I know, I am a bit off topic (Sorry for that, but I am so exited!)

I just got two refinements on roses... EP increase and time decrease...great.
My first refinements ever. I will plant them tonight in the hope to get a few more drops then tomorrow morning

If I have calculated correctly, one more chive harvest after my current one is finished to complete the crops. And 110 drops to go!
Would love to be finished tonight, but it may take one more overnight crop.

Congrats to all who have finished or are approaching completion! Those still working - persevere, there is plenty of time left!

 

I'm still working on the farms. Drops are no worry as pnp has all drops (1018 ) and just needs to finish a couple more rounds of crops. This was a no hurry event and I was able to leave out essential items for other farming goals. Will finish either tonight or tomorrow on all farms. For my neighbors and friends, please send drops to those still working or in need (SOS thread), but as always, thank you so much for your thoughtfulness

 

Grew no carrots. I'm sold out and on to something else. Now I buy lettuce-carrots and make a quick buck off someone's hard work and I can watch a movie.

Over 800,000 lettuce now sold out and will buy some lettuce-lettuce.
More to this than lettuce and carrots..... hahaha When would BP like to call for items where carrots and lettuce are hidden ingredients?

Doing this is as simple as an event. RL quite often will not permit active event participation. I gladly listen to what all are saying and it is so very helpful.

For instance, I hear all the talk about the pf rewards.......hahahaha .....many don't have a carrot and I know they don't have the animals ......what would you like to breed?

 

About the next event - Recyclomat - Even though the event starts on 31st we will be getting drops from 28th of August onwards from 14 hrs.

 

got my drops and need only 1 harvest and maybe an extra field of chive. Then I'm done. To bad I can't use the ones in my garden. Oh, it's garlic chive (white flowers) maybe that's why.

 

Despite fighting connection problems and only having one harvest yesterday, I'm on track to finish crops today (chives are done, just need a few more harvests of basil) and drops look good too. Event's taking a little longer for me, since not getting as many harvests per day as I normally would, but on the other hand, we went creek fishing and I caught a 5 lb. brown trout. So no complaints in this camp, lol.

 

This is definitely not the time to grow carrots or lettuce. All that is doing is keeping up with the game and the idea is to stay ahead of the the game.

The crop growers are wildly growing and wildly listing and it makes no sense to grow. Listing in ones is a sure way to tell I'm buying for the quick buck.

• I keep buying the ridiculously low offers they were set up to make and then:

There is an October event to get prepared for. There is an event that is being set up to take place in either late December or early January from what I can tell.

Get out of that rat race with producing and growing on the spur of the moment. Just buy from the market rats as they have no idea where they are going and run from crop to crop to animal to.......hahahahahaha ,,,,,the clouds. Really I would be shooting myself in the foot by growing carrots and lettuce now.....

Growing carrots are great for a player joining the game a week ago. Only a mirage for long time players.

 

I like growing carrots both in game and in RL. The entire fun aspect for me is to grow. Buying and selling in the market is dull and a game killer for me. So is HH unless HH has changed much in the recent years. Viva la difference

I am as many others just waiting for the drops. This was a nice and easy event. My farm has been turned back to quest-mode

Nellie, we'll start getting drops on the 28th of Nublon batteries for the Recyclomat event, which starts on the 31st. If I remember correctly, the drops come from everything, trees, crops, and pens. We're getting drops before the event starts, which may or may not require event crops. It's a good thing. *hands over bottle of aspirin for head banging headache*

No problem, I've got them on hand for all the head banging I've been doing trying to keep my connection working.

 

All crops done here and should have the drops finished by tomorrow, which isn't bad since I don't harvest my rainforest. Growing carrots and lettuce between harvests has proved to be nice and profitable.

One more harvest of all four fields (roses and other crops) and a new sowing of roses (refined) before I go to bed.
