I have 84 widgets now and growing the crops needed to get more fireflies. Hopefully I will finish the quest also and go dancing with the pumpkin.
Tree fields are dedicated to event crop at this time but will reduce to just one tomorrow. I am not sure how far I will take this event yet - hoping FOCD won't hit me too hard

I can list poop at 19.85 and holding what I got. Baby farm will start poop production tomorrow.

I have 53 drops. So I have made the last but one ghost-trap. And I have to make others.

 

19.85 poo...For how many poo is that for.... Really that's pretty good considering it hasn't got an EV

LOL meba ...now i know why i don't sell and have an accountant

Then i will wait as well ...have got 300 of them not being used ...i can't stand all the clicking by hand to use them

Hi everyone, It is just 24 hrs into this event and I have 94, yes 94 spooky widgets! I have bought 2 Dark Queen apple trees, and 1 firefly pen, I must say I have not gotten any widgets from either at this time! I have not cleared any rooms yet either, I like to get at least 5,000 event crops before I start!

At the end of the first day I have 95 widgets, 8 of which were gifts. I have a little over 6300 crops...want to get those done so I can put my trees and pens back out

drop rate is terrible I think. If I wouldn't have such lovely neighbors and friends sending me widgets without an end, I wouldn't have done anything so far.

So interims report:
3 fields full of event plants. 240 left in the barn.
11 widgets in the barn
1 battery in the barn
6 rooms cleared, getting the first EP giver and 5 party spins so far

room 7 and room 2 to be cleared to get the jade wonder stables (hopefully there will be a deer in them)

Waiting for the next round of MMcrops to get the MM-firefly pen and the new MMtree (will try to grow as much as I can while MM is on)

Did the new quest step 1 and got the golden leaf tree to mill glowworm feed.

Strategy:
copied the house-plan, marking the fields with the stuff I want to get in orange and the stuff I got already in green, as I am sometimes loosing track. Don't know, if it helps, but it helps me keeping me on track.
I will not go for the doubled EP-givers, but for cloud row, givers to fill it, stars, bananas etc.
need 13 rooms to clear with event plants (average 750 per room). Have the "normal" MM crops required to clear rooms as well.
need 204 drops to get the necessary batteries.

There is still a lot of time left, so I am quite happy at the moment.

I have no idea how I'm doing, no plan on how to proceed. Hopefully sowing and harvest when ripe should do the trick. As for what MM crop I sow, what I have the least of. It's only my 3rd MM so that is everything

I almost for got to consume the CAC I got as a present from one of my neighbours (Thank you again) Luckily the brain decided to make a guest appearance and everything went well.

The only things that's spooky are the crop and Illy's sleepwalking/sleep-farming. She could be milling at your place tonight.... Beaver feed for a year of busy beavers My advice: put out only stuff you want to have milled anyway.

 

Hands up if you went the wrong way and ended up with the sticker ?!

 

Lately I have learned patience. ok mind null helped. But I have no issue now, that clickie finger lost the itch, and am waiting to make any room walks till I have enough for the bean stick.
Will this last? time will tell.

But so far the mix of the two trees and the stalls up on top of the field look sweet. I just hope they give us regular MM at 3 days instead of 24 hour, seems fair with having stalls and more trees now.....

Yep....that would be me! I'm having difficulty finding the best path to the rewards I want. I know it stated that to click on the room I need to get to and the path will be lit up.....but having difficulty with the stone walls.

Currently got 139 Spooky Widgets so Far....

Almost Halfway with Arcane Sunflowers....

The Firefly Quest needs a total of 266 Darklight Fireflies to complete this Quest. Only need 44 Dark Green Apples, which is not a Big Ask considering we can use Super Mulch and Super Suzy on Dark Green Apple Trees...

So I am going to Make 20 Darklight Fireflies Lairs, Might Make more of them. As i do have surplus spooky crops up my sleeve.

Will no Poo in the Market, it will slow our progress with this event. Crop Buffs Booster is working at 10% Less effective until i can reactivate Moonlight Mania Cloud Row...

 

Haven't got the sticker yet ...but there is a BIG possibility that i might be getting it ...have started this off all wrong me thinks ...have got a giver that i didn't want Grrr

I eventually found the way to the stables and got the party spins ..so am Happy
Might just go for the 10.000 cc's...will see tomorrow and that's all i want from the event ...the rest doesn't bother me

Where is my magic tree how can I get it please help

A magic tree is a decoration. If you have one then you will find it with your other decorations. The magic trees are obtained from mystery seedlings. I vaguely remember an event which provided them as a reward.

 

Wish they would do a revival of the magic tree... It's the Only source you can be certain of getting drops from .... have three of them ...but wish i had got more

I'm lost in the House of Horror and I've seen a ghost and can't find my way out


The horror a newbie must feel with this event is unimaginable.

 

Certainly a lot different to when i started this game ...that's for sure...was hardly anything about ...my goal was to buy a rabbit hutch and a shearing shed ..that took ages to get
Events were the high light of the game ...didn't have them very often ...when we did i could never complete them BIG Frustration
Only gift we could get from neighbours was a toolbox and still have tons of those in my barn even now
So in fact it hasn't been easy for any of us...we have all had to work hard to get what we have

New people get mentors ..which probably helps newbies a lot to become comfortable in the game as it is now

A neighbour of mine has helped me in many many ways to get what i have and cannot thank them enough ...it has certainly made my game better to play

 

Hi everybody,

got the 20 stars.
Need 96 widgets to produce 3 batteries and get the row and two missing givers.
If I can, I will try to get a) another giver for future G&T events or b) for the golden bananas.
Everything else on the way to the related rooms are nice to have.
3 fields full with event crops again and moonlight field full with different MM crops to stock up.

got 12 widgets with the morning harvest of MM longtimers.
Bought myself a second tentacle to be able to fullfil FSQs.

I am quite a happy spooky farmer and, if drops allow, I am able to get, what I have set as my goals.

Resume: I think, I like this event
