a complete waste of my farm time let alone crops.
At least I don't have to say another bigfish issue this one was all bigpoint.

    5. It was another different type of event that adds a little interest to it.

    Dislikes:

    1. Different harvesting times for crops needed to complete event requirement. I don't like that you have to play multiple times throughout the day to get the items/crops to complete the events. Sometimes I would like to just log in and plant crops and then harvest at end of day or next day and still be able to finish events.

    2. Tearing up my fields to partake in events. I know that in real life animals should not be warehoused and that fields should be rotated but this is a game and I would like to place my fields in the order I want them and then change them when I get a new item (tree, workshop, pen or upgrade to one of them). It would be nice to have a new field that is for events only.

    3. Randomness of requirements: I have more than one farm and they required different crops to complete levels. I think in order to be fair that it should have been the same. One furnished lots of lettuce while the other had a crop that takes 1-2 to harvest. While there was a different quantity it was easier to furnish the lettuce, wheat and carrot requirements.

    4. My Balloon Express harvests in 24 hours if placed in the park but 120 if on the Cloud Row? I think they should take the same amount of time regardless of whether they are placed in Cloud Row, Park or Shipwreck Bay.
I would like to be able to use the park and Shipwreck Bay to decorate instead of using them for EP's. The problem with this is that sometimes I don't get the Cloud Row so they are placed there to help in leveling up.

This is one I did real quick (less than 5 minutes) in the Magical Glade as an example: http://pho.to/AFW2g. I sure that given more time and with some more items offered for decorations that Farmerama players could make some interesting areas and some "themed" ones for special events or holidays. At one time this was probably the intent but then we needed a place to put our EP's and since everyone wanted to "level up" the park wasn't used for this except by a select few.

I think it would be an improvement if the Event Cloud Rows were given at the first level of the event instead of towards the end and if they would give EP's even if the Cloud Row was not complete (something extra if whole row done).

I have read most of the comments above and it seems about fifty/fifty for and against this event. I felt the pain of not knowing how many of each crops I needed, but I got used to planting carrots or sugarcane, while I donated and checked which crop to grow. This meant I had to think instead of having someone on this thread, working everything out for me.... all part of this new challenge! And by watching the Merry-Go-Round in my spare time I saved paying for two sessions of Therapy !!! It was so relaxing, getting lost in the scenery (yes, I realise it was on a loop...) Drop free was a pleasant change and I eventually got over the loss of two fields.... or grew the flowers needed.
The masterstroke of this event was the twelve slots to solve each level. Six lots of two or four lots of three (or half of each) and if you wanted to pay the 12 BBs, it could be three lots of four !! I found this a remarkable way of catering for All the variety of players that play these events. (With a note that the flower levels were too high for some players who had no access to some crops needed to donate) There is a perception that you need to pay to complete these events, but that is not so if we have the time available.
I haven't decided how I feel about the 120 hours for the cloud row to mature. All I will say is that it is different, and time will tell whether or not this is a good thing.

All in all, I enjoyed this event and look forward to this style being repeated. Score: 8/10.

    8) Liked the graphics...did not like losing growing fields!! Their loss cost me the CR. Now have all the givers and no cloud row. Though I had the time available, I didn't have the growing space.
Our growing space , animal and crops, is already too limited...why give a hard, multiple crop-growing event...and then take away our growing space???

Didn't like the fact that we didn't have all the fields to grow on.... with the amount of crops we had to grow
This is the first event i haven't been able to complete for a very long time

I got the cloud row ...which i didn't really want ... because it gave me yet MORE tep and ep .. which most of my clouds give and get most days from the wheel and fuzzy.... it becomes a little bit boring after a while
And at level 94 there isn't anything to aim for ...to make me want to level up and I certainly didn't want more tools ...have enough in my inventory
I am not buying the menagerie etc etc etc ...as i don't see them being of any benefit to the game ...so i wont be using tools for that

Didn't like the event....Far to much work for too little rewards ...the rewards seem to be the same in every event lately
    SO Nothing exciting

Best bit about this event ...were the graphics

I didn't think I would like this event but after getting started, and had a base of each seeds built up it wasn't too bad. Left my Rain forest as is and cleared my other fields. (I am resigned to the fact that this may be how I have to do it to finish events) Tried to replace reg crops in my meadow as they were needed. So glad we didn't have to worry about drops:p:D I don't mind the cooldown time on the CR but I think it could be something better than 10 tools....that's just 2 tools for 24 hourso_O:eek::(

The event was more difficult than I originally anticipated and some early on mistakes meant it was tough to catch up. Lessons learned. I liked there was no drop for this event and initially I didn't like that we only had 3 fields to grow 4 crops, but with my rainforest in trees, that left me growing/replacing crops on the meadow and juggling the main island. That was ok, but not knowing what was going to be required for each level made it more difficult to plan my real life around the event. My barn took a big hit on certain crops because they were asked for a lot. I thought the predetermination was going to be based on farm level, but farms that were midlevel were asked for the same amount as high level farms. The game mechanism was ok, but the high number of event crops combined with the high number of barn stock was offputting. It would have been tough enough if all fields had been available for event crops but to restrict it to three was a challenge. It took me the entire time of the event and I finished with only 1/2 hour remaining. With 574 1x1 plots available for event crops (202 main, 184 glade and 188 main island), I would have preferred the predetermined amount of crops be so that we could finish a level with one harvest, but the crops that required 450 per 3 spaces totaled 1800 crops needed for that level. Running CAC and using all 1x1's only give a net yield of 1722 requiring another round of crops to be grown forcing the choice between having uneven field harvest times or losing a large part of the day trying to get one level done for one animal. Even growing event crops overnight was not enough. I felt chained to my computer and since it took the entire time, I now have event fatigue.

I love the cloud row and the 120 hour cooldown does not bother me as its daily average is typical from what we see from other cloud rows.

The 12 BB per pacifier was just too ridiculously high to be considered for inclusion in a strategy to finish.
