So much for cautious optimism. Drat! That darn sticker!

 

I rec. about 49 drops total with a Mix of Trees, Pens and Crops

 

50 Initial drops, I got hope now to also finish this event

 

75 drops.

 

I got 53 two of those neighbours sent me and every field was filled up with animals crops trees with 4 howies & LL finished
SO not good

 

I got 57 drops and 2 as gifts! Thanks to neighbors..59 total! If we can get 100 a day,and are doing the whole event we should be in good shape! Good Luck, have FUN and Happy Farming!

 

I got 68 drops. Not to bad I guess since the requirement is low. Hopefully I get at least 100 by the end of the day

 

I got 180 drops from my first harvest. Had refined carnation & honeydew melons in comfort fields with Jumbo trees & warehouses. Happy.

I've got 86 Dog Whistles so far (two were gifts) from two fields of Rose Hips, Water Lilies on comfort fields on Baha, with some stables, Giant Stables and Trees etc on the Glade, then filling in the gaps on main fields with Sunflowers and Passion fruit on Baha while building up the event crops. Not bad - I too am aiming for 100 per day. Just for my comfort zone!

Thanks everyone. I have 4 howies & got 1 from magic tree & 3 from friends. So you can reduce 38 drops from my total. So over all without howie & gifts I got 150 drops. Which is also good. With comfort field + refined carnation + water + manure, you can prepare your field for drops 2 days in advance. If you have the cloud row for flowers it will be less time still. I don't have it. So next time, dear friends, give it a try & see.I feel initial drops are very important. If we can pick up lead in that we can play the game less stressfully.

 

Have refined carnations .... and now trying to get refined roses ...but not getting anywhere with those ...keeps coming back with no result Have done it about four times

Got 67 whistles whereof 2 were gifts... so not too bad Yeah.

Refined roses out on one field will be ready at around 9 pm here, cactus on baha and a mix of long term pens and a few trees.
main field and magical glade almost full with event crops on 2x2 with SG, water and manure and the rest full with some short termers. Will put out roses overnight for the drops

I am finishing my farming day with 99 Dog Whistles - not a bad haul methinks. But I am really jelly of One Two's wonderful result from comfort fields. I have always wondered what the drops would be like with comfort fields and, because my other farms are not participating, I have seen that the drops from them aren't too shabby at all ... so will definitely give One Two's strategy a shot next time. It also fits in with my plan to do less clicking where possible when without harvester functions. I will then just have to pop in to do other bits and bobs and not worry about the fields too much.
