weather!!!!!

oh nooooo HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!! we are in for another hurricane on the east coast of florida (USA) category 4 it has already caused devastation in the carribean now its going to work its way up the East coast so prayers and well wishes going out to ALL impacted and in the line to be impacted by this monstrous storm it has already claimed 3 lives the amt of lives has changed it is up to 11 lives lost

 

Stay safe! Hurricanes are scary!

 

Hang in there Marly Stay Safe!!! This is going to be a rough one.
Have spent the last few days working around the house battening down the hatches. We are right on the intracoastal (Halifax river) maybe a mile from the beach. Everything is as good as it's going to get, not sure what will be left. We are heading inland tomorrow and will ride out the storm at the Farm house, no water there.

Will be thinking of everyone along the East coast....Prayers and Hugs to all

MARLY and JJenks - I'm saying prayers for you both and your family, friends and neighbors that this storm will break or weaken before it reaches Florida.

Marly - I really hope you are going inland.
JJenks- Im glad you have moved out of harms way.
A cat 4 hurricane is nothing to play with.
I really am hoping this storm stays off the coast and does not skim the coastline.
If it does the latter, there will be so much damage!!
This is one time I am grateful I live on the west coast of Florida.

Oh that looks horrible, you guys need to get the he** out of Dodge!
I think I will brave my California earthquakes any day (I've only felt 2 my whole life, and that was back in the early 90s when I was living right on the Mendocino Coast).

 

I use to live on the coast so I have an idea of what extreme storms can be like....but nothing like THAT
Stay safe farming friends...you are irreplaceable

 

here is a pic of Hurricane Matthew 23hrs ago before it reached us its going to be pretty close to looking like this when it reaches the East coast

 

And now they are saying its going to loop back and maybe hit florida a second time!!!
So us west coast people may see Matthew afterall
