Quick update, thanks to the very generous farmers on this forum I am now only 74 drops away from finishing!! I am so grateful to all the many wonderful farmers that pitched in to help me get this far. Thank you for the great advice Meba. I have very few trade-able high end items for the givers so I decided to complete the givers first, but I just have the last two steps for the cloud row and I will be all done. For those still working on it, honeydew melons and good old carnations provided the most drops for me.

I know I can, I think I can, I should be able to.... do it all, including the cloudrow. after the cows I only had beavers, suspecting it's a timber company sponsoring the Time travel adventure. So I let the FOCD get the better of me.

Edit: Done. All that's left is a ton of reeds, to place the CR deco and one single limestone

Yea Moraine!!! I knew you could do it! :)

Ok so here's what my dumb butt did-I still needed 55 drops so I harvested and didn't check to see how many more I needed I just thought....yep I need more so I planted and the crop I planted was longer than the time we had left in the event lol
so I said ok I'll use the rest of my super grow and be done with it. I didn't have enough super grow for the entire field...ok so I paid 20 bbs for 50 more super grow forgetting there was a super grow salegoing on and I could of got 65 super grow for same price!!! But the worst part is... when I looked I only needed 10 more drops! I could have BOUGHT the drops for same price as the super grow!:cry::cry:
Blonde, oh blonde, its so true about blondes LOLOL
I need to finish this event before I do anymore stupid stuff :sleepy:

To those who have finished Well done! To those who are close, keep after it as the end is near!8)

This morning the wife announced she was done. She had finished and had the Cloud Row up and running and was going to take a break. YAY! I thought to myself. That means I'm just a harvest away from being finished myself. So I waited for the harvest and when it came, proceeded with full confidence that soon I too would be sporting a new Cloud Row.

So I reaped said harvest and proceeded to the last building only to find I was two Stones short. Two lime stones... Two!! Anyway, that wasn't too bad as I had another harvest due in a little over two hours. Sooo... after another wait I finally finished my last building. the Cloud Row is now up and I too can take a break.
    :D

Finally, I'm finished. Didn't think I would get there, sold pineapple cakes and bought as much as possible. Now I'm going back for a last look, the quest is beautiful, especially the last building with the cute little sheep hanging around after all their hard work.:inlove: I hope someone gets a screenshot and posts it. Thank you all for the great help and ideas, going to get Puffin next. :)

I finished with about an hour to spare; no small feat as I was without my home computer for four days (no modem). Had to to into work early, stay in for lunch and leave late in order to set up a few crops during that problem. :wuerg: Finally got the modem, but then got no sleep last night - spent the whole time planting and harvesting - but I triumphed!:D Glad to see others persevered and finished as well.:)

Congratulations to everyone who worked on this event.

Most of all, thank you very much. You all help me very much.

This farm has frequently bought and sold in the market. I do review comments often and listen to your feelings described. During this event I paid attention to crops, animals and the tree fruit asked for as well as the quantities. This may not seem like much but what you share is definitely considered in making listings. That in itself gives a competitive edge and results in sales.

    Thanks again!
