Strategy Frisbee Dog Competition

The Top-200 counter only starts counting after you have entertained 100 dogs, so for those top famers you can add another 100 dogs to their score too see how many dogs they have entertained. I'm guessing your score is tied to the number of your last donation, it looks like that for me. but not too sure on that tho.

Edit: I just tried to play catch with the deer on main land that plays peek-a-boo to the edge to the right. She wasn't keen

Any idea when you look at the top 200 for your level there is a green + by your total? Hope it means im doing well

 

If you have the music box row and it is not working, then I would contact support... or maybe check the tech help section. Maybe you accidentally deleted a giver item?

 

Woody. Sorry to be a pain but do you know which category Music Box is in so that I can check before contacting support? I think I have about 50 cloud rows. Don't worry if you don't know.

 

I don't have that CR but mine is located clear at the bottom before the extra CR's you can buy with BB's. I played 52 times-32 of the rewards were ep/tep/cc's. But that is what I thought it would be

I have lots of dogs to train before I could even think about getting into the top 200. Just entertained them 47 times.. so not even half way through the main part.
Only 24 players in the bracket at the moment.

The only way to get 635 dogs entertained is by buying lots and lots of baskets.
People have way too much money in RL!

 

My Computer has given up and died on me ...bought a new one today, that wont be delivered until wednesday...so am using my sisters Laptop ...so don't see that I will be finishing this event

 

I think this might be one of those cases you stare at your glass and think it's as good as empty. Forgetting that an empty glass offers the possibility of a refill. I seem to manage 10-15 Frisbees from each of my harvests. Drop not as bad as they usually, mind you nothing looks good with bad luck. I'll cross fingers and toes if you give it a go. I'll cross them even if you don't go for it. Nothing wrong with good luck

 

OK so far there is 0 english speaking farmer's in the top 200 in my bracket. i gota ask where the h--- am i ? i knew my swamp was thick.

Ya also at 60 i'm runin one crop field 2 long grow, almost finished with crop takin longer because i'm not spendin cc for manure. just water

 

Deer tend to be shy, since they are prey. They probably won't take kindly to you throwing things at them. They probably don't care for bone stickers either. LOL! Maybe you could hand them a... carrot?

I was wondering about that too. Nothing in the FAQ about it. Best I can figure is for each main event level... Not sure how to explain... If you have played 56 Frisbee dogs... you've completed Step 4 +16. I suspect it will make more sense once you get past 100 Frisbee dogs.

My main farm is in Bracket 9, the other two farms are in Bracket 8. Neither one is full yet. When I select English (American flag) there is currently one or two players. Lot's of English names tho. One I recognize from the forum. It hasn't been mentioned in a long time, but there used to be a difference between the British flag and American flag results.
My farms are currently 56-60 Frisbee dogs complete, 14 or so in the mill. I guess I'll hit 100 tomorrow night. I read the FAQ and this thread. At some point I had a senior moment and started thinking I only needed 40 Frisbee dogs. LOL! Then more synapses kicked back in and I realized I needed 100. LOL!

I've made some calculations. I used round numbers just to get the gist...

The most expensive way to buy BB is 50 @$1.99.
The most expensive way to buy SuperGrow is 50 @20BB
125 -- 2x2 plots /50 SG = 2.5 * 20 BB = 50BB
So one round of all three fields cost around $2.
Using water, SG rune, White Innocence, Fruit Cake (manure and hedgehog CR not always available) it takes roughly one hour per round. Allowing for time to harvest/plant, etc... 23 rounds per day. 23 * $2 = $46 a day.
Each plot yields 5 -1 for reseeding = 4 +2 (CAC)= 6 per plot * 125 = 750 for milling per round /110 per Frisbee = 6.8 Frisbees per round * 23 = 156.4 Frisbees per day.

OR

Giant Sky dog Basket
500 frisboccoli /110 = 4 frisbees from milling
200 bone chew stickers /10 = 20 frisbees from milling
20 frisbees
$12.99

100 / 20 frisbees = 5
$12.99 * 5 = $64.95 for 100 frisbees *5= $324.75 for 500 Frisbees
Plus 4 more frisbees from milling supplies in each basket. Plus more if growing event crops and using drops from basket.

I might throw some SG at the Top 200 portion later. I'll wait until Sat to decide...

You're calculating on using 2x2 fields, right? That's not the best use of CAC but it does keep the bill for Super grow down.
I don't think even the most dedicated farmer would be able to harvest and plant once an hour all day and night, though

 

What's the best way to improve drops? I already have +20% drop chance increase from both trophies yet the drops are pathetic. Should I use Zucchini Bread Apple?

 

As far as I know, testing shows that drops are linked to the initial time for the crop. ZAB should not increase drops, instead you need to make sure your crops are not sitting idle before harvesting and that you reduce growing times as much as practically possible.
Many people (including me) have Greenhouse refinements active which reduce growing time, use manure, use super grow (if possible), plant long crops at night which are timed to finish when you wake up rather than event crops. That should improve things.
