hi..
i have this "slow game" problem many times. since these last couple weeks (that i noticed), i always have problem to load the game between 13.00-18.00 CEST. i posted some threads in tech issues, n the mods really helped big time, but it didn't solve the whole problem. it's really terrible when there's event running. in order to finish an event, i tried to live with it n find other way around : i logged in early, leave my comp idle (or do normal plant n harvest, even it's verrrry slow), then refresh or log back in after 18.00 CEST (it's after midnite in my place, n i have to sacrifice my sleeping time).
some of my neighbours also have the same problem. also in tech issues i found similar problems (but not many, makes me wonder if other players having the same problem but feel inclined to report, or they have turbo speed internet).
internet should not be a problem, as well as old computer (i remember playing this game with much slower internet n very old computer without any problem). so why n what's the problem now?
i might not be a valuable player. i don't buy my way thru to finish an event or spend RL money anymore (i did some before), but i would (again) if this game can maintain a good quality without breaking nerves.
i've been playing this game for like 5 years (?) or more. n this is the only online game i still play up till now. i've put up with any changes implemented n any ridiculous difficulty of events. but this.. i'm on the verge of quitting if this problem still persists. i can't take it anymore..

P.S. i just read the tech announcements about slow game n login issues (thxs teddy )
it's about time..

PPS- i really really love the search feature by EP amount.. it really is about time..

 

It's so sad flowers can't be traded yet. Now there is no way of getting them so they should be tradeable.

The seed sorting will be great...although I usually don't like change...so will probably keep mine the same.

What I really am enjoying and wanted to Thank the game developers on is the huge improvement of prizes from the regular prize wheel!!!! The prizes are much more current with cc's, pf and colored animals etc.!!! Thank You!!!!

 

I guess the farm wheel is only worth something to the newbies. LOL I have to say I don't care much for getting EPs off the wheel I can earn them myself by working my farm. I need real prizes: Trees, CCc, Stables, buffers, etc.
All the things the Vets here are tired of. SORRY

I don't mind spending real money. I know that the people behind it all need to make a living too. BUt I would be nice if they had something that would give us one BB at day. When we have cake with Woolie we could get (one) 1 ticket and (one) 1 BB plus what ever else he gives us.

When the Gift/Advent calendar has had all the gifts collected, please turn off the flashing/glowing. Every time I log in, it continues to glow as a reminder there is action needed to be taken, i.e. a gift to be collected. Everything is finished with the calendar but it still glows.

let me start by saying that i love this game and hope it doesn't change much.. i enjoy the farm wheel.. free prizes are always great. i wish there was more of the rare trees and stables on it. not just the party wheel, some of us rarely get a party ticket so when the rare things are put on the party wheel i, for one, don't ever get a chance at it. we can also win xxl trees with no base tree.. i have 7 xxl peach tree upgrades but i can't get trees for.
also, it would be nice if you posted quests with some of the rare stables and trees. some of the older quest offer rare animals (glowworm), but now you offer pig pen upgrades. i can make that fairly easily.. i would really like to see moose stables, otter or groundhogs for a quest prizes. and if management is worried about the market, one stable won't stop me from buying more at the market. i usually produce most of what i need on my farm and when i get enough cc i finish it with things from the market. especially if i only have one or two stables.

 

I find this game no fun anymore , the game team introduce new features all the time and I do understand that there can be times when we have teething problems, but hey, do the developers of these features not test them before they go live??? I for one only have limited time to play because of RL and am sick and tired of waiting for these issues to be resolved. I want to get on with my farm, but I can't because (for example the seed sorting) I can't plant what I want so my fields are empty

To be honest I have read loads of posts regarding the seeder issue and there has been no response whatsoever . I will probably give up this game because I have already lost the crops that I need because I can't plant them and I won't be able to log in again for another 24 hours to see whether the problem has been resolved

 

Complaint: The faq charts are not updated on a regular basis. Also when a new feature is introduced a lot of missing information is not there. i.e. If there is a new animal pen, why take the time to place information about it and not put the amount of manure produced?

I posed a question recently about manure and received a rather suprising answer. It was stated that the Faq's would be updated when someone has the time. Now I am looking at the faq's again and trying to determine which pens give the most manure, looked at several tables, some have different amounts of manure for the same pen and some do not tell you any information about the amount of manure received when the pen/stable is ready.

BP should give us the correct information in a timely manner in order for the players to play the game strategically.

 

I believe the MODS "volunteer" their time in putting together the FAQ's etc...I could be wrong and thus stand corrected!!

 

The mods ARE volunteers, and the game has gotten so complicated that it's almost impossible to keep up with everything if you have a normal life next to moderating. I think they do a great job considering they ARE all volunteers. I agree that BP is the one that should provide proper info, but if they don't then the mods have just as much trouble as us players to figure it all out.

 

Again I am very disappointed with the Baby Boom event , for example I bred brown pigs and got wooly pigs, so no skips at all , same with cows, chameleons, fish, donkey, goat... the list is not exhausted
