What's to do with all the golden bananas?

You will all laugh about this question, but I got a LOT of them.

Now I am curious to know, is it better to keep them in anticipation of any changes in baha or to spend them on items I haven't opened yet??

What would you do?

 

Save them. The last time the MQ visited there was an vast expansion of crops and quests on Baha.
Personally would love to see Elephants as the next breeding animal.

 

I'm in the same situation as you. Haven't opened everything. I spent about a 100 in opening 3 items that I will need soon for quests, 411GB left in my inventory and I need 569 to open everything I consider useful. But when I was a little chickadeer in my dear Mentor's nest, she told me not to spend GB until I had use for the item that I was unlocking. She's very wise, so I'll stick to that advice.

Knowing BP they will try to lure those GB out of our barns sooner rather than later. Also worth noticing is the reward from the event-quest was pre-monkey-queen a generous GB reward and Farmshop Coins. Another sign in my eyes that we'll be needing those for something.

 

It depends on how many you have. If you have enough to open everything and then still got some left, i would open things up. That's what I did. But I got over 550 gb's left after opening everything, so if they do a content update I'm sure I can start opening something too.

@clonahmon I would/did unlock all the chambers 1st when going thru the temple.

Then wait & see what BP comes out with the next couple of months. Do not waste GB's unlocking the 2nd & 3rd customers! (If you have not already done so)
Prioritize which FSQ's you want to complete, unlocking only the statues needed. You will have maximum flexibility in choosing which statues you want/need to unlock to progress thru FSQ's.
The Monkey Queen's generosity allowed me to unlock the final tree statue. This farm started March 1st 2015 & has now unlocked all statues (was not going to unlock the Baha Manufactory but the possibility of getting a few more baskets was too tempting ) except for said customers. Have a small stash of just over 300 GB's available for BP's next Baha content upgrade. Last time after the Monkey Queen new statues with new FSQ's needed over 500 GB's to unlock So in a little over 2 years & 3 months & 2 Monkey Queen Parades, I'm finally ahead until BP adds more then I'll be behind again!

@dafodily I have unlocked all chambers before the event and 2nd customer unlocked long long ago (as I thought at the start of baha, that this would be necessary)
There are 6 trees and 5 plants not yet unlocked (most of them needed for quests), but I think, I will wait a bit longer to unlock them

I too wish that Elephant Breeding will come real soon as it is well overdue for New Breeding Animal on Baha. As it might be late summer perhaps. As it will be Bear Breeding in July.

I have an Excess of 1327 Golden Bananas. I have no urge to get any more Golden Bananas from Events or Quest but still can gain 5 GB each time i level up Baha

Clonahmon, unlock those Temple Statues and Does these quests when it suit you but it takes a while to work on these Quests

dafodily I was ahead with 602 GB before 2nd Monkey Queen Started. It will not surprise me that BP will add some new Statue Temples in due course. There were plans for Baha Expansions but has been Scrapped or Suspended based on Coral Reef if anyone remember these rumours going back many months ago

 

mooboy question for ya, so far i've used 1752 gb.s on the temple, and have 52 in stock. now how are you doing anything? you need to open so many temple door's for many of the quest how do you have 1327 sitting in inventory? just asking

Hi oldman49 Hope you are well ? Sure I happy Explain. I have used so far 1960 Golden Bananas, plus have 1327 Surplus Golden Bananas...

I was fortunate to made the most of both Monkey Queen Events. I gain on Average about 700 GB for each of Monkey Queen Event. Plus i have been able to complete nearly every event Thrown at me for several years. Plus Completing Quests that gives GB's.

I am also Level 339 on Baha too as Each level gains you 5 GB too..I hope this suffice to your answer oldman49 !!

I have 298 golden bananas and I think it is time for me to spend some and unlock new stuff but I am hesitant.
I don't know what to unlock first and I still haven't gathered a large amount of the crops animals and tree fruit I already have but if I wait for my barn to get full I will never unlock new stuff
