Here are the total amounts of event crops/drops, at a first glance (math is not my strong point )

4800 Pink Crocus (6000 with the ones needed in the mill)
5800 Spring Lillies (6400 with the ones needed in the mill)
32 Apple Blossoms
37 Cherry Blossoms
40 Plant Pots (1200 Crocus + 600 Lillies + 800 Sprout-a-Seed Potions)
274 Sprout-a-Seed Potions

 

I think your calculations are right SylvanasW.

1. Event playable only in 3 mainland farm
2. 2 event crops - spring lilies & pink corcus
3. 3 drops-
4. 1 st drop - Sprout-a-seed potion - drops on all 3 fields from crops, tree, pens & workshops
5. 2nd & 3rd drops - Apple blossoms & Cherry Blossoms - will drop from Apple and cherry tree respectively
6. Mill product - Plant Pot : 1 Plant Pot = 15 Spring Lilies + 30 Pink Crocuses + 20 Sprout-A-Seed Potions 5 mins
7. can be milled in both mill
8. There will be Left side task & Right side task. Finish both. You will finish the event in full
9. If you buy the giant basket, you will get a Blossom Rain item. It will give you Crate O' Spring Bloom. It will give you : (5 x cherry blossoms + 5 x apple blossoms + 25 x sprout-a-seed potions) After the event the rewards from this item will be changed

A bit off topic here, I'm really really excited with the new Crop, as you can see from my avatar, Crocus is a very dear plant to me

 

They are a beautiful flower, SylvanasW. Maybe BP will make them a permanent addition.

 

I would just like to highlight this one little detail from 12ss12's post:

Plant Apple and Cherry trees now as these drops will only come from harvesting them...

 

That is a terrifying amount of Sprout-A-Seed potion Drops.

If I remember my strategies from long time ago I would plant 2x2 (and apples and cherries on the edges) until i have enough plants to cover all 3 fields with 1x1 (CAC helps immensely, and then buffs that increase the SG efficiency), then get all the required plants before moving into roses and/or carnations (especially overnight, with EP buffs). I'm sure many things have changed since 2013 though, so i will be following this thread for up-to-date strategies. Good luck everyone!

 

SOS Spring into Spring drop items/Sprout-a-Seed Potion

Good luck all!

 

This appears to be another event which is "gated" by drops. As many of the events are related to drops, now would be a good time to remind players to upgrade their trophies (Farming Contest, and Country Fair FSQ Rewards).

Here will be my strategy to complete the event.

1) Blanket the mainland with Cherry Tree's 20 hours before event starts. This should give me a good number of Sprout-A-Seed Potions (800 Needed!), and more than enough Cherry Blossoms (we'll see, 37 Needed).
2) Event start: Harvest Cherry Tree's and transition Main Field and Green Meadow to Event Crops (Using the "Nuke" event start). Transition Magical Glade into Apple Tree's.
3) Harvest Apple Tree's until reaching Apple Blossom Requirement (32 Apple Blossoms), Continue Farming Event Crops using 1x1's + CAC until needed amount is completed (6400 Spring Lilies, 6000 Pink Corcus).
4) Once event crop has been reached transition to a longer crop if more drops are still needed, or more Apple Tree's if more drops are needed, or Animal Pens to sell manure.

If I'm lucky I'll be able to stop mid-way through the event and grow some animals/manure to sell on the market, then go back to growing crops.

 

Please correct me if I am not understanding this right. Thinking it says a blossum will be received from cherry or apple tree EACH time it is harvested. Thanks.

 

Seems like that I peek-ed into another forum and the wording is the same. So for 10 apple trees you will have 10 blossoms when you harvest them.

 

Well, it makes it that much easier. Considering that Cherry Tree's are nearing 500CC's on my market currently I'm going to stick with that blanket of trees to start the event. I'll probably add to my original post and adjust as needed after I get some other stuff out of the way.

 

Forgive me my half-empty-as-good-as-empty-glass view, surely it must be a typo from BP HQ? I'm sure there is some (bad) luck involved in all the drops from this event. If not I'm sure my apple trees will go barren, and thus nothing to harvest and no drop. I'm out and about tomorrow as well, so have to leave the dog in charge. Who know what he'll do

 

After a through read through Spring into Spring Event FAQ....

This Event runs for 6 days. Within that 6 days we need to get 1054 Sprout - A - Seed Potions using only three fields I have mention this First from the FAQ since this will be the hardest to achieve during this event.

To do well in this Event, we need to prepare our farms well to get as many Sprout A Seed Potions as we can from our first harvest. As we have to out our best Crops, Trees, Animal Stables or Workshops.

BUT....we need to get 32 Apple Blossom and 37 Cherry Blossom too. But these can only be reaped from any Apple/XL/XXL Tree, Cherry/XL/XXL Tree.

Apple Tree

Normal Apple Tree = 12 Hours
XL Apple Tree = 10 Hours 48 Mins
XXL Apple Tree = 7 Hours 12 Mins

Cherry Tree

Normal Cherry Tree = 20 Hours
XL Cherry Tree = 18 Hours
XXL Cherry Tree = 12 Hours

These Two Trees will give you Apple Blossom or Cherry Blossom per Tree Harvest. Regardless what kind of Tree you use Normal/XL/XXL... we can use Super Mulch on these Trees to speed up Production of Apples, Cherries and Apple Blossom and Cherry Blossom.

Since we need to grow Apples and Cherries to get the Blossom we need it just as well grow the Apple and Cherries needed for this event too....

I will place these during start of the Event, while i am build up stock of Spring Lilies and Pink Crocuses i will be using my Super Mulch on my Trees to speed up Tree Production by 30% so i can get 32 Apple Blossom and 37 Cherry Blossom Asap So i can grow build stock of 5800 Spring lilies and 6000 Pink Crocuses needed to complete this event.

Apple and Cherry Trees will not give good drops on Spring a Seed Potion Drops as both are low end Trees !!

This Event is asking for lots of Crops which is no more than 300 Crops or Less or Each. Tip for All Newbies I suggest you buy these Crops from the Store over the First Three Days as you can buy up to 100 of each Crop from the Store as very cheap price, which is much cheaper than market prices. Or you can Stock on these in your Farms now ready for this Event Donations !!

I am please that we will be getting 10 Seed each of Spring lily and Pink Crocuses, it seem pointless that in new Premium Feature you can get additional 5 Event Crops it does goes well Nuking and Building up Event Crops.

So there are few things to do in this Event i wish it goes as smoothly as possible. Enjoy this Event..
