Congrats @Cassie101!! Are those Howie Donut corners I see behind those power drills?

I'm up to 4 power drills now

 

I have a Howie Donut in that field but I think it's the corner of an Owl.

Someone else may have posted this already, but after consideration, I am going to try 2 strategies with my 2 manufacturies.

On the mainland, I will put chickens, alternating with longer running pens when I cannot come back quickly (at night, for example). On Baharama, I plan to put my longest pens (have to check on what that will be).

Basically, I am trying to employ 2 general drop strategies. One is to harvest frequently (ie -- smaller plots), the other is to use the longest running items possible.

I will do this for some time and try to see if there is any comparison. If anyone else does anything similar, let me know and we can combine our totals. In this case, it will take a LOOONG time to accumulate enough "samples" to show anything. We need a few thousand harvests to get any realistic data.

I had none last week, but looked yesterday and now have 4.

Someone at BP HQ must have finally remembered to turn the drop rate switch on!

 

I have just received my twentieth drill, which has meant I was able to upgrade both my main farm menageries (2 x 6), and one manufactory (eight)
What worries me now is that I have not received any wooden mallets in that time, so will they become the limiting factor?

Hi david several crops have refinements for wooden mallets - that helps a lot.

Iris for instance has refinements for both wooden mallet and super grow. If you are willing to use some super grow you can then get lots of wooden mallets. I have used instans iris to get extra drops for this event and also got many wooden mallets. Because of these refinements I have used wooden mallets in the FSQ for the storehouses, the mallets have a very high EV

 

Shhhhh...... Not so loud. They might take them back again.

Have you tried doing the quest for blue prints ?

I dwindled my 55 millions to 6 millions. Invested them. Made some more millions and used them up too.

 

Just got PD number 6 just to more for my first upgrade Manufactory first later the menagerie

hoerahhoerah today got PD number 8 so i upgraded my first Factory
Factory ,s i will do first then the Menagerie animal production i keep up with pink and neon stables
Workshops i still only have one but i keep working to get more

Obtaining Wooden Mallets Through Harvesting Normal Farms is very rare indeed.

But you can get Wooden Mallets very Easy by working on Refinements on Cauliflower or Iris as Both have Refinements to Boost Drop Rate of Getting Wooden Mallets by 1000%.

Those who have Arboretum or Menagerie or Manufactory, Wooden Mallets would not be the Problem if farmers are happy to do Cauliflower or Iris Refinements.

It is the number of woods that is more harder to Obtain to Upgrade an Arboretum or Menagerie or Manufactory.....

 

Yet to see one in my Barn...

 

There is a refinement for asparagus that gives mallets also.
I've managed to get 15 drills on this farm and upgraded a Menagerie and Manufactory so far. My other farms are not doing as well. One of them has 4 drills, two have 1 and none on another.

 

Yesterday I got the 6th and updated the Menagerie.
And today I got 45 GB for the Baha Manufactory and got another drill.
I'm on a winning streak

I had 6 power drills and have upgraded my menagerie. It show Menagerie I now. Just noticed I have 2 more drills in my barn.
