No, actually, you've changed it again. The thing is, the more demands/rules you make, instead of just having a certain amounts of yellow or orange, the less we feel inclined to join.
It puts me off to be honest, the rule quoting.
I mean, you cannot delete people's posts, only moderators can. Therefor threatening to do so, ...well...
it feels like a punishment before we've even joined.
I really hope there will be a lot of players joining you, just pure on owning yellow and orange pens, and they might do, after summer holiday.
A lot of people are on holiday now, so who knows, they may join later, and it might still become a welcoming place to chat about orange pens and how to get them.
