Feedback Cat & Dog Days

Far tooo much for very little reward ...wasn't the best event I have ever played ... only good thing about it was the Graphics
The rest of it was a BIG let down ... for the amount of people that play Farmerama... Would think the Global part of the game is above and beyond the amount needed to open the cloud rows...but we wouldn't know without having something to show how much has been donated

Even if it hasn't reached the target... the amount we have donated into this event ...giving the cats and dogs from our barns ....using PF for breeding these animals ... AND our time spent doing this event is more then enough to get these two cloud rows that give yet again more EP ...CC's would have been good

 

Firstly. I am not impress at all the the Glitches with Global Donations. As you said Bigpoint you ran a script to put it right. But why we cannot place our givers on the Cats and Dogs Cloud Row i have unlocked both of them been unable to do this for couple of days and it is still not fixed !!

Also the FAQ caused lots of Confusion about Rewards for Global Donations, then later removed but the amount of EP rewards is also meaning less for Global Donations not good value at all.

This Event is riddled with quiet a few Bugs. None of us is able to use the Cloud Rows for Cats and Dogs. What is the whole point to do this Event with Excitement they to our dismay cannot unlock these Cloud Rows.

This is worse Event for CR Issues by FAR !!!

Only two things i like about this Event is the Farm Coins A Paloolza Days tied in with Baby Boom. The Graphics for Cat and Dogs. Sleeping and Playing

Please Fix CR Issues asap

With most of your feedback I am agreeing!

 

As usual, the graphics and animation are great. However, what is most disappointing is that, once again, an event starts with glitches. BP - what is wrong with your programmers? or is that you don't give them enough time between events to make sure they will run smoothly? The reward for the second global part of each side is not that great, but then only 4 million more EP is required after the first global awards. It is hard for me to believe that we reached the first goal of 26M rather quickly and don't seem to be making much progress with the second part. What is even more frustrating is that there is no way for players to actually see the progress in numbers -- we should be able to hover over the progress bar and see the numbers!

There have been way too many events starting with glitches, and when they are "fixed" it seems to always be to the disadvantage of players. This leads to mistrust, especially when the numbers are not being shown and players feel that we are being kept in the dark regarding our progress. BP - you really need to slow down and once again put out the high quality product that you had before being taken over by this new company. Not only do players WANT you to slow down; it also seems that you cannot keep up with your own pace!

 

I enjoyed this event in many respects. I loved the graphics, especially the dog chasing his tail, how adorable! I very much liked that we could complete the personal goals without expending every ounce of PF we had, making it doable for even smallish farms. Including the coin palooza with the baby booms was a good deal too, especially since last time palooza only occurred outside BBD. The personal portion of donations was exciting and fun.

However, like most farmers I know, I was frustrated and annoyed when all the progress on the global bar was declared a glitch and re-evaluated. Once this occurred, the bar did not move perceptibly (at least on my display) for over 2 days, even during the first full day of regular Baby Boom on Friday. It also would have been nice to be able to hover on the progress bar and know what was still needed. The FAQs were unclear and confusing (did we need 30 billion total global donations or 50?). Now, with slightly more than 24 hours left in the event and BBD over, I have serious doubts whether we'll achieve the global rewards. What started out enjoyable is ending with a fizzle.

 

And what do we have today ..... The machinery on Offer ...when we have finished the event what is the point of that
When it would be helpful to have it at the start of an event ... we don't get this Offer then that's sad

Well they can keep it ...I have got used to doing it by hand now and have taken some of the things off my farm so i don't have to harvest so much and not spend my BB's on them

 

I finished this event the first day and have had my givers. But I don't understand the logic of the CR not being available until after the event Farm coins were a great plus to get BBD isn't about getting skips for me anymore (hasn't been for a long time) Now I just look at it as I know I will get extra animals

 

I didn't bother with Baby doomer ...I bought the dogs i needed for the event at the market ...In all the time I have played ...think I have had one skip ...get plenty of the animals I put in.... i get 2 back ...these must be the twins ...
We used to get bonus codes when things went wrong in the game (like the global throwing a wobbly) ...that sees to have disappeared from the game now

Looks like we might make it ...have been watching those white curves by the side of the presents for the cloud rows ...they have been moving the last few days...seems like they only need a dog and cat whisker for it to be finished

It would be nice to have the results of global events posted somehow. I had to read through other players comments in the strategy thread to find out that we made the 2nd goal for both dogs and cats (that the prizes were finally checked off). I think the donation screen could have been left up with the donate buttons disabled, or an announcement in the in-game news, or even an announcement in the forum! It's just really strange to have everything disappear with no official word.

 

When is the script being run so we can get our Cats & Dogs prizes? Not seen anything yet and would have expected this some time ago!

 

The event was fun, the graphics were great, the prizes are ok - but to scarcely award any PF in a breeding event is just mean! I hate global challenges, they are not fun and they do not bring us together, what happens is we get guilted into making contributions we might not have wanted to. I have enough of that in real life, do not appreciate it in my game. Like the upgrades being relatively common prizes - but don't like the increased demands that seem to come along with better awards.

 

This was not an Enjoyable Global Event. It had several Glitches, that lead us to believe we have donated enough to global but it appears that not enough global donations was made.

Only by the skin of it teeth within last few mins the Global Donations finally made it but only just !!

I was not happy to use Cloud Rows as soon it was unlocked. There was no need to rush this event at All. But the Prizes was ok but could have given up Better Prizes
