Strategy: A Clean Sweep

I got 137 drops. Harvested rose hips in comfort fields. Field without howies gave me 46 drops & field with 4 howies gave me 41 drops.

 

12ss12 I have to give U a Big Thanks....I followed ur strategy on plantation...Rose hips on Comfort Fields with WI FC SG and I got 138 drops...Hope this figure will help a lot in further progress.

 

Oh WOW well done 12ss12....so far have 41 ...but still have things to harvest when they have finished growing...AND they are rose hips in comfort fields ..so I tooo followed your strategy

Congrats, kibsnfebs. First harvest of drops is the best harvest. It takes us a long way in the event.

 

Whichever crop you have refined the most time reduction bonuses on.

 

Just harvested my initial pre-event plantings.. got 70 drops out of that. Not too much, but still ok.
Haven't had carnations on comfort fields.
And THEN stupid me... have sown the event plants with the harvest helper.. OH MY ...all 10 seeds went on small fields.. even when there were 2x2 fields there..
Thats giving me just 60 instead of 80 after the first event plant harvest.

So be it... I have to work around it..

Is it just me or the requirement for event drops this time is much lower than usual. I'm pleased

i probably need to use one CAC in order to complete this event I guess

 

Then try using stables & workshops with high production time. Along with it use crafting products to reduce their growth time.

 

I stand corrected Wasn't considering refinements into the equation as I don't have any for the higher crops Farmer Delight, odds are you will need more than 1 CAC but then again it depends on what you are going for.

 

I've been out an about all day, so I was 1 hour late to the start. My initial drop count is 141 yessss, seems I'm finally catching up on those big droppers

Ofc No event without a whopsie, I did tomatoes next to the event crop, and some even longer on the other two. My tomatoes are ready 20 min after the event crop. I don't know why I bother to think, probably just a bad habbit or something. Oh well, I have dotted down the numbers and if I managed 2,5 harvest per day I should be done in around 4 days. Plenty of times for some whopsies then.

 

Great Moraine ! 141 is a great amount. You are halfway through.

 

LOL @big droppers I got 98.....<<<this is what i mean when i say trophies aren't that helpful

 

On a Mainland 2x2 field

Sticky Surprise (10:00 hrs) = 112 EP
Cauliflower (10:00 hrs) = 64 EP
Leeks (18:15 hrs) = 111 EP
Rye (18:20 hrs) = 114 EP

Compared to regular crops, this event crop once again provides good EP so it might be worth growing for as long as it is around, even when you're finished with the cleaning or not doing the event at all.

Count me in on being happy with the good drop rate.

DON'T put refined carnations in comfort fields have just done that (hair stands on end ) they take 52:39 to grow ...the event will be over time they have finished growing ....thats with water and manure OMG

I got 106 Scrubbing Brushes on my initial Harvest. So I am happy with it, as there is no rush get Scrubbing Brushes for me. As i always end up with Surplus Drops.

As Sticky Surprise gives 112 EP. On my Farm they are giving me 123.4 EP with no Buffs cos we have Green Thumb Rune that adds 10% More EP. I have a Flower Cloud that also adds another 10% EP on Event Crops too

 

Hopefully nicorette BUT they might be after the event has finished

Have got 141 scrubbing brushes..(still waiting for the carnations )
Only need another 153 to get 300

Am i right ...the sticker needs 400 crops ?... don't like wasting my time getting something ... for it to be stuck in a book never to be seen again IF it is

Nellie, my trophies are at 29% and my initial harvest was 84 drops. That was 2 fields of rosehips and 1 field of 20 hr trees and 6 Or bear stables. You got 98 I look at it that I was practically 1/3 of the way of getting drops needed from the get-go. Seems like your trophies are working just fine
