it says drops can be gifted, but they are not included in gift options. Anybody else having this issue?

EDIT: Just read it. Been too fast. :) Ignore this.

Short term event - GB's and PF

UPDATE: I would have liked to get those Golden Bananas and the Powerfeed but I decided to skip this one since there was no Cloud Row. I am going to prepare (as much as I can) for the upcoming breeding events instead of trying to do all of them.

I would like to thank the devs for creating an event that can be taken or left. I don't need the stars and the pf wasn't worth the effort so it's been nice to just farm and not worry about missing out on something great.

i am enjoying it. it would have been fairly easy to finish if i was trying...but i got sidetracked:p. the growing time was a little too long for my taste, but i dealt with it. the prizes are good. the theme great. great drops this time. and i would always rather be able to use all my fields but they made up for that by only asking for smaller amounts of crops. over all it was good, not great.

    8) I liked this event - simple and relaxed. I especially like that the two crops had the same grow-time, which made it easy to harvest everything at once. An important element when time is limited by work or just plain Life.

That said, I most likely will not be able to finish due to the long growing times. Like many others, I do not entirely rip apart my fields for events, and have one field permanently dedicated to essential trees, so am always limited in available growing space. Events having either a high crop requirement and/or long growing times are usually not doable for me, or others with similar farming methods. These events can also be very stressful rather than the fun that they are supposed to be.

I don't remember how or when Events started having such excessive growing requirements of either sort - but I do remember when they were more reasonable and lots more F-u-n!!:D:music:

I was quite relieved there was no cloud row to win! I hadnt much spare time but headed straight to level 4 and 5 mainly to stock up on power feed and to collect the golden bananas. I completed these levels plus 1 and 2 and was pleased with the deco item and the EP it gives. I enjoy this sort of event as I dont want more cloud rows and you can do as much of the event as you have time for, it was well timed. In addition it was also very fair in that it was achieveable for newer players to at least get the base and 1 or 2 upgrades. I dont do every event and it isnt a problem to rip up my farm, I keep a some trees in place and write which stables and workshops I removed so its really quick to put it all back. It was only 3 fields and we could use the two island fields to make manure. Thank you.

What you did was probably wise. I finished the quest, because I thought it was some fairly easy stars which will someday come in handy.
