I have managed to clear 6 weasels, I have over 8500 trap plants stored, but due to the drop rate on my farm, cannot do anything. Drop rate on my farm has been really, really low.

I enjoyed this event. Was a little worried about the negative balance but who knows?? Maybe there will be a reward for having it:p:p One can hopexD The weasels needed to be bigger and an extra gift would have been nice when clicking them on. I was one of the fortunate ones who didn't have an issue with drops. Love the flowers:inlove::inlove:

I really missed the fooling around with our farm on April first. It was always fun to discover what was coming up, like the floods etc.

There still could have been something theme related. Like the weasel chasing a running away diamond bag or so. Just to make us laugh or astonish us.

I was thinking of Doctor Who when I saw the blue police box. I hoped he would come and save us from our debts by taking us back in time xDxDxD

I am not doing this event. I have only taken an active part in one event since I started playing last summer. I am only interested in the farming aspects of the game. I do want to thank TPTB for the ability to remove the weasels from my farm. I really appreciate that.:) I wish we had been given that option at Halloween for the raccoons and I hope that will be an option this Halloween.

I liked this event! The theme was cute, as even this "city girl" knows in rl weasels are on farms stealing eggs! Good design and imho cute graphics. The drops needed were a little high considering the drop rate was not that great BUT I did manage to complete the event, and get what I think are great prizes! The shell game was a cute concept, but really not needed. But I loved the trapflowers!;) I did win an Axolotl from the cobalt pens:inlove: I don't know about the Bison yet, but all in all I enjoyed this event!

Cannot say i have enjoyed this event...Found it a bit boring
But the rewards were ok... so that made up for that ...and it was doable;)
And gave me time to do other things in daily life
Events used to be fun ...but aren't anymoreo_O which is sad... looked forward to them
Only good thing about the events at the moment are the graphics ....The rest hasn't been that brilliant lately:(
Scrooge must be in charge of the drops xD

I didn't bother with this event. Like others on here, I have played this game for years and when the new people came in, it changed dramatically. Drop rates are now chronically low in all events for the majority of people. This is the first event where I didn't even try as I was certain the drop rate would stop completion. I've had 658 drops so far of the 1000 needed. So at the end I will be at least 200 (or 20%) short. Thats with every square on every field growing something 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only way to complete, and without the final row the whole thing is not worth doing, would be to spend. And that is now the sole object of the developers. It was always one goal but not the only goal.
I don't spend money; I don't have the harvester;I give the game full time attention. The rewards of the events are now not worth it.
I concentrate on the quests and slowly working my way through them. There are many more of those now to encourage more spending but you can do them at your own rate for free.
This game is only about enjoyment for the user. It's not a competition with anyone else.
So do what you can; enjoy what you do; and ignore the rest - especially the events.

I have managed to complete this event (well I will do when I harvest my last event crop in about an hour). :)

The drops were very, very random and I can understand why so many players are disappointed with drop levels. I aimed for the drops first and managed to get the last of them with this morning's harvest. :p

For me, the event suited my RL quite well this time round, along with my change of strategy - ie getting the drops first and then concentrating on the event crops. The event crops, by the way, are beautiful. :music:

Prizes are okay, nothing really fantastic but not too shabby either. 8)

The Weasel mini-game was superfluous - it achieved nothing, we had already been told that it was impossible to win. I was hoping the April Fool's joke was that at some point, we would win something but it wasn't to be. My next hope is that the negative jewel level will be changed into a positive figure or a special prize - again, maybe my positive attitude cannot believe that this will really just be a big red negative figure that has annoyed a lot of farmers and bemused as many more.

On the whole, not a bad event though it was marred from the start by the name and the theme, both a little thoughtless, when a bit of good humoured fun would not have gone amiss! Where are all those April Fool pranksters that had us screaming at our screens when aliens lifted our cows or our fields were flooded and we had submarines (apparently - I had forgotten this one) sailing across our farms? xD

4 out of 10 for me.
    Plus:
    * plain, standard grow&throw event
    *Only one crop to grow

    Negative:
    * drops a bit of on the demanding side (but seem to be the new normal)
    * all 5 fields
*the mini game. It offered nothing, and couldn't be skipped. Very annoying, and can't understand what was the fun part of that.
    * Didn't managed to get the april's fool feel at all.
*milling - why ? It's just a hassle. Is it to sell more mill subscriptions ? Only point I can see.

