Over the hump strategy

Thank you Clonahmon and Altheria, and everyone, I finally got my breeding statue, and close to 400 camels...so will see how far I can get. I don't have a pink camel pen..but hoping to get one. It will be great if I can get some wonder trees and stables. Good Luck to everyone.

 

Just an idea on how many PF may be needed. I filled the breeding house with all regular camels (132 sets, 264 PF) and had enough to complete through step 9 with 88 snow camels, 2 trimedary and 1 cameologist left over. I started with only 3 snow and 1 trimedary.

 

I am completely finished on both of my farms )) I used mostly regular camels and only bred like 75 camels I didn't fill up the breeding shed because I'm trying to save as much PF as I could

 

Thanks for the list, clonahmon. I finished till step 9 with your list. Might do the others tomorrow. Your list was very useful.

Finished up to lvl 13 as I still lack a Weasel and hope these 10 wonder stables will provide me one. Fingers crossed. Lvl 14 isn't worth te requierements. Used under 250PF mainly to keep my initital stock of low level camels breeds. Already had some higher level breeds due to the Sand in the Castle FSQ (which also isn't worth the effort but which I'll finish whenever I feel like there's nothing else left to waste CCs on).

Way to go, guys!! I really underestimated how many camels we would need and I didn't put mine back out till yesterday. I get tired of looking at the same animals and switch them out But they're back out now. Best skip was a cameologist from regs Thank goodnes this BB is longer than 6 hrs

 

Also finished all steps. Really liked this event - NO crops/drops!!


EDIT: WOWWWWW!!!!!! Just checked the breeding shed - and found the best skips I think I've ever had in this game!!!

From 4 Jerboas, there was an Astromouse and a Chef mouse!! Underneath that breeding , something caught my eye that I didn't recognize...so I looked closer...and found - from 4 Regulars - my 1st e-v-e-r COMPUTER mouse!!!!!
Then I scrolled down to the last of the mice - and there was a Mouseketeer (from 4 Jerboas)!!!!

Mice are running rampant on my farm!!! LOLOL....(and I'm breaking out the cheese, for sure!!!)

Back to the farm now to build my 5th Pink mouse pen! Yahoo!! Haven't gotten over the shock yet.....may take a while....!
Still have any of your famous Red Punch, PnP??!! This feels like a celebration!!

 

Just finished all I think I am going to do. Did up to step 10 in order to get the Garnet stables. Hoping for something good I did do some breeding, used about 100-110 PF (I think) and then used regs and snows to complete steps. As much as I would like those other stables, it's too much for me as I only have 954 regs left and I don't want to burn through too much PF getting higher bred camels to complete the next few steps. We all remember what a PF burner that last Wilder about Animals was

FOCD strikes again. I bred 400 camels after the market price had dropped, planning to sell the upgrades. But I got a sultan skip... and long story short, it turns out that sultan camels were the cheapest way to pay the black holes for the last steps of the Caravan so instead of stopping at nine steps I finished the event. Yes, it was foolish to squander so much high priced stock, but I am delighted to report I got my first weasel!

 

Great results Aetheria & farmlily. Congrats. I finished the event too. And out of the 15 party spins, I got the elusive cottage birdstone. Happy. I bought a sultan camel for 10 millions and odd to do the last step. thought that was economical. But broke would not say so.

 

I have invested 5 million CC into this Cameo breeding event at the last one hour. Lets see what happens

And speaking of help, Kudos to you Aetheria14! These figures are perfect to have at hand.

The wife and I discussed this event at length, neither really sure if we wanted to try. In the end, we both completed the event and now have that poor overladen beast on our pages. Poor Camel, loaded to the breaking point and then placed on a shifting Flying Carpet.


Twas a good event. Liked the rewards. The graphics were top notch as well imho.

Oh and a bright spot, I just noticed they're bringing back the Baby Boom for the weekend!
The only reason it really matters to me is due to my own silliness. I'm so used to BBD being started and stopped at 5am my time that I loaded up the breeder about one minute before the event ended. DOH!

 

I have completed the 1st 10 steps of this very cute event! I have a PINK CAMEL already so I
do not need to waste my PF going any further! I will get ready for the next event!

Well, folks, I was browsing through my market and found some Cameologists (not sure on the spelling) that I was willing to buy (thanks flowersndoc). So I went ahead and completed all but the last step No hippo but I did get a Wisteria. I put out the other stables this morning so.......I'm seriously running out of room in Baha to put my animals out

 

Julie what market are you in? 11 or 13?

 

I completed to level 13 because I wanted the pink camel pen. Imagine my surprise when I got a pink camel from the wonder stables that I won in level 10. I'm not complaining at all. I got 2 pinks instead of 1. But, if your only motivation for completing to level 13 is the pink pen, you may consider checking the wonder stables from level 10 first. Maybe you'll be lucky and can save yourself some PF and/or breeding stock.
