Recyclomat 2017 Strategy Thread

I turned in the 2 nublonite dusts I got from Fuzzles into the small pool and got a coin. Best luck I've had with this whole event.

 

I could be wrong but I think I read somewhere that prizes aren't going to change for the first month. I will try to find where I read that.

Edit: Found it It is on the 1st page, post #8 by ThomasZalan From what I understand it is only the middle prizes (Limited I believe) that does some kind of reset.

 

Can anyone say this event Stink's i know i can. the Magic Tree giving out one Nublonion Battery ONLY , big deal when are you going to use them, the next time they want to strip out your farm, 500 coins that's a deal.

 

I know the batteries and splinters are going after the event but are the coins for the shop staying? I threw in a couple million and got nowhere near what I thought (surprise!) I have a few but not alot of them that I could save for future item. anyone know?

 

Hi saturnia22, the coins are here to stay. There will be more events and other ways to get coins in the future.

I was under the impression the magic tree gives the drop for the current event. It will change when another event starts.
Each magic tree does give only one drop per harvest during an event.

Alternative prizes from Recyclomat Event...

To be honest the Prizes from Pools and Shop O Rama is a Rip Off as they are not worth wasting Super Grow Nuking Crops, or Suzy Super Grow or Manure or Donation Huge Volumes of Non Fruit Barn Stocks !!!

Since that Nubionian Batteries will no longer stay in our Barns like they use to be !! So here is alternative method of doing this event and get better prizes unfortuntely the lower level farm you are the lesser rewards of EP/CC/TEP you get from All Three Pool Prizes !!

You would be better off Selling High Level Crops or High Value Products. Make Much CC as you can from the Markets or Grow alternative things that sell well in the markets to get CC. Why Trade in Crops into Recyclomat where you can in fact make more CC in the Markets !!

As for TEP, you would be better off Buying MOS, Red Punch or Chocolate Pancakes in the markets to gain TEP that what you get in Pools Rewards or Grow Star Flowers in Baha and Rain Forest using ZAB and CB....!!!

As for EP, you would be better off Growing Star Flowers using Buffs such as ZAB and CB...

As Star Flowers gives 120 TEP/EP every 8 Hours you can use Suzy Super Grow to increase this to 180 TEP/EP plus use Pets and Buffs on top of that too.

Stupid event. Only managed 153 coins after all the effort. Don't bring it back. Convert my coins to CCs...

 

I too am frustrated with this event...only earned 111 coins and that was me playing religiously since I have been trapped indoors. Part of it goes back to the whole BB issue where I cant afford power feed.

So just to confirm what others have said---> I dont have to spend my coins now because the "store" either remains open or there are other events that will have this store?

The store is a permanent fixture now, and coins will be offered as prizes in future events.
I have my eye on the big PF purchase, but may settle for a few smaller ones. According to 12ss12 there are lots of breeding events in the future. (Grapevine, In January Comes)

 

I ended up with 149 coins....not really sure how to feel about that. Just disappointed I couldn't earn more to get the BB's I'm just glad this was only 3 days

 

I didn't participate the event after all.... I couldn't find time even though I have no school these days, I still have a lot of studying.
I hope everyone got what he aimed

Hi woody. What I wanted to say is that some people I know (not all) spent thousand of drops to get the drops. They did not spend it for getting more crops but for more drops What you said is right, recyclomat is for recycling our crops etc. But it was that terrible nublon batteries that were the trouble maker

I was able to get only the 60 power feeds. Not planning anything for future exchange. Waiting to see what the next event will be for the farm coins.

You put it in one word. Let's see if the next event is more to the mark.

You are right Mooboy. I think we can get the rewards by using certain features of this game - as you said the mill for PFs, FSQs for stars, GBs & BBs and also for the farm machinery etc. There is great sense in what you have said.

For some reason I have not been able to watch a movie in over a month...contacted customer support and was told..."The only thing you can do is keep on trying - the flow of content is set by our providers and advertisers, so at times you might have less movies available. "

It seem somethings have changed, the event crop is not 4 hours and there seems to be and xl option. Any advice given the changes?

 

The Recycle crop has also been lowered in EV from 40 to 20, so I'm thinking skipping growing that. No idea on xl vs other options. They all look like big black holes sucking all your hard work out of your barn in exchange for trinkets.

 

I am going for the XL option, as it guarantees 24 coins minimum per trial.
I want to get the giver item for the candy cloud row. It costs 50 coins, I have 6 in the barn from an earlier event.
Worst case: 2 trials XL cost 180 batteries and 600,000 worth of barn content and will give 48 coins at least. Will use parrot feathers and carnations for that, as carnations can be regrown (giving good drops too) and parrot feathers are not really needed here on my farm.
If I get the item I want, i will use the remaining batteries in the barn to get coins for them, as they stay in the game, but the batteries don't and will be converted for a really bad rate.
But the drop rat is a REALLY BIG ...IF...!