The entire event topped itself when I couldn't log in this morning, the error lasted for 4-5h at least.

Five fields cleaning the I get max 20 Shiny-Jewels!(And approximately 1000 Trapflowers.) For One Bag-Q-Jewels need 40 Shiny-Jewels!! This is a pointless event!

This event gets a positive point for the prizes to be won. GB's, stables and trees...always welcome!!
Too much 6hr crop required. Drop rate was horrific for my farm. Jewel requirement not in sync with drop rate.
Having to play the shell game over and over again was redundant and boring.
I still have not finished this event...not sure I will.

How is completable if the drop rate is too low? I will be 200 short having run every square 100% of the time. Please don't say spend money. All events can be completed with cash.

There are many of us who have already completed the event, and many more who are finishing at this point. My drop rate was exactly commensurate with my event crop. I grew event crops during the day, and long crops overnight, and as I finished the crops, the drops were there. So it is entirely completable, and I didn't spend a penny. Or a CC, for that matter. Didn't buy poo, didn't buy anything in the market to speed up anything, didn't spend anything, and only logged in three times per day.

I didn't like this event for several reasons.
    1. This is the third or fourth event since I've been back that has the feed the animal feature. It's okay when there are prizes each time, but it does get extremely boring having the same style of event over and over.
    2. April fools was just lame this year. April fools is supposed to be fun. It wasn't at all. I didn't like the counter that doesn't really matter. It just caused a lot of confusion and didn't make me laugh at all. The second thing I didn't like was the shell game. You can't win it. It was annoying. It was visually displeasing. It was a waste of time. It took unnecessary time waiting to claim the item. It also wasn't fun. April fools pranks should be fun. This was a big fail. I mean, Netflix had a better prank than this game...
    3. There was a lot of donation for very little prize. The last few feed the animal games gave small and big prizes. The donation amounts were similar, but the rewards were lacking. In most of the other events like this you had 50-75 to feed. There were more prizes for less requirements. This one was pretty blah in the prize department. Not much power feed, super grow, or any other little goodies.
    4. The milling requirement. Why are there so many events that require you to mill something? It is getting old.
    5. The waiting. Yeesh. Grow the crops. Wait. Collect the drops. Wait. Both normal. Then mill the product. Wait. Feed the animal. Wait for the game to play out. Just a lot of waiting. I don't mind waiting for crops and drops, but add in milling something AND waiting for a pointless game to finish. Too much.

In my opinion, this event was lacking in the fun I expected from past April Fool events. I found the weasel story line lacking in humor and the useless shell game an annoying waste of time. The prizes were nice enough, but the event just didn't appeal to me.

I have harvested 15320 trap plants, as well as trees and a few pens that I have left out.
I have amassed a grand total of 320 jewels, that is it.
320 jewels...... that is a disgusting amount.
The drop rate was totally against me, I have had absolutely no chance whatsoever to finish this event.

I finished the event with about five hours to spare. I found the drops Ok but it was tight to finish. I could see they were low so grew event plants by day with water on 1x1 plots and then roses and my highest EP island crop overnight with water. I dont need the harvester using an ipad, as harvesting small plots is quick. The graphics were great and it was good to be able to turn off the weasels. I kept worrrying about the red negative debt on screen but eventually ignored it. The mini game got a bit boring as someone else said, it could not be skipped and each time we lost! Prizes were good, although I was disappointed not to get the bison or any interesting trees, maybe another time.

BP......seriously.....you knew there were issues at the beginning of the event and shortly thereafter. The announcement to extend the event for 2 hours should have been at the beginning not at the end. I live in Canada and do not go to the forum in the middle of the night.
