Liked this event very much... the 9 hour crop fitted in well with real life and the drops were good ..the best we have had for a long while
AND the rewards were great

Loved this event. Didn't finish it but I got what I wanted and a few other things too.
Great graphics, loved the pyramid once I figured out we could change it and use the pieces we were unlocking.
It was nice that the advent calendar hooked us up. I was loving the 1+ bonus SWEET. Love all the harvester coupons from the calendar really helped with this event.
My very favorite part of this event ... you choose what it is that you want and EVERYTHING cost the same amount of donations. More event set up like this would be great.

 

Thoroughly enjoyed this event ♥. Drop rate was excellent, very generous, and crops were easily grown in the allotted time, especially with the lovely +1 calendar surprise . I agree with Nellie, even tho I was a bit concerned when I first saw the 9 hr. grow time, it turned out to be just right for busy holiday schedule. Prizes were good, event was stress free. Thank you for a pleasurable event. Happy New Year!

 

this event, although it seemed like it was impossible it was fairly easy. i finished all but one decoration, i think and i didn't try to hard. because it was Christmas the 9 hr growing period worked for me because i wasn't having to check on it much... Christmas is very busy. the drops were good the graphics were cool. i love the candle thing they used for this event. The prizes were great in my opinion. and i had a lot of fun playing it. i also liked that we could use all fields, this always helps when we have crops that take a long time to grow..

 

This was one of the best events for a long time, I agree with everything that has been said already: the growing time and amount of crops was quite achievable for most, the drop rate was appropriate for the number required and even the newer farmers could grab some delicious goodies - the prizes were excellent. A great Christmas present - a stress free, enjoyable event at a time when most had a busy schedule. Thank you.

I was one of those who had to work for most of the duration of the event but I didn't have to go to extremes to complete all the sections, just easy-going farming of event crops and longer crops after I had the required number. I actually finished, quite comfortably, this morning just before leaving for an early shift. This might seem a little late for a seasoned farmer but I calculated that the last 100 drops I needed would come in time to finish without any panic. This was the case and, though I got home just before the event ended, so had a safety net of about 45 minutes if I needed any more Festive Stars, I finished with a surplus of about 170.

The graphics were excellent and I loved being able to create my own deco. Good work all round.

 

I enjoyed this event, liked the long grow crops, and plenty of drops.
I liked that you could just do the bits you needed to get the gifts you wanted.

 

Liked being able to choose which prize to try for. A little frustrating and time consuming to have to click on each one to find out which one was which prize likewise which one I was part way through donating to.

Mixed feelings about crop length. Longer great for overnight. Would like interchangeable crop. Perhaps a long crop giving 4 "points" and a short one only givin g1-2 "points" overall a point donation to hit so you can choose what event crops/time suit you

 

I had trouble with the drop rate. I had enough crops for one or two more stages but not enough drops, and I was growing crops on 1x1 all fields (5 including Bahamarama) with CAC and 28/30 Living Legend rune. Were the drops better on trees and stables/workshops (I left a few of those, but not many)? I can't figure where I went wrong if others had good drop success.
