Wild About Animals Event Strategy

This one looks pretty straight forward, if a little expensive in the PF department.

If I have this correct, there are three categories and we must collect Badges for each category:

Arthropod (Bees, Firelflies {Glowworms?}, Butterflies, Spiders)

Requirement: 110 Arthropod Badges/220 PF

Bees are the only breeding Arthropods, 440 Bees will be required to get adequate Badges plus enough animals/breeding animals to fulfill the quest.

Reptiles (Chameleon, Tortoise, Anaconda)

Requirement: 85 Reptile Badges/170 PF

Chameleons are the only breeding Arthropods, 340 Chameleons will be required to get adequate Badges plus enough animals/breeding animals to fulfill the quest.

Birds (Chicken*, Duck*, Ostrich*, Turkey*, Parrot, Peacock, Owl, Swan, Pigeon, Stork, Eagle, Crow*, Cuckoo*, Rooster, Kiwi, Kingfisher, Goose*, Toucan, Flamingo)

Requirement: 140 Bird Badges/280 PF

All Birds marked with * can be bred so we have a big choice of what and how many to breed but the number of Birds required to be bred is 560 plus the animals/breeding animals to fulfill the quest.

Personally, I have enough animals for the breeding, lacking a little PF for main farms and only have about half the requirement on baby farm but I will go as far as I can on this one - love events with no crops and drops!

Please feel free to correct any mistakes I have made with the numbers - not my strong point!

And I'm all ready to grow junks! How many do we need? I can do it!

 

So total is 670 PF.
If we get 1 extra badge every 3-4 breeding , we'll be using around 500 PF. Still a lot for many farms

There's 3 * 10 PF as a reward in the quests.

As we need the badges badly, I suggest to donate lvl 1 and lvl 2 breeds mainly, on occasion a lvl 3 or lvl 4 breed for the birds may come in handy as well. To help you make your choice on what to donate, here are the barn values for the breeding animals you'll need the most. Enjoy your own math!

Important note:
All animals listed in each category (see catergory listings in FAQ) can be donated. No need to stick to the the ones mentioned above.

 

I just set up my motels ready with the 85 batches of Chameleons and 47 batches of Bees - wish I had read the FAQs properly first, maybe I would have set up differently but at least I should get all of the Reptile Badges lol!

I will wait till a BB starts or until the end of the event if that doesn't happen (please, please, please, let there be a BB tomorrow at the start of the event, it would be soooo cool! ).

 

habalala Cassowary value 21.000 i looked it up i dont have them either

i do have enough animals to breed PF almost but the main problem in this event seems me to be the badges

but of course i will be present this event cause i want the Crab pool and the new workshops plus upgrades
i want it all i want them with BBD

 

Thanks illy for the numbers....Wow that's a lot of PF, but I love the new pens, bring on BBD
I'll be breeding base bees, chameleons, and cuckoos and hoping for those wonderful skips

 

I think I am just going to try to make it to level 6 on each
then if I have any power feed remaining I'll go for the red pens~

I'm not too eager for this event. Add the fact I don't have the Toucan open in the temple.....

 

You don't need the Toucan to do the event - though I can see that it wouldn't be that thrilling to win a Production workshop that you can't feed! Still, if you do win it, you will have something to look forward to when you open Toucans!

Mind you, the two new Production Pens will stay in the barn until I have more Toucans/Tortoises to feed them. Three per feed!

 

Both BBD and PF sale are announced in the Mini Events. Both begin at the start of the event but will last only for 8 hours.

In other words: be there or miss out.

Most lilely there will be another BBD/PF sale during the weekend.

 

Not asking for much are they Might just sit this one out ...Hate baby doomer
