If we all would have gone for the sticker FIRST, it would have cost "only" 12 widgets
But that could have meant, that we don't get that one important last item we wanted...

I still need widgets for the last giver to fill the row, but I am sure, I will get enough widgets until the event ends.

Will put out my stables tonight to see, what they are. The last Jade wonderstables I got from the last event were a swan, an eagle, and two others (can't remember which). Wonder whats in it this time....

Congrats to all who inbetween finished the event (reached their goals)!! VERYwell done.

 

Clearly at this end of half term I shouldn't play - thought I was doing so well and then realised and collected 2 givers twice so I still need 1 giver and the cloud row . Tomorrow I will dose up on multiple espressos and hope for the best!

I think I've poked around in my sticker book 6 or 8 times total (if that) since I started playing this game, lol. The only reason I usually get event stickers is because I have this annoying chronic case of EOCD and therefore I MUST complete every event I partake in. But with the ridiculously stingy drop rate on my MM field this time I wasn't about to waste a ghost trap (a cheap one or a spendy one, lol) on the sticker until I knew for sure I'd be getting all other the goodies. I'm still not real confident that the drop rate will let me finish the entire event, even tho I'm growing MM crops like crazy day and night, with buffs running to shorten the growing times even. So yah, for me the room with the sticker has to be the very last room cleaned, for a painful 56 widgets

 

EOCD??? (I've heard of FOCD.)

 

I don't even know, what's FOCD or EOCD.. just know whats PFDS (which is permanently on my farm)
Can somebody please explain what FOCD or EOCD are?

I didn't worry about the CR this time I got the stables , party tix and all the givers and doublegivers still working on that but think I will get them all thanks to the help of some of my fellow farmers

 

Oh, does that mean we will never see him again? guess I will keep my CAC then

I have lost control of this event. Put my cats out and reduced the space for event crops as planned. But I forgot to feed them! Now I think I will get enough drops to get duplicate givers so have increased the space for crops again Those ghosts have a bad influence on me!

 

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I was trying to get the CR and EP givers by following some helpful advice on page 2:

10 - 5 - 6 - 1 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 26 - 21 - 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 31 - 32 - 37 - 36 - 38 - 39 - 40 - 41

For some reason I can't open room 8. Has anyone been successful and if so, what am I doing wrong?

 

Dear Bren......From room 7 u shud go to room 2 above 7 then come bk to rm 10 and start opening rm 11 12 13 climb to rm 8 above 13 then clear rm 9 and 26 climb to rm 21 above 26 and open rm 21 22 23 24 and 25 and there is ur goal (CR and on the path 20 stars)

P.s. rm 7 to rm 2 u will get 4 jade wonder stables

Progress has been steady. The CR is up and collecting, received Tickets, stars, GBs and such. Now will go for the extra givers if I can .
The drop rate has been dismal at best. I'll have enough event crops to finish the whole house with the next harvest. The only thing that will hold me back is the Widgets. They just simply refuse to drop often enough to support event completion. We'll see how far I get when the event has ended.

Happy to have all that I do. Congrats to all who are complete. Good fortune to those still working on it.

 

Thanks for all the great advice everyone! This is the first event my farm has received all my Really Want's. Even got my first full cloud row. Now when I poke my head through the clouds (two quests to go), I will have something to put there.

Nellie, I think I have it too.. It seems to develop very quickly. *feels very much in disorder*

 

And there's always the occasional nasty case of MOCD - market OCD. Happens when you make a killing selling in the market, and can't stop impulsively buying every bargain you see (and some not so hot bargains). Can also fall under the name of broke-itis.
