I like that we have a lot of animals to choose from to breed -- 40 mammals and 19 birds on donation list.

I like that I can work on other breeding quests while doing this one because I know I won't have enough PF to get enough badges (140 each) to finish this event. I will complete as much as I can.

I am working on being able to finish a "hard" event some day by stocking up in inventory.

I like the fact you've scheduled a Baby Boom event at the beginning.:D
But I hate the fact that I can't participate! :(
I am -7 hours CET, so for me the boom begins at 7am - I leave for work at 6am. -.- Ends at 3pm - I leave work at 3:30pm. And your website is one I cannot access during breaks and lunch at work. The time probably works great in European countries, but not so much for those of us out here "on the fringe"! I end up having to wait and hope for another baby boom to do any breeding, as PF is just too precious.o_O

Ah well.......can't please everyone all the time.

I am doing part. The first few sections are OK, in terms of rewards. Not great, but I like the chance to get a weasel, etc. I am breeding animals I want for other purposes.

I liked previous editions of this event. Donations were high, but getting a chance at truly new and rare pens made it worthwhile. NOT in this case!!!!

The top 3 prizes on either side are pretty poor selections. The quill and candle workshops are new, so of course we expect to "pay" a premium price for those, but to put a basic skunk habitat and eagle habitat with that much donation required -- and to only offer a measly 8 PF as if that were a huge prize? Sorry, but your value ratings are skewed. Anyone who has been here long, at least through one G & T, if not through wonder pen winnings, will have a skunk habitat. Those who have not likely don't have enough to get them anyway.

I have seen some poor events in the past, but this one is among the worst yet! There is no way I would even consider buying PF for this particular event!

OH, and fully concur that offering an 7-8 boost that is basically helpful only to those of us who don't work a standard shift in the west, is a poor showing as well. Putting out a suggestion to offer coupons instead (anyone insterested, see that thread, since this is a feedback thread).

I have two farms. On one farm I just went for the stars. None of the other prizes were tempting.

On my more mature farm I bought PF and complete the quest. I was able to get an XXL egg tree and 4 panda workshop upgrades with the animals I raised but didn't need to donate. The panda workshop upgrades should be useful in quests to increase drop items. I also will soon be able to upgrade a arboretum from the breeding in this quest. I knew eventually I could kill 2 birds with one stone if I was patient and didn't breed for the permanent quest alone.

It may be worth the PF, or not depending on what else is going on with the farm.

8)I actually enjoyed this event - didn't have to grow any crops!! Finished both, and like the production pens.

The only thing that was really disappointing was the breeding event part. I have to agree with MsTheaP....it was f-a-r too short and no good skips. When I finally had a chance to get on my farms, there was only 28 minutes left..to load breeding pens for 3 farms, and then harvest in succession. Without buffs to speed-breed, it wouldn't have been possible. The last farm was harvested with only seconds to go!

Why was it so short...which really did exclude a lot of people???

I put 6 PF in the mill couple of days ago to use in this event and it still has another 6 hrs plus to go ....Glad i didn't put hundreds in ...would have taken all year...This is ridiculous... was lucky that i could find some in FS to finish as much as i wanted to do in this event

With the old mill ..at least we could use them as they were made ...that was the only perk we had to this game and that was taken away:(

Next event that needs PF...I wont be playing
Because i am certainly NOT buying something virtual ...I have more important things to spend my money on ...then this supposably FREE game

Cannot make BB's in this game because of unreliable sources .. IE the movies and FS quests that are one off ....And a mill that takes forever to make a playable amount of PF

The Game needs a more reliable way to make these

Quite liked this event.. would have liked it even better... if it wanted less PF...or the mill took less time

I hate the badges.... This is supposed to be a farming game with animals and crops, not badges for breeding your animals.

With such a high level of breeding needed for this event, it's a pity that the left over badges can't be exchanged for a low level breeding animal like the left over nublon snails were in the Friendly Invaders event last year.

I hate the badges too, but would love them if we could keep them, Please! They are an Award.
Who ever heard of giving an Award, and then taking it back and handing out a few coins and experience points.
I love this event, and all breeding events. :inlove: No crops or drops makes this farmer less stressed. :)

I dislike Breeding events that asking for badges, which are needed to progress to next event level

It just cost too many power feeds to achieve this. It is very unfair to gives us very little amount of power feeds in return..

I am certain to include badges into breeding event. That prevent us getting good skips as i hardly got any good skips this time. It always the case with me to do Badges Breeding Based Event

I am more than happy to Earn Farm Coins during Breeding event that get badges.

It been very long time to have an Event where we can win high level breeding animal as getting a High Level Breeding Animal during Normal Breeding seems to be non existence !!

Mooboy you said the truth exactly. Nowadays we don't get any surprise skips at all during BBD. All skips are confined just to the first four levels of coloured animals. Not exciting at all.

I think the bird badges should be on the left in front of all the birds in the pictures and the mammals should be on the right in front of the mammals in the picture.

When you clear one the animals in the center disappear and you just have a light blue or dark blue badge above the plus sign. It does tell you at the bottom (to the right of the smaller badge) what they are but it is easy to forget and just look at the picture and see all the birds on the left and think that that is the wheel for birds.

Badges: As far as badges go they don't bother me because in these events you get to work on more than one event/quest at the same time.

You are earning badges to turn in for this event and you are breeding animals for future events or breeding quests. Although I never have enough PF, the way it is done might actually require less PF because of this. My only complaint about the badges is that the extras don't stay in inventory to be used for the next event that requires badges.

8)Badges can never take the place of a good skip - and there do not seem to be any of those any more!!:( I do, however, have a total of 630 Badges!!!
I'd rather have some skips, please!

i wish they would have given us more power feed, but i did like the event. i thought the prizes were good it wasn't too hard as long as you had plenty of pf, loved the theme...i finished both with a day to spare. ran out of pf about a day before i was done. managed to finish enough of the farmers quests to finish :)

I don't mind the badges. I can work on whatever breeding I want, and still earn badges. As for the skips, I do not believe there's a coorolation between the badges and the skips. BP might have changed the skip-chance, but that is an different matter. Breeding events as they are isn't a huge excitement. But I enjoy breeding. Can't see myself putting out the pens I got as a prize, just no space.
