gift and trade

i dont know if im posting this in the right area or not but just wondering any idea when we may have another gift and trade event im looking to do some spring cleaning

 

Considering the last G&T was in May. If you're lucky, the next one will be next month. Realistically, it should be by September

 

oh ok thank you i havent been around for about 3 years due to family health issues so i missed the one in may but i will be watching

I really tried my best for the nutmeg today, but alas it was not meant to be. Am I correct in thinking it's normally those rare stuff that was around the previous time the event ran, that can be offered ? And those released between previous and next are off limits ? Generally speaking, rule of thumb.

 

Gift and Trade rules are that items have to be in game 4 months before they are traded. Sometimes BP makes an exception for event givers but I've not seen stables or trees any earlier than that. I usually go back to the wonder event FAQ to see what is up next for trading.

just a bit more for clarification....

It is not just the month but also the date. For example, if a tree or stable came out 15 January and we had a Gift and Trade 5 May, it hasn't reached its full 4 months of being in game. That has happened in previous G/T events where something just missed the cut off by a few days (or a week).

 

I won't be checking dates as I'll try to trim down my inventory. My nutmeg tree is still nothing but a dream
