Great we find out less than 4 hours before event starts, so if like me you dont have farm ready to capitalise on drops with long term crops and Ive already sent my gifts to my neighbours.

Well done BP just when you couldnt do any worse we get this sprung on us while another event is still in progress. Not even an events preview callender to give us an idea. Also we have to use water for one of the mill products thats not fair on us who do not have premium.

Overall BP very badly thought out event. As it says in feedback post that the team look at the feedback to assist in future events well obviously not.

I do hope drop rate is rather better and rewards make up for not caring for your customers that you are driving away from game thus revenues will go down

 

An unannounced grow & throw event - again !?!? You gotta be kidding me. No time for preparations. No break from events, and yes the Breeding event does count. Why ? The breaks between event is a part of what makes events fun. It builds up excitement.

 

Great JOB BP. When something smell's it's not to hard to find it, the closer you get it realy Stink's. o ya your movies don't work, i know you have nothing to do with
them. Funny

 

It would have been helpful to know that this event was coming so that we could have prepared for it in time with long growing crops for better drops needed for the event. However, I do like the potential for the great rewards we might receive. I like the theme and the graphics. If the drops were good (which mine were not this morning because I didn't have long growing crops planted overnight) and if I can have a chance at finishing this event (if my drops improve), I'll be very happy with it.

 

Of course I harvest my farm in the morning and sent all the presents to my neighbors.
This event came as a surprise, but bearing in mind that is bank holiday as well, I will try to enjoy it as much as possible.
In my case the drop doesn't seem to be very generous so far, so I think I will struggle with it.
But let's be optimist

Too many events at the same time and all the time. It's stressful. This event comes highly recommended by long time players so I will participate, but to be honest I (and probably other farmers) need a break and some chill farming. Summer is here - no more grow and throws, please. - And please, inform us about upcoming events at least 24 hours prior to event start. We all need some Zen in our lives I hope (and will continue to hope) Farmerama will create calm - not take it away. This game is wonderful when stress is not a part of it so let's s-l-o-w down the tempo, please

 

Happy to see the Carnival Queen back with her good rewards, including Golden Bananas!! This is a nice make-up surprise, so thank you, BP, for trying.

For those newer players who don't yet follow the Grapevine thread in the Users Corner, this event was talked about and expected, thanks to the very helpful postings of 12ss12, escalonilla, zerodegrees, and others! This is where we usually learn about upcoming events in advance, so we can prepare.

It is unfortunate that it must follow so many events in a row, however, BP. As you see from the previous posts, it does take a lot of enjoyment away.
Nevertheless, because it is a good event, I'll do my best to enjoy it, even though my FOCD is wavering.

I like this event despite short notice, and
hope that drops will improve

 

Very short notice of the event not appreciated I'm sure many players like me did not have their farms set up and harvested and gave gifts out before the event started.

I love this eventand if BP are as generous as last time, we will gets lots of GBs and PFs playing the mini game

 

I will concur with all that is said above - too many crop events too close together, not enough time to prepare for this one. I opened the farm on Monday and was shocked to see the Monkey Queen waiting for me.

That said, I love this event and it's not overly demanding for the potential rewards. I just want a BREAK from the high demands of one event after another after another... and I know I could skip them but I don't want to because they are fun and rewarding - but this game is becoming more a job than a hobby.

 

Used to like this event and this game ...NOT anymore ....the mini event has spoilt that by needing far Tooo much to get to the carnival
And for a supposedly FREE game there isn't enough ways to make BBs to buy anything to help in events..the movies isn't the most reliable source ... and from FS they are one off
I don't think I am going to make it to the end of this event ...what a waste of my time all for a mini event with things i don't need or want ..Another 4 stables that will give me YET more of the things I have got already

Used to look forward to events...NOT anymore... now they are back to back and don't get time to play the actual game of Farming that it is suppose to be...It should be Called GROW and THROW ..because that is what it has become
NO I don't have to play them ...but it helps getting things for my farm
This game is becoming stressful

 

New event announced and another donatable gift so thats 3 gifts we can send but only 1 to our neighbours, yet again BP outdo themselves.

Whos idea is that???? I thought all feedback gets read and taken into account when doing events.

Im at a stage with 5 fields open I can give events a good try before I knew I had no chance of completing an event even now my chances are deminished with the demands placed on us

 

I am very disappointed with you, Bag Paint, for your less-than-adult behaviour in not giving any reward for our magic trees in the Monkey Queen Event. You want me to treat you like a grown-up but this saddens me that you could be so wilful.
Now, please go to your room, and I am turning off the wo-fo, so you cannot go on the interweb and play fimarima.
I expect better behaviour from you starting tomorrow.

Looking at preview we have Queen running till4th, Little Helpers starting tomorrow and another event quest starting on Friday.

How many events can be crammed in one day. Ive only been playing a few months and have been enjoying it and getting to the stage where I can give an event a really good go if farm gods are kind but im getting hacked off. Which of my neighbours gets which gift

 

Obviously they don't read feed back ...they will when people start walking away from this game and they have zero players...Have got players on my list that don't even log into the game...they have probably had enough
Have been playing since 2010 ...maybe its time to look for another game
Maybe they don't know Phoenix ....and using us as Guinea pigs to find out

I LOVE this event.

but i have one complaint.

Not being able to SEE the mouse cursor during the catch the goodies.
My mouse keeps wondering off screen, and that makes me miss a LOT. On purpose i suppose?

We also asked for this change last time. Not happy that we still can't see the mouse cursor while playing.

 

Okay we asked for FUN, but too much at once is never FUN. Yes, I was weaning my FOCD, then it was ticking back up. Now, too much at one time. I want to play and win and have fun. Enjoy, play, not Stress! I do that to get the funds to speed up the game. I don't need it to play the game.

My motto is "Work/Play smart not Hard!". Hear me I'm too old to waste breath repeating myself, I'll find other things to do will my breaths, time, and money, since nothing is guaranteed.

 

Thank you BP for giving us an extra 32 hours to do the Carnival Queen event.

 

I'm thrilled with this event!!! Once you reach the Queen, you get so many goodies, it will make your head spin!
