Power Drills

I managed to upgrade last week and I've just noticed I have 5 again. Definitely something as changed in the drop rate

 

Now I know too.

 

hey everyone....i got one i got one. if anyone hasn't seen my post in player suggestions i had like 16 power drills and accidentally sold them...i had four for ever and i looked and looked trying to figure out how to get them. i changed all my storehouses to this. animal storehouse on mainland has one red and 3 orange chameleon stables my tree storehouse has all xxl apple trees. my baha animal storehouse has all tigers and the trees are all xxl rare trees. now i'm not sure which one produced rare power drill but i think the secret is to use the things that take the longest with the most ex points as possible and time. it didn't take much time because i changes my storehouses about three days ago.
just wanted to pass this on. maybe it will help.

edit: hey everyone i got 8 now. i had 5 last Friday, just checked and i have 8 four days later...yay...

congratulations everyone receiving power drills now..I'm up to 9 and i think I'll be getting another soon i haven't upgraded yet because i have to collect a bunch of lumber...sold it when i did my power drills... Opps. so if any of my neighbors reads this i have finished the dog event and I'm in need of lumber...please.

 

Congrats leannkat. That's good to hear. I got 5 drills. I checked my warehouse & there were 5. Yes 5. Now can anyone please suggest what warehouse to upgrade first ?

 

If you want to make and keep lots of CC's available for running the farm, the menagerie is the way to go. I have 6 deer in my upgraded one (fairly quick turnover) and 4 badgers in the other, which will be my next upgrade.

Wow, still need lots of wood boards, but had enough power drills to do one upgrade on the menagerie. YaY! I have turkeys in it, and someday when I get the manufactory will use it for paint factories. I'm working towards getting a pink paint factory someday.

 

You will sure get it, KaiCat33. I don't have pink paint factory.

Is it only me or has the drop rate been reduced again? I actually don't have enough wood or bricks to upgrade right now, but still

 

Mir, to me it seems the drills do come in batches. At times the one after the other storage seems to drop me a drill, then for days in a row they don't. No change in what's in them.

 

My plan to put chickens in one menagerie and Baha animals in another has failed due to one simple reason.... I am not able to harvest anywhere near enough. lately, I am lucky to log on 2 times a day. A true test really requires multiple people. Unfortunately, that will have to be up to others. Sorry.

I put long 'term'ers in all warehouses and they give me sufficient drills. Not bad.

 

This works for me as well... I have now received 76 drills, and have upgraded to one manufactory II, two manufactory I, two menagerie I and four Arboretum I. Some of these are on Baha.....

 

Congrats David. That's a great achievement. I have drills. But not the tools. So not concentrating on upgrading any of them. Let it happen on its own.

 

I could hardly believe my eyes!! When I harvested my Magical Glade...two drills popped up!! First time I've had that happen.
