I think the drop rate was great compared to some of the previous events. The two stage event provided a challenge to complete. With some effort (time and commitment!) it could be done. The BEP for the Event Crops is superb and made it worth growing those, even when one is not participating in the Event.
Pity the rewards were so so again. Especially the fact the CR offers nothing really extra for those already at level 5 of the Spa is very disappointing. I also think we should've been able to get over 35 Visitor Reviews and have the extra's exchanged. Now I'm stuck with a whole bunch of near worthless flyers and welcome gifts I have no use for.

    Overall rating 6.5/10

I am in agreement with many regarding the drop rate on the garland. With less than two days to go, I am not sure I am going to get enough garland to complete, not to mention trying to use the fliers I have created.

I don't believe that the difficultly level on this is medium, much more of a challenge. Would like to see the event lengthened.

Add me to the players who found the overlapping events, and the split between gifting, to just put me completely off. I didn't even care to try to do the Baha event, grew a few crops, donated those, and that was enough for me. The rewards are nice for players who needed GB and the cloud row is lovely for those who are not at Level 5 Spa, but this was not a fun event, nothing about it was fun.

I may be the only person playing who likes the fact that we have to constantly choose what things to be growing, and what things stay in storage - I am a real life farmer and I cannot grow everything, every season, and keep my sanity, so for me, the game mirrors life, and I enjoy changing my farm around frequently to reflect that. However, many players do not, and it should be possible to squeak by the events even if you choose to leave trees around the edges of your fields - we should not have requirements that are so high that it is impossible to complete them without tearing everything out and putting in 1x1s, which pretty much requires the harvester at a minimum, and the use of CAC, and then drops that are so thin that even high level players are struggling. Enhancements are supposed to ENHANCE game play, not be required for it. You are alienating a lot of your players with the super high demands of every event, and the back to back avalanche of events.

What keeps me playing this game, while I have started and stopped many others during the six years that I have been playing this one, is that there is always something new to do. That is one of the greatest features of this game - but you make it like another job. I got a tablet and a wifi hotspot just so I could do events while I am at work - in the middle of a farm in a rural area where there is no active wifi - because I was tired of missing out on things that I could have done if I could just have done ONE harvest in the middle of the day. Make it so people with real lives can still get something out of this game! Those who are home all day, or have jobs where they can constantly access the computer, can finish a six day event in one and a half days - more power to them - but make it so normal individuals can comfortably play too!

    I’m done, and I didn’t like it.

    • This event started whilst the MM event was going on. Normally this doesn’t matter much, but that event also requires milling stuff and drops you would want to gift
    • The FAQ of the event mirrored the complexity of the event.
    • Two different drops – three products to mill.
    • One milling item requires another milled item. Why? It’s just adds to the complexity, but not to the fun factor.
    • The drop rate adds to the difficulty. In order to open to the final stage one has to collect drop of one kind, milling other items that requires the same bottle neck drop: the garland. And this is BEFORE you can start to collect the reviews.
    • The actual reviews not only can but must be speeded up by using flyers. The last milled item, requiring a drop item as well as crop.
    • But it’s not enough just collect them. Oh no we have to hand them in as well. Why ? I have no idea. Maybe BP loves to make us go click-click for no reasons.
    • The graphic is nice, but on the bland side. There doesn’t really happen anything after the huts after they are built.
This event is not a medium event, it was small on entertainment value, and difficult on challenges.

I have to agree with the above opinions. This was kind of boring...and after having looked forward to it so much, I am quite disappointed....and still have 3 reviews to go. Yes, I will make it, but it has been a trial, with little entertainment value, no real game inter-action....just grow and mill, grow and mill, grow and mill....
It seemed a good idea, poorly executed.

    Ho Hum. Rating: 2 - 2 1/2 stars

Ok for the most part.... I was very confused before the event started.. After seeing what all we needed and seeing posts in another thread about this event... I really did not think i was gonna make it... I did... Dont ask me how i did it.. im still in shock....lol but i did one thing at a time... did what i thought made sense first... i planted one crop on one field and another crop on another... did them back to back for as much as i needed too... the rest just fell in place... besides of course the shells... I was hunting them left and right last 50 hours of this event...lol

What I know right now this very moment of what I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THIS EVENT is

having 2 event items giftable while we was already having one event going prior to this one with one giftable event item... Now I dont know what is worse the fact you make us choose 5 people out of how many neighbors we need?? Now that said... BP can you not add? I know you can when it comes to MONEY... this event made us choose what 3 gifts to send to only 5 people... like we know what is best for our neighbors we have to choose the item we want them to work for..??? And you want us to do these events??? you want more money??? really ?? I cant tell

I am so happy that only like 5 out of 18 neighbors i have really gift me every day....But if more did... I be screwed to return gifts that was sent to me... Making me NOT A happy FARMER. I dont like having to rotate gifts.... these people who gift me are expecting one in return right away.... not a day or 5 days later... PERIOD... you want us to play these events, want us to spend money... well I guess you need to use some common sense BP....

Do any or and all of these... You will make alot happier and maybe your pockets too. as more people can play and enjoy themself without having any worries..

1, expand our gift person limits. not just 5 (it is 5 now without the tree) should be least 10 without the tree.)
2 No more on top events that has giftable items. or do number 3
3, if more then one event item is giftable... then how ever many they are add all event items up and let it count as a whole gift sent to a player... like the spoons, shells and the garland.... i can send one of each to say like pepperclown and it counts as one gift....

