Neon Stables Event

We will need to breed 405 times using only Donkeys, Fish and ostriches to get the six neons on offer. That is 810 Powerfeed !!
This is going to get expensive, but a Neon for the above three, plus frog, bat and dog.....
Wow !!
We can save 90 love-locks by not going for the Neon ep givers (one for each ) and saving 180 power feed...
...and a big saving of 135 love-locks (270 powerfeed) by not going for the cloud row.

 

I make that 270 times - what am I missing? For each section, 45 Love Locks makes 135 Love Locks and 135 for the last part making 270 Love Locks in total. That makes 540 Powerfeed. Still a lot but a little more palatable. But am I wrong? I sure hope my maths is better this time round if not, I'm out of this event.

Okay, glazed over that bit! May have to let those go. I am a little short for the main event but am confident I can scrape up the deficit. But not another 270 for the extras.

The requirement for each animal is 675,000 barn value worth. Using just basic animals, this equates to:

2,164 Fish
1,850 Ostriches
1,701 Donkeys

But then you need to add in 45 x 4 of each animal for breeding so:

2,164 + 180 = 2,344 Fish
1,850 + 180 = 2,030 Ostriches
1,701 + 180 = 1,881 Donkeys

Wow, indeed David!

Of course, during breeding you are likely to get some of those animals back so this is the most you would need. So you can save your coloured animals if you have been stocking up on these animals.

to me another barn emptier if you already have coloured animals ready, im sure others better than me can figure out what is needed.

If doing event from scratch a shed load of powerfeed needed. Neon stables would be nice but going to be at a cost.

I think ill have enough pf only if I skip the CR and the extra ep givers so that's what I'm going to have to do and hope eventually ill be able to get the bat, dog and frog ep givers in a future G&T event but I do want the Neon stables the CR doesn't seem that great to me anyways so here goes GOOD LUCK to everyone and may the skips be with you all

Special thanks for farmer_broke. He was the one who taught me about marketing. Now I have around 9000 fishes and going to sell them all. I slowly bought them over several months when they were 2000 to 4000 CCs. broke's way of buying. Thanks once again broke !

and don't forget we are also having Recycl-o-Mat & Second part of crystal falls tomorrow. Will we get nublon drops from animal/workshop pens ? I think only trees & crops give nublon batteries. The FAQ has been updated. You receive batteries from all your crops/trees/animals and workshops. The Magic Tree will also give 1 x battery during this edition.

Also till tomorrow, Thursday, 17th of August at 11:00 CEST (UTC+2) breeding gives you Farm Coins.

 

If you like me wish to do the bare minimum only meaning just get the 3 neon stables. You only need to complete until level 3.

Assuming you have enough animals already, that means this event will only cost 72 powerfeed (90 minus the 18 from rewards)

Update: Checked my inventory, I have more than enough breeding animals waiting. Just need to breed 45 times for the love lock

Good point FarmerDelight! But I will probably go for the CR - never could resist GBs and I also need lots of Farm Coins to get that next part of Crystal Falls. Must check that out too, thanks for the heads up there One-Two!

I'm with you there Sirpippen! I have set up 44 of each in the breeding motel in readiness for the announcement that a Baby Boom has started!

With the prizes of PF and what I have already, I am about (or should that be exactly!) 64 PF short but I am sure I can find some hidden FSQs with a little to make up the difference. If I don't get enough, I will get the Neon Bat, Frog or Dog ... but I'm optimistic it will be the CR!

Well, I'm in for the FSQ (if I have the required - or the wherewithall to get the -stuff of course) but think I will have three blank patches for a while yet!

They should extend the Coins-for-breeding to the Neon breeding event!!!

I only usually do up to level 3 in events like this ...to just get the basic animal ...that does what i want it to do and takes less of my barn ...but this event is different..the up grades give manure and tools ...and am i right in thinking you have to build this ?

Think I might sit this one out...Have lost the the plot in this event.... it's toooo complicated for my miniscule brain And I hate baby doomer cannot remember the last time i had a skip ...IF ever

 

wow 800 PF and they gave us like 47 if i counted right in the rewards...i am sitting this one out... i don't have that much anyway i just buildt up my stock of PF to 600 as it is....this is one CR i cant get....

I was gonna buy the Mill pack but when i tried, it didn't work.... and now sale is off.. if i could've got another 50% time reduced on the mill i more likely would've did this.. but takes so long to make PF. I may shoot for them 5 party tickets though...lol

I want to encourage everyone who can to complete the third level to each of the animal stages. The real reward from this event isn't the CR, it's the extremely cheap Neon pens you get from the third level.

For 325,000 in BV and 30 PF for each animal you will get a Neon Stable. The cost of constructing one manually would need 1000's of PF and 6.9 Million BV for Donkey, 5.3 Million BV for Fish, and 6 Million BV for Ostrich. Or if you're lucky enough to buy the top level breeding for any of these animals, it would cost more than 50 million CCs, but these breed of animals are rarely seen on the market if seen at all.

 

Thank you Decree, I got lost in that for a minute.... was about to ask question (s) but took a few minutes to think. Yes I can do that.... and will.. Maybe just maybe depends how i do on the other event, I may can buy PF with FC's But still need to unlock the new island with them too... So right now its a toss up...lol

You said you had 600 PF? Obtaining the 3 Neon stables will cost you 90 of that. You won't need to buy any PF with FC's. That is the easy part. The hard part for a newer farm is going to be gathering enough animals and breeds to donate.

I would also say to be very cautious when doing the Recycl-o-Mat event, as it can cost a lot of barn value for very little return. However, there doesn't seem to be a lot of alternatives for obtaining FC's at this point, so it is a necessary evil. If you must do the event, I strongly suggest using only the XL option as it scales better and has the best chances to increase the reward potential.

 

It is another Neon Event But will only get 1 Neon Stable Each of Fish, Ostrich and Donkey as it not as rewarding Neon Revolution in terms of Neon Stables

But we can win a Neon Giver of Fish, Ostrich and Donkey. But i rather have 2nd Neon Stable Each !! We can also have an Option to get an Neon Frog, Neon Dog and Neon Bat Giver. But will cost us 90 Power Feeds for Each Giver. For me it is not good Value, I would rather wait for next Barter and Gift Event for These

As we need 270 Power Feeds to get all except the Cloud Row. As i do not think the Cloud Row is worth 135 Love Locks. So i will not be aiming for Cloud Row This time.

The Crystal Falls 2 as we need to do Crystal Fall 2 Quest, 80 Golden Bananas for Temple Statue and 600 Farm Coins.

Crystal Fall 2 Quest is much easier to do than Crystal Fall 1 Quest as it not a Barn Draining Quest as it is a Timed Quests which can be helps by using Buffs It a Huge ask for 600 Farm Coins. It a good Job i have been saving up my farm Coins. In case they will come in handy Lucky for me i have been saving up my Breeding Stocks and my stock of Fish, Ostriches and Donkeys. Fingers Cross we get some good Skips

 

Ok i am lost... the recycl-o-mat event.... how do we get batteries? and which is it 20,000 for the small or is it 200,000? and its for all of them not just the small... they have 2 different set of numbers for each...if its like 20,000 each time you play the small step then wouldn't it be 10 batteries each? As the text below the picture does say each round. Just the picture itself lost me...


Each round played for each prize pool requires:
Small - 20,000 Barn value of required goods + 10 Nublonite batteries
Medium - 50,000 Barn value of required goods + 25 Nublonite batteries
Large - 100,000 Barn value of required goods + 35 Nublonite batteries
X Large - 300,000 Barn value of required goods + 90 Nublonite batteries
