I first did the welcome gifts, then the rest of the mocktails. So no more mint needed. I messed up a bit and milled some flyers before finishing bamboo building. Now, with bat event finished, 3 buildings are done and I need about 180 more floral garlands to finish up that building and move onto getting the reviews. I already have 37 flyers with two fields of bamboo and plenty of shells to make more. I just wish the drop rate for the garlands was better! However, in the meantime, I can keep making flyers and get some "instant reviews" once that room is done!

EDIT: Wrote the above about 24 hours ago and forgot to click on "post reply"!!!! Now, with 62 hours left, I still need 81 more floral garlands, which will take at least two more harvests of bamboo. I currently have 72 flyers and will continue making those as I can. It's a bit frustrating waiting to get all those garlands! At this rate, I'm probably going to need another 100 flyers!

But you get the first review directly after finishing the 4th building, so only 206 flyers are needed.
Unfortunately this is not mentioned in the FAQ.

Just two reviews needed here. One will be ready to harvest when getting up, the last one will be ready after 6 hours. Then I will set out trees on baha and rainforest and eat pineapple cake.
This way I avoid to get more of the then unneeded drops.

 

@Solatido I know waiting for those Garlands is tough. For a boost on them, do put in longer time growing crops overnight. You'll get there!

Actually wish i hadn't started this event its a lot of work for YET ANOTHER TEP giving cloud row and the rewards aren't exactly that brilliant It's the same as every other event we have had lately...it's becoming boring

Without even trying (concentrated on the MM event instead), I've finished house #1 & #3, and in the process of milling welcome gifts for #4. It's unlikely I'll get #2 done in time, so no #5 either, but I said at the start I would only do what I could do without trying, and am quite pleased with the results. I feel I could have finished the entire event had I decided to try for it, but don't regret not doing so. Nice surprise to see the magic trees are, in fact, giving flower garlands.

 

Hi all,
Just wanted an esteemed opinion on whether it is worth trying to finish: 50 hours left, just unblocked#5, 16 reviews completed instantly, shave 27 flyers left, run out of shells.
Does anyone think it is even worth to keep going?

 

CR up and running, my spa manager will be happy with me. Might finally get to level 3.

Hi neighbor. My baby farm has 21/35 and I am confident AmySue52 will have the CR, too.
I don't see a down side to trying.

 

I have just, with additional usage of SG, got the final Floral Garlands to donate to set off the Visitor Reviews. If I can get enough Spotted Shells (and looking how they are dropping compared to the Garlands, this is a possibility), I might be able to finish. Lots of ifs, buts and maybes but not too worried. I have got further than anticipated so who knows?

I am really hoping for a pleasant surprise from BP tomorrow or Wednesday - perhaps 10 or even 15 Visitor Reviews or maybe even an extension on the event ... well I can hope can't I?

Sorry, I just changed my last post - noticed I put "can't" twice ... but maybe that's closer to the truth!

 

i need 17 to finish tryin to find the sweet spot so i don't run outa shells, using 4 flyer's for two hr. turn a round. i don't know i think i'm starten to cramp up.

 

Finished the event this morning I had my doubts I would finish but I'm glad I mage Flyers in between the Welcome Gifts And I just opened my Spa so this will help. Good luck to those still trying and Congrats to those who have completed what they wanted to!! Any neighbors who read this, please gift someone in need

 

I'm doing 5 flyers and 1 hour. Had some to go on, and I've just run out of shells. But I think I should finish sometime tomorrow with a day to spare. Can't wait until I'm done. didn't like this event at all

 

CR up and running since 8 am here.
Haven't put out trees yet, as CAC was running out before my onions and hazelnuts were ready to harvest. So put out another portion of CAC but will DEFINITELY put out trees tonight.
440 flower garlands and 152 shells in the barn at the moment. Unfortunately I can't send them ALL out to players in need. Would love to.

Tomorrow special prize will be 100% EP for 24 hours. So open the special shell when you are ready for harvest. So says Hungarian & Russian Grapevine section. So no chance of either the reviews or flyers.

With regard to the cloud some players are of the opinion that with Bahamarama island being extended, spa trade might also be extended. New crafting products might come etc., So I think it is best to get the cloud row.

 

House number 3 nearly finished and House 4 ...need to get 46 welcome gifts...which Garlands aren't dropping very fast in fact not at all
So this will put the damper on finishing this event

Will try some over night honey dew melons to see if that helps with drops

All I need now is 18 welcome gifts and 34 Resort flyers... have put in over night long time growers ...SO am praying I get these

Think this has been the most stressful event i have every played