Yes i am sure you can do that into the program to where we dont abuse it and send 3 spoons to a person.... you can code event items by name to make it work and not use a number on event item . like say .33 per event item if 3 event items is there.. or like .50 if 2 event items was needed.. Or better yet... no more on top events and no more then one giftable item... per event.

If you really care to make money then you need to make us the players happy.... im sorry but a upset farmer is not gonna give you a dime.... I mean would you give us money and we do you what you doing to us?? no i think not.... No one is asking for a handout BP. We are just asking you to listen to us and change what really needs to be changed.... And for the love of the game.... Do it NOW and not wait on more of the same replies about all these events... they are all the same for the most part..

I found I have had to spend 90% of my day sitting at a computer growing crops on 2 fields of 1x1 to get the pathetic amount of drops
And doing two events at the same time

FUN aspect ZERO ... grow and throw gives no fun ...it's like being a robot

Think it's time for me to find another game...grow throw and milling isn't what I want in a game every event it's becoming boring

We have done enough in this event without the michelin star rating

A Magical Stalk RowGives: 150 TEP x Baha level, 400 Spa Manager trade points, 50% extra TEP for Bahamarama flowers for 2 hours
    Cooldown time: 12 hours
    Requires the 3 event items

YET another TEP giving Cloud Row .... BORING

Conceptually I liked the idea of the event but the length of time to acquire enough goods to build the four buildings before starting on the resort ratings and the sheer number of ratings needed changed this from a pleasurable event to a stressful one. Couple that with the simultaneous event it felt like spinning plates in a circus act. I also agree that the ratio of floral garland and spotted shells seems off. If we could have started resort ratings before completing the 4 buildings it would have been better. Also a six hour per rating took too much time, was boring and I would take forever without throwing a lot more throw away crop in the mix. Even stages in the resort rating would help to relieve the boredom in getting to 35 ratings.

The concept of the event seemed pretty standard, and I wouldn't mind the cloud row (as all my significant island ep comes off the cloud), but the drop rates were flat out ridiculous. I'm sitting at the end of the event with a bunch of bamboo and shells ready to make flyers, but they'll never be used as the drop rate for garlands has left me 200 short for completing the buildings. I've had a 2:1 shell:garland drop ratio which is completely backwards...I may not have had enough bamboo for flyers to finish, but I should have been able to at least try...

Ha! 7 hours left and I've got 25 ratings for an exercise in futility!!!. for 350bbs I can finish, I'm sorry that I started it. I don't know which was worse; fussing over buildings in the begining or the novel but very steep ask of the 'ratings' has left me wondering if it could have been finished at all without buying. Won't play another event like this again.

    Something pro: I finished.

Something Con: Much of what is stated above.

I see an event as a Party. We are, (at a certain level) all invited. We show up, and there are even gifts. But... Not for everyone!
How would you feel if you were excluded? You have a lot of customers who feel this way at every Drop Event.
One gift per neighbor would encourage your customers to invite more friends and family to join the party (game).
Potentially increasing your bottom line (profit). Happy and Satisfied customers = Continued and Recommended patronage.

This event should have been called: "Wish I could finish"

Just saw the new bear event, which should be called........"Here we go again"

Given up now, no point trying with only 2 hours to go - lost by 9 reviews.

A more appropriate name for this event......"Wish I never started"

Well, I finally finished all 3 farms.
Farm 1 had 8 hours remaining
Farm 2 had 7-1/2 hours remaining
Farm 3 had 5 hours remaining

Made a mistake early on planting too many Moroccan Mints but that shouldn't have made a big difference in drops (6 hr event crop vs 7 hr crop).

Glad I was able to finish and get the Cloud Row as I haven't done much with my Spa yet..

For me not really worth putting in too much Effort for the Rewards for this Event. As The Cloud Row as not much use to me as i already got huge surplus of Golden Bananas. Plus i am Level 343 Baha.

I mostly grow Trees on Baha so 50% More Baha Flowers EP does not appeal to me. I do not expect all events goes in my Favour so this is one of them.

Only got as Far as Unlocking 4 Buildings :wuerg:

Very boring event, prizes not worth it for the amount of effort that we put in.

210 hours to get reviews without speeding them up, which incurred another mill item to the 2 that were already required coupled with the milled item for bat event. Plus there was 3 gifts to send to send to neighbours what was that all about, need to start having the option to send all event items as gifts in one go.

come on BP need to start getting act together in listening to your PAYING customers. 2 events at same time, 4 milled items at same time and 3 gifts at same time. How to quickly loose people from the game the way you are going there will be no one left.

tomorrow we have another 2 events going on at same time, come on give us a break

The moderators can not help with this here. Post in Help, Technical section and include your farm ID# which is at the bottom of your farm frame.

BigKia29: You need to post in the Technical section so that someone can check out your farm. Hope you find it. ;)

I did actually finish - considering I only managed to finish the fourth building on Monday, no-one is more surprised than me. 8)

This was a very complicated and demanding event, not at all medium difficulty as stated. I think that the final part, having to wait 6 hours for the Resort Reviews was the final straw. Either make the Resort Review a milling item and forget the Flyer or reduce the time required.
