    Thank you very much Nellie,
I already get baskets as gifts from very kind farmers :):):)
And with the refined roses it is getting a bit better with the drops.

Thank you all for all the support flying in from all directions :)

Harvesting and reseeding done for today.

Wishing you all a good nights sleep / a successful day

    Happy Farming

Update from the land of the cacti

The insanity truly took hold of me. Actually, maybe I got the farm balance right this time... sorta. I have only two fields and a little of a third in crops, everything else is in animals or fruit. I've also had the luck of a lot of mechanization time... alas that ends tomorrow morning.
As a possible result my drops are reasonable. I think I have 250 or so to go, and that's about right.
My main problem this time is stupidity. I should get the rest of the basil grown today. Had I had the brains to use my chutney correctly first thing in the morning, I'd have about 1000-1500 more chives than I currently do, and I would not be fretting much at all. Alas, my brain keeps forgetting.
So tomorrow and Sunday I must be in and out quite a lot with various tasks. I hope to get several rounds of chives in, but I am probably going to be short. Mechanization coupons can't be gifted, can they?

o_OSorry for the problems gaura, hope you will get everything you need finished. The harvester coupons can't be gifted - which is a pity. Do you need more CAC?
Just waiting on the last crop of chives now; have all the drops plus some extra! :) Congrats to those finished!

This farm strategically grows and produces what I choose and when. Producing and growing when I can have others do it for me is challenging. No worry about those who do not know what they are doing in the market. That can be dull at times too.

Must defend HH serious participants and TOP 1000 Competitors. If one has no hope in competing then I suppose it is dull. Some have a chance to be qualified and others have no hope in even comprehending the final competition. I assure you that those preparing are growing carrots and they know what to do with the proceeds.

Preparation by those in this forum is now as boring as growing carrots for them. And many growing carrots will never ever be contenders.

I choose to cheer on the HH Top 1000 Competitors in this forum until the very end ... all of them. Some will choose to triumphantly appear soon .... They are a different breed and completing a basic event is merely a given. Be assured that the ones you will see have solid farms and class, all of them!

    ------
Have 530 drops with no effort. RL has not cooperated at all. Maybe next event.

Finished the event yesterday ...today i have 245 baskets in my barn ...it's sad that we cannot give these to people that need them :(
And over did the crops ... have got 1365 chives and 2172 basil Left
Did I tell you maths wasn't my strongest subject xD

    Good Morning Everybody.
Got 62 baskets with my four fields in the morning. Just 307 needed to finish all steps or 207 to get all CR items leaving the first task uncompleted.
I am sure, I can do it, as I have all the long timers out so could be that I am getting another 60 drops over the course of the day (hopefully).
Sometimes I am struggling with my decisions, what to grow and what will give the best drop rate. 3 elephant habitats on baha, some XXL trees and the rest on baha with comfort fields/supergrow.

Somehow I lost track with growing event plants so I have too many now (even if I would donate to the first task to complete that).
Not a prob at all, as I would get a few CC and EP for the leftovers.

I just wanted to say thank you to everybody who is supporting us newer farmers with hints and tips and tricks and gifts!!
Without these great people some tasks wouldn't be possible to fulfil for newer farmers like me. So a huge THANK YOU!!!

Congratulations to all, who have finished and keep up with the event to those, who haven't finished yet. You can do it! I am sure!
The Goal is in reach now :)

    Thank you to everybody!!

    Happy Farming

    Finished today morning.

Sold all my carrots yesterday night and went to sleep. I even bought 100 carrots & sold them. Today morning I almost finished lettuce too. But my habit overcame me and trying to buy & sell :p

Have everything but a few Opal Basil (growing now) left to finish. I didn't tear apart my farm and have more drops than I need. Will need to replace carrots and lettuce but can do that between harvests of other crops. Now to get ready for the next rumors. :)

    EDIT:
All done, even the "sticker". Would have been done sooner but was helping Mom process 15 pints of Pickled Beets.

Back in the days my Bella-B farm had a seriously good chance. It's just not exciting for me. Events and quest on the other hand gives me a purpose to farm. And that is one of the things I love with this game, there are different ways of approaching and defining goals.

I really enjoyed the laidback casual pace of this event. It was relaxing, but then I had ripped out everything for it. If I hadn't I think it still was doable within the time frame.Real Life would have probably stopped me from finishing a more challenging one

I think I would have loved it if there was a team challenge aspect to the events. Maybe if nothing else just a team where you could share event stuff (crop/drop) without being part of the daily gifts.

If it's to any comfort Nellie, I tend to grow too much event crop too - and I'm good at math xD

:inlove: Happy to have finished last night! How nice to get up this morning and grow a few carrots for CC while getting breakfast ready. Glad to see an event that has most people happy, finishing without stress and making some CC on the side!

    Happy Farming everyone!:D

Try the Grapevine thread, clonahmon;). Usually pretty good at giving an accurate picture of what's going to be needed in the near future, tho the upcoming events are still a bit murky.

Finished on spots, just waiting on a handful more drops on bearbabe, and only to finish silver and gold on level 1 (no drops needed, my friends and neighbors are free to send to others who are still working:)). CR up and running on both farms, and have spent the last 4 hours growing carrots and lettuce to the point I can't stand the sight of them:wuerg:xD. But, my stocks are back where I want them, so now can grow a few other things while CAC's still going.:music:

Hope its not just toucans and tortoise ...have run out of food for Toucans and it takes hours to mill more and it's far to expensive in the market to buy
And have only got 6 tortoise habitats ... cannot buy them at the store and cannot build them ...can't remember where i got these 6 from o_O...wonder stables i think and have given those up as a waste of BB's;)
