Only need to get the cloud row and lost in the maze .... have the others to go on the row .... so it doesn't matter if I don't get anything else after that...Have got all that i wanted from it

 

I finished everything last night but the one that needs 350 drops. There are 157 in my barn so just a little under 200 needed here Congrats to all!!

 

I guess it depends on your objective. Right now, I don't need money (well we could all use money ), but I do need to open up the bahamarama for more needed space (since I just recently opened it). With the glowberries at 176 TEP per crop square, it's moving up much faster to gain those level golden bananas (I can't get them any other way) than if I was just planting the crops I have access to this early on. Plus, at the end of the event, I'll get additional TEP for all my glowberries and magnifying glasses and probably level up again, plus more.

I don't sell crops since I use them for feed mostly. I do sell chickens, etc. (the animals I have a lot of) -- so I'll go back to regular crops once the event is over - right now I have enough to keep my animals fed until then. The glowberries are giving me better tool drops as well -- so I can start working on more workshops. For me, it's TEP goal at the moment -- then back to star gains, regular crops, etc. I can't possibly do the event at this stage, so I'm reaping whatever benefits I can from it.

Done with the Maze...CR up and running...from crate of crates received zanny animal crate...Now preparation for History...I never ever miss 12ss12 postings in Strategy and Grapevine thread cos they help a lot in finishing the event..Thx a lot 12.....Good luck to all those progressing...

 

Have now got to get 234 magnifying glasses... to get lost in the maze... dont think i will be able to get that in the 39 hours left...think i need a miracle have got the row and the two other givers to it

Cannot even buy them in farm supplies because I don't get movies to watch to make BBs

My other farm gives me four movies to watch ...this farm I am given one a day to watch...If they think I am going to buy BBs ...they will be waiting a long time ...it's advertised as a free game ...that's how I play it
Have bought the only thing I am buying from this game ... that was the Confectioners

 

i am just waiting on a little over 100 drops to get the CRs and finish up the event on all my farms wooooohooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to all of you who have your CR up and running! I need 1798 more crops and only 12 drops to get my last giver and then I will be able to get my CR up and running also, I did have to buy those pesky records but I thought it was worth it and so here I am almost finished!

Im way off finishing got enough crops and drops just dont have cc's to buy last few items so just got what I could do, will take that as a bonus.

Well, I did participate but was not really putting my whole force into it: work commitments and good weather won over FOCD (well, almost!). Final lot of Glowberries cooking now, just another 86 Magnifying Glasses required which will be easily obtainable with long term crops overnight (from this afternoon in fact as work interrupts play as usual!).

So all my comments are nul and void: difficulty was medium, drops for me (bearing in mind that on some nights, I planted Glowberries to make sure I got enough in time) were pretty good. I milled my Flashlights as soon as I had enough Glowberries so I could go back to normal milling asap so this caused me nothing more than a little hiccough in my milling schedule.

If only I had put a bit more thought into my strategy - I wanted to get everything before I donated anything and had completely forgotten that some of those chests would be active for the whole event! DOH!

Oh well, I suppose it is my own fault for being so blooming negative!

 

Have put in a field of Honeydew melons ..to see if they will give more drops

I only need 47 Magnifying Glasses now, I got 39 from 4 fields of Glowberries. So, unless there is a shortage of Magnifying Glasses in the pot, I am on target to finish tomorrow - planted Foxtail Millet, Honeydew Melons and Protea (just cos I haven't got many of them). Nice and calm ...

I remember someone mentioned that you can donate leftover event crops to the Trophy FSQ, Country Fair, or what I called The Bottomless Pit.
Sorry I do not remember which of our wise acres said it. That's what I do on my newer farm, now.

 

Congratulations to everyone who achieved their goal. I got to where I could without the workshop goodies and I'll make great extra ep with the leftover event crops but.......was I the only one who got one and not 10 white innocent (as was in the Event Forum FAQ guide) for the level 5 prize?
