Shop problem

    Every time I try to open the shop to buy the XL power feed pack, I just get a broken screen telling me that my premium membership is due to finish soon (even though I have previously ticked the box to not remind me again). None of the links on the page work so all I'm able to do is close the window and return to my farm. This means it's not possible for me to purchase the power feed pack or any other item for sale that requires RL money. Please help.

    Hello GrimReaperDude,

    Have you tried the usual troubleshooting steps, like clearing browser cache etc.? Can you try using the event timer or News page links to the Power-feed Sale to see if they work.

    Hey Shooger 8),

    I tried all the usual suspects, clearing browser history, cache etc.. Tried a different browser same result.

    However I have now discovered the problem is being caused by a script error connected to screen resolution. Essentially if I try and access the shop via a PC with a medium screen resolution the error appears as described above. When I log in on a machine with a high screen resolution everything comes together into one neat little message box.

    So to anyone else who experiences an issue like this I would suggest trying a higher screen resolution :).
