I got one as well, but haven't done the quest. I think I got mine as a reward for another MM event.

On a more on note. The drop rate isn't as bad as I've feared. They are coming along nicely. Got 151 now. Grew 6h crop over night, 4 hour crop this morning. Those numbers include gifts tho. Yesterday when I speed grew my event crop I noticed I seemed to get somewhere between 5-10 drop each harvest, which is pretty much what Habalala also got. I have a few other stuffs on there as well, so was a bit more than 100 plots. Not as bad as the last event where I had forgotten how bad it was Thanks for the reminder Decree.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for all of us!

 

I know it's a typo, but it's hilariously appropriate (clonahmon, I'm not making fun of you in any way, I just thought it was a great way to reference drops; think I'll call it that from now on )

Unlike everyone else here, I forgot we couldn't use TBs and used 4 of them, then got irate when they didn't work, then felt stupid when I realized why . Same with CRs, lol, tho not so costly. Otherwise, seem to be on track to finish easily, with 16 broths made so far. Want to finish growing crops quickly on mini-me farm (you know, the one I wasn't going to work much ), got my first CR there with Spring Cleaning, and want to get those clouds open!

Good luck with that Spots! I have two farms that are "not working" so tell my why do I log in each day, buy stuff to make PF, make PF, get freebies and, when MM comes round, actually harvest whatever I have there!

Ariel: I didn't have any long growing crops or animals in the MM field at the start and am getting the event crops out of the way before I do longer crops and animals again. I have 96 Silver Spoons. Not brilliant but I hope that I can catch up when the event crops are done - hopefully tomorrow!

 

I gave 10 broths to the vampire bats. One complete harvest of the event crop gives me 17 drops.

 

I only have 35 drops so far but still working on the event crops, then will start longer growing crops for (hopefully) better drop rate. Congrats to those progressing nicely & receiving more drops! Good luck to everyone!

 

For harvesting a field of birds nest fungus I got 2 silver spoons NOT good

So just put in dust shadow bloom for over night to see how many they give...
If that's all i am going to be getting in this event every harvest ..then I will stop wasting my time and go and play another game

 

Was it a full field of event crop? Or do you have other stuff trees, pen as well ? A full field should have granted you a few more. As I said I had almost the 202 (1x1) field when I got drops in the range of 5-10 drops per harvest. A few more pens and trees and I would have been down to your number easily.

It could also be that the Viking goo we used to seal the leaks of Titanic has started to wear off. Our little dingy does a much better job of sinking than floating

 

@Moraine , Not sure if you were asking me or Nellie but I harvest full fields of event crops, no pens, trees, etc. using 1x1 plots. The 35 drops was for a day and a half worth of drops, now I'm at 55 this evening total for almost 2 days worth of drops. I'll harvest twice more before bed probably so I'll update total 2 days worth later on this eve. But even with my low drop rate currently I'm not discouraged because once I get the event crops out of the way I can do longer ones for hopeful better drop rate.

 

ok so far 4500 in crop 129 drops we need #'s on the crop's were all getting and on what, by the morning i'll have the crop and only half the drops. my glow mold didn't put out many i think it was 20 or so?

 

I assumed the XXL tree would include the base. It does not. Pretty disappointed. Drops are doing great with this event for me. 147 and I've been mainly growing event crops. It's kind of typical. Good drop rate, bummer prizes.

 

Just wanna throw out a heads up to everyone and possibly what to do with your time while your main fields remain un.......eventful, as the MM bat event continues.. Take a peek at your animal breeding house/add breeding.. As time ticks away from this very moment, 198:00 hrs till bear breeding starts. Have enough Bears, Bear Habitat's, Milled Bear feed, pheromones, applicable Artisan buffs or Power-feed? Also, potentially be prepared to use some Stars on a breeding rune in the Tree of Wisdom.

Already reached the Birds Nest Fungus (which takes 4 hrs to grow) amount requirement for milled bat broth's to finish the event, now I'll just grow Duskshadow Bloom's or Glow Mold's.. Both are at 8 hrs each to grow and will increase my Silver Spoon drop count when harvesting.

 

Been getting 15 drops per harvest on 202 (1×1) plots for event crops. I'm using CAC and carrot bread buffs. I'm realizing carrot bread does wonders for my drops rate

 

I won an XXL Dark Queen's Apple tree, but where can I find the base? Is it a rare tree?

Good morning Moraine ...had some stables and trees out...have now put them back in the box and the field is now full of the event crop...so will see how many that gives me
Am going to B&Qup this morning with me little man who has chickenpox ..so we will get us some SUPER glue and a BIG bung for the hole... So keep paddling

It's wonderful to see you, Ariel, glad you're back! How did exams go, did you get the university you wished to go to? You certainly worked hard, I know that.

Now about 1/2 way done with making broth, should finish crops tomorrow, was glad to have a day where I got 5 harvests. Haven't really paid attention to the drop rate, but I've got almost 50% of the needed broths, so seems okay to me so far.

I harvested the event crops and I only got 2 drops! Well when I finish with the crops I will plant longer hour plants so I can get some drops...

Hi Arieh nice to see you back ... I have a slim Monster pit and dark light fireflys...that i got from jack's shop that can be put on the moonlight playing field
And have a night gleam tree and tentacle willows

And My drops were slightly better today without the stables and the trees off ...so thank you Moraine
