• 1 Bag O' Jewels = 750 Trapflowers + 40 Shiny Jewels.

1. Event crop can be planted in all 5 fields (main, green meadow, magic glade, bahamarama, rainforest)
2. Event crop takes 6 hours to grow without water, manure or super grow
3. Event drop will be got from crops, trees, animal pens & workshops
4. Mill product can be milled in both mills - main & bahamarama
5. 5 minutes to mill one product

Total Event Requirement

• 25 Jewelry Bags
  • 1,000 Bag O' Jewels
  • 18.750 Trapflowers

How to play
Grow crops, collect drops, mill products from them. Make 25 mill products and give them to the weasel appearing on your main farm. That's all. You finish the game

This is the story as how to play. If you don't understand don't bother. Just mill products deposit that's all you need to do.

1. Give one Bag O Jewel to the weasel spawning in your main field.
2. Weasels will spawn only in the main field. And 4 at a time.
3. As soon as you give 1 bag O Jewel you can play one mini game
4. You have to find out the shell which has a pearl under it.
5. How much ever hard you try you will not win. (that's the April fool joke). He cheats. So don't feel bad.
6. But each time you give the weasel a bag o jewel, you help the police to get a clue against the weasel.
7. When ever you use the Mill, Barn, Supply Tower and Breeding Motel on your Main lands, it will show negative balance. So don't panic about that either.

What I am not clear on: Do we Actually Have to pay for use of our farm buildings during this event? Even if we are not playing it?

Is this the correct thread to ask this question?

 

The jewel next to the negative balance leads me to think that the numbers are just there for entertainment - to show you how Gree. D. Weasel is robbing you blind or something. I don't think you're actually paying anything.

 

I think what zerodegrees said above is true. They are just numbers and you get negative points only if you use the barn, mill, supply tower & breeding motel in your Main Farm.

 

The biggest April Fools' joke here is that even after all the complaints about the drop rate in the last two events, Bigpoint thought it would be a good idea to have yet another "medium" event needing 1000 drops (almost the same as last time). I sure hope they adjusted the drop rate for this one...

Edit: Forgot that we can use all 5 fields this time. Thanks Illy! That should make things a whole lot easier.

 

Thanks One-Two and Zero for crunching the numbers. I smell an April Fool trick here but can't work out where ... but an event's an event and I'm in! Just can't decide whether to clear four fields and finish the event crops quicker or to just clear my two main fields (and of course leave my Glade as is, as always).

Anyhow, here is the SOS thread for any needing help. A few less than last time but at least we can get drops from all five fields. Let's just hope they are more generous this time round.

I'll be skipping this event, as I have been skipping all the other events in the past few months. I'll cheer you guys on while selling (overpriced) poo. For all the players who will be playing this event, happy farming and may all of you achieve your goals. ^^

I too will be doing the event. Having 5 days holiday starting today.

 

Good for you One-Two! Have a relaxed time - if that's possible during an event! I am just coming to the end of a 7 day break, not holidays, just the way the shifts worked out this time. Working all this coming weekend, Friday through to Monday, all mornings, so for me this works out well. I can do three harvests a day without too much stress.

I think I will clear the four fields - I need to revamp them anyway. I will plant event crops first. Then, if drops are bad, I will plant longer term crops, if the drops aren't too bad, I will put animals and trees back out.

The prizes are pretty good, nice on secret stuff, bit mean on PF but all in all, worth the effort. But I do hate having to mill stuff ... messes up my milling programme!

Oh well, here goes nothin'!

 

Can someone tell me what MP is (500 MP X farm level) for level 8 of the quest? Is this a misprint?

 

Let's hope Bigpoint adjust drop rate! The last two events were too nerve-racking to get any fun from them! Good luck to all!

Farmerama bombed our Farms ..it looked like a war zone
Was in a big panic...Next day it was all back to normal

 

Remember when the aliens landed and "stole" our animals, Nellie? What a scream!

What fun it would be if players saved a picture and posted prior April Fool's events. I didn't think to do that so I don't have any....

I remember the one when our farms were under water. Did submarines float across our screens?

LOL - I don't remember that one Pups but then there's lots of stuff in the game I have forgotten. I am ready this April Fool's Day for any shenanigans they throw at us!

I thought this event might have something in it but I see they have already said about the weasel game:

I am a little leery of only 1,000 drops. Makes me wonder if drops will be hard to get so I use leave 1 or 2 fields to plant longer crops

 

Good point Julie. I am tempted to do a Broke and get the drops first ... but ... I like to get the event crops out of the way. Oh, too many decisions!

Edit/rethink: Maybe combine the two and do event crops in the day and long crops overnight ... but my overnight will not be very long, less than 12 hours, so back to strategy one for me!
