Look, I can appreciate keeping the game fresh and things interesting but this EXCESSIVE introduction of new items (animals & trees) needs to stop just for a little while.

Give your players a chance to catch up and build their stock. You have too many new items and it's affecting everything from: market supply and demand within reasonable affordability to what is randomly received with Wonder Stables & Trees I.E., we get more older items when Wonder items are harvested opposed to receiving any newer Wonder items. 55 Elderberry trees, 47 lemon trees, 47 Pine trees, 61 Fullmoon Maple trees. ...and the list goes on and also with Stables. Trade or gift them you say? Would you want to receive something that has absolutely no impact or function on game play... Trade them for a new Wonder item? Yeah sure, but what do you get for that new traded Wonder item, the SAME THING you just traded in..

I had 30 Wonder Trees and didn't get 1 new tree out of those. I had 20 Wonder stables, same thing, not 1 new animal. ...and it's becoming more frequent when harvesting any Wonder Item.

There are so many things that have become unbalanced in the game due to excessive animal and tree introduction, areas of the game feel/seem pointless to spend any involvement on. There is just not enough time to consider completing or participate in certain mini events or quests.

I've spent 5 years playing this game and have spent a lot real money on this game just to maintain the ability so I can attempt completing things. Its becoming difficult to justify this level of involvement, or any at all.. ...and I know I'm not the only player in this position.

There are so many unutilized items in this game as it is, you could spend a whole year making events with what already exists and you still wouldn't be able to use all of them in events or functional involvement.

Just my thoughts and concerns. Thanks :)

Well said BillyJoeBimmBob:)Thanks for sharing your thoughts;)
I have been playing for around a year. As of late, I have come to the conclusion, that if it continues in the way you have so rightly described......I will be playing less and less...then not at all....-.- I have stopped plonking real money into the game because the reward ratio is extremely unbalanced.....against the players.

Ι completely agree! We don't need new animals/trees every month! When old players can't keep up how will the newer players?:wuerg::oops:

This post made me think, and i believe many players would prefer it if the developers spent more time fixing thinks that aren't working well; e.g. the appearance of "drops" sometimes interferes with feeding/watering animals (so I have to go back and check if it was registered at all, this has even happened with the harvester), the game can sometimes be awfully slow, freezing, or not loading properly. Also, so many tree fruits and crops go completely unused, just sitting there in inventories, whereas others are needed for so many things it's hard to keep up (corn, anyone?)... Such a waste!

Introducing new animals and trees every month has no real value. After few months, the pens, trees just sleep in our inventory and creates difficulty for us to handle it. I seriously find it difficult to place the pens & trees after every event. I go crazy. After the previous event I have not organised the fields. Half of baha & some of main farm is still vacant. I feel so tired to think and place them.

It doesn't seem to matter what we say, as long as they earn money this way...

Yes but if all of us don't buy wonder trees or stables this time, that would be a way of protesting. I hope this won't reach that fast though...

Add me to those who agree. I know it's a revenue generator, but I also know of many long term players who are quitting becuase of this. I used to have four farms. Paid money on all of them. Now I pay on one. Yes I still pay on that one - but I was paying four times as much until it got like this. So yes, please, stop with the new new new. Let us enjoy the game instead of it feeling like another job.

I agree as well - too much to do and not as much fun anymore.

I would like a little break from additional stuff being added so I can enjoy the 'toys' I have now.

I agree there are plenty of rare animals. Why not recycle them in the mystery seedling/stable ? Fun for the newer players, and a chance to catch up for the others.

I've been playing for 5 years but if I had started now, I don't think I would have continued. Much too much to take in all at once. I do pay money on all five of my farms but have stopped buying wonder stables and trees as I have nowhere to put them. I agree that just managing all the stuff in storage is a big problem and as for putting the farm back together after an event, don't even go there. I did suggest a 'button' to remember our farms so we could just put everything back as before.
Perhaps any new stuff could only come into effect at level 100 and above - that would give higher level players something to aim for although having said that I am at level 98 on this farm and really don't want any new things to juggle with.
I feel I am playing catch-up with no realistic chance of ever getting there.

I don't think it's a good solution. Players have spent BBs to buy them so it would be a waste of money if they recycle couple of them to get one other(which is not always new).
This is what I am thinking exactly. And if players start the game now the only way to keep up is to pay much money. But still, it is very difficult.

Too many new animals, crops and trees and too many quests. What a chore Farmarama is becoming, more an unwanted task than the joy it used to be. :(:(

I disagree Arielh, the old stables/trees which you only can get through barter and give -event, I think those for newer players would be worth BB. Old timers might feel they rather skip it, but I think a Rerun Mystery would be a still be success. The majority of the player base has played less than a year regardless. It's mostly on the forum you get the impression of most being old-timers.

Once an item is available in G & T, it loses value very quickly. Still, bringing back old events mean that newer players get to experience the same fun older players had. Also, we have several recipes that have not yet been returned, not to mention a few pretty special cloud rows.

I think pleasing older players is just a different issue. Having so many new animals and trees is overwhelming for everyone right now, even those of us who basically have everything. I think that evidence should show this is the case. In my market, for example, I would normally expect any new animal to have jumped several times in price. Yet, the hippos are still below 5000 CC now. There are none really in the market, so its likely just that few people have the pens.

If Farmerama is intent on offering new things, they they need to be done in a different way, or this game will be come "workarama" instead of "farmerama"

I worry about the game economy with the introduction of so many new animals/trees so often. Everything is so expensive in the market but a farmer will find it very difficult to be self sufficient as it is impossible to grow all the crops, trees, animals and products to stock the barn to have for quests and events. With so many events requiring large amounts of stock, there is not enough time to build it back before the next thing comes along. I wonder when Farmerama will implode and choke itself out. Yes, some players have been here long enough to welcome new challenges, but many are overwhelmed with so much to do.
