Remember in a week there is an event where reptiles, birds and arthropods will be required.
Choose wisely what you want to sell.
Do not sell bees, chameleons nor geese at all, unless you are broke (double meaning) . The event baskets show these animals

I might sell some other birds (ostrich, ducks..) if the prizes get really really high

 

I'm knocking the animal section out first, before I talk myself out of doing it. I didn't think to keep up with the ep/cc rewards until
level 6 but here's what I've (level 97) donated so far:
7 peacocks
48 pigs = 40 SG
6 donkeys
6 donkeys
7 beavers= 5 party tickets
8 ostrich= 78, 000 cc 32500 ep
8 ostrich= 91, 000 cc 37, 800 ep
12 fish= 110, 700 cc 46, 100 ep +CR item
48 pigs= 124,700 cc 51, 960 ep

Back to growing reeds, so I can finish this section and move on to the friendlier ones. Good luck all~

For the record: We have a Samsung Tablet. Not an iphone or ipad. I have no idea if that makes a big difference in the mechanics of it all, but I do know the "i" stuff is Mac and our tablet is Microsoft. So....

Our phone rings. It is touch tone tough and sits on the wall between the dinning room and kitchen. Alas, we have no cell phones.

 

I have a Samsung Galaxy tablet...which is full of baby Hazel and thomas the tank games.....they let me put 2 games on

I have both Puffin and Photon browsers on it ...but so far have only used the photon browser...which works fine
and an htc phone...haven't got a browser on that yet

Wow that's a lot of pigs NOTHING in this event is worth that amount of animals ...for the hours of work we put in to earn them.... 15:30 to produce one peacock with an EV of 340 ....and that's without feeding them

Would like to meet the person that does these numbers and give them a piece of my mind ... the piece that doesn't do maths

48 pigs, followed by 48 pigs and then 31 cows . And then it asked for 7 peacocks of which I have none - getting those out overnight then!

 

I have been out most of the day, Have been in Check with this Event using my Puffin Browser on my Android Phone, Which i have been using for several years so handy to have when i am not at home. Especially when i am doing Events.

I Changed my Strategy to Grow Reeds only in my Rain Forest and All my Fields only Over Night. As I Try to grow as many Lotus Flowers, Meadowsweet or Chamomile Crops during the day as i making a killing selling High Level Crops during this Event.

I am very Surprise to be able to sell Peacocks at Last for very good price for several years in region of 12000 CC + as i got several Thousands of them in Stock. As there is no demand for peacocks for some time so might as well sell as many as i can

I am Please to here that we will be getting good EP and CC from this Event possibly get as much as 3 Million Plus CC from this Event we cannot complain about that. It is very Durable to grow All Reed and Grow All High Level Crops needed in First Column (Egypt), Rome Middle Column is the Cheapest Column to Complete. But Middle Ages Column is getting more expensive to complete as prices of Animals is Climbing as they take much longer to Grow to Donate. Not to mention increase in feed costs too !! I am at half way mark for Total Amounts of Reeds needed to complete this event

It Helps to have list of What Amounts of Crops and Animals donations are required I need to Work around the downtime it needed to do some Maintenance work so my crops is ready to harvest when system has been fixed

 

That would be Android (and not windows - if it was windows flash wouldn't be an issue) Puffin and Nellies (forgot the name of her excellent solution, sorry) suggestions both should work just fine for you Sir Pippin.

@Moraine Thanks to you as well. I had no idea the Samsung was an Android. I thought they were just phones. See, learned something new! I've been looking at both Puffin & Photon. Will chose a poison soon.



Event update - Despite some misgivings concerning completion, The wife has talked me into soldiering on. Indeed, she seems to have a point. A day and a half into the event and the first building lacks by three squares being done. Of course, had I not ventured off into the other two buildings by two squares each the first one would be done. Lesson learned, hopefully not forgotten as well.
In spite of having lost the Baha field for event crop growing, I seem to be keeping up with crop need. The only thing holding me back is the Stones, but I get enough to do a step or two each harvest so not worried yet. All in all the event seems to be shaping up just fine.

and one task was paid in to fast to remember what it was.

 

Crops are all grown......now to just get those many drops still needed

Middle East - Step 11 - limestone required is reduced from 45 to 40.

I still need one harvest for the middle. But I am just using 2 fields. Have to have the winged friends on the glade and are for sure not chopping down my rain forest.
Got my harvester coupon. And now I will see how much I will still do. Reached my goal.

All crops are ready, first 2 buildings finished Now just waiting on drops to start handing over my poor animals.

Just over have the Crops we need and 630 Drops today i can harvest twice more tommorrow 2times and then i should have enough
Crops rest of the drops am not worried about it so tommorrow after second harvest i will deliver as far as i can and the rest when de Drops appear

Since the second " Tempel event " doesnt need Crops or Drops makes both events a bit more simple

Dienstag, I babysit my grand daughter Thurs and Fri (this week Wed is added too) so I wanted to get all the crops done. For some reason I keep getting side-tracked and don't harvest like I should Even though she is 4, my time is not idle with her Let's not forget the 3 dogs who also want my attention broke, I know!!! Scared to tally that all up

Am on the last square of Rome ...so far what i have had to give ...has been reasonable ...BUT they are hitting me hard for the event crop (which i don't mind )...cannot grow them fast enough

Would have started a thread for return to the temple ...but don't know how to do this

 

Rome is now completed!! Who said Rome wasn't built in a day? Mine only took minutes Now onto the Middle Ages and I will be done
