Good idea about using Valentine's pot! I am going to do the same to save some PF and maybe use them to breed other animals.

 

Completed my donations and added more to the Global Pot.

 

been so long since we've had a global donation event, but another event asking for breeding animals
why do they always ask for the animals I'm using for other things?

 

You don't need to donate breeding animals Jools. You can finish the event by donating regular animals too. That's what I did. I did not want to waste the PFs.


We are already nearing 3/4th of the global goal. Just as habalala said may be within next few hours we will finish the global part.

We have crossed 3/4th and nearing the end. This event was not exciting like the beavers.

 

I harvested geese and had to sell the poop.

And the poop sliding index is well over 230 .

I'll believe anything...... it's fixed ..... yeah

No need to worry about the global part or the rewards. One only needs to complete the required levels.
Everyone will get it I feel certain. A little cloud row and a few stars is the pacifier for the market fiasco. It's called damage control.

 

Arielh, The numbers of animals required are not tough as you think. There are lots of time to grow and donate animals. Its the goose that is required in large numbers. Their EV is low that's why. Do the event slowly. Nothing to worry.

 

Agree One-Two. Whether or not one can produce all the base animals with no breeding really depends on whether or not one has the animal pens, the feed and the RL time to harvest.

The use of a time-saving buff can easily cause one difficulty if one does not have the feed. If purchasing goose feed then one should have ccs.

If I had to purchase the base animals then it looks like the most efficient use of ccs is to purchase fish followed by cows followed by dogs followed by geese. (Markets vary and this is based on this market up until this time.)

 

Broke....perhaps you should participate with the Kiwi's in NZ, in their "Gypsy Day"...you know go on a walk about with your cowsI bet there is something valuable to learn there that may help with your market strategies

Selling off your barn I guess you would wish to get as good a price as you can.
Carrots, Wheat and Lettuce are still somewhat high on my mkt and if you have anything left you could sell it now before price goes down.
Soybean is high too and needed in dog feed as you know - same goes for potatoes.

I am definitely going to sell every single thing. You see an issue though. The farm still has over 3/4 million of each lettuce, carrots and wheat. I was dumping it and being undercut and undercutting some more and being undercut and undercutting more and now the prices are back to those before the last event.

If I keep undercutting and this goes on and on then the prices will definitely drop to nearly nothing.

I want to have a half price sale on all tree fruit. But with about 17.4 million I can see what will happen.

Yes I want the most I can get. I want to send the people who have been so nice to me gifts and not a Wilson.

This is requiring a little more thought than I intend to give in light of all I know. If you say then I will just do.

What about soybean and potatoes? Are they good on your mkt?

Will you participate in HH if there will be a HH?

Edit: Sorghum and Blackberry are high here too - needed in goose feed. And all products usually go high during breeding events because people are doing quests to get pf. I sell them too at this time with nice profit.

Will you stop producing on your farm or continue doing that? Maybe focusing on selected items?

I think we have set a new record! It is unprecedented to complete a global event only a few hours after it started!

hmpf... this will be quite tricky for me.

I have started with almost nothing in the barn.

Now the following values in the barn
Cows 36868
dogs 50050
goose 31300
fish 47184

and no powerfeed left.
Milling a mix of the four event animals and superfeed overnight...

as soon as I have enough dogs, I have to sell the remainders to get some CC.

wish me luck that I am getting the remaining geese needed.

I would love to contribute my share on the global quest (even when not able to put in any additionals).

clonahmon, sell your basic geese and buy first level breeding geese. Then you won't need the PF.
