blessedlady2- you use the JBT right before you harvest your koalas It only lasts 6 hours so it is a one time use buff

Both farms are at least to the half-way point on all three sections of the event. As expected - one of the drops (cough cough) seems to have a much lower drop rate than the other. So if you're giving out event drops, gift the soapstone, folks. We're all gonna need more.

I have to say that the rewards have been very nice. That 100% EP bonus gave me the boost this farm needed to level up. Did the happy dance until I remembered that I now need 72.5 mil EP to get to the next level. ugh. But I can grow Rose hips now!

Edited to add: was just about to post on the feedback thread, but thought I'd add this here, too. Use half the manure - I only use manure on the mainland crops - makes the two crops just about even time-wise. Gotta do what we can as manure has already soared sky high in the markets.

 

thanks for the info dumbunny I only use manure on the first 2 start up rounds and then just water. Manure prices too high for me so I'm spending the time in between the 2 crop harvests reading the forum, answering mail, ...etc.

 

In 1 and 1/2 days time (since yesterday morning) only 111 limestone and 72 soapstone total so far. I've set a timer to harvest and replant immediately when ready, leaving no idle time in between. Watered. CAC. I planted long growing crops, drops did not increase. Trophies did not affect drop rate, in fact were less on the field my trophies were on with same long growing crops as the other field. I ripped out all my trees, to have more room for long growing crops, didn't help. I'm just cursed with low drops. I've seen many people talking about how they received the same amount I've received in 1 and 1/2 days in one single harvest alone on their farms yesterday morning. I'm not sure why I keep participating in events when the odds are against me, but I don't like to give up, so hopefully things will pick up soon. For now I have to focus on the golden papyrus and cattail reeds, since I've grown enough to cover all fields till I reach the numbers needed for each, then back to long growing crops. The Manure Prices have gone insane in the markets. I have only used Manure when i was nuking the two new event crops. I have managed to avoid using Manure on Event Crops keep avoid using manure for this event.

As for me is bit waste of manure, when you farm is idling waiting to be harvest. It not help both event crops has 1 Hour Different in harvest time. So far have managed to complete All 12 Steps of India and Mexico so i am on par with Trishap needing to complete 12 Steps of China. Which should be achieved in next 48 Hours

 

The drops will increase dramatically if you use Howie. I use to have the same problem, that's why I did everything possible to get some at the last Trade&Gift event.

Finished India & Mexico. I too use manure, only during the inital stage of increasing my event seeds. After that its only the water.

 

I just have China to do, also. I got the PF, then had to stop for stone. I have 13 Limestone and 43 Soapstone.
I planted long crop on Glade and Crystal Falls. After next harvest I will plant 2 fields each with Honeydew and Hazelnut(for CAC).
No sense have a lot of event crop with no stones.

 

DONE...India and Mexico...need only 144 Lime stones to finish China and get the ROW running...Good Luck to all those nearing to finishing end.

 

I'm also stuck trying to get drops to finish China - and well also need one more round of event crops. Next task to be done is the 100% Ep bonus which I'll do just before I harvest my Honeydew and Carnations that are done in about 5 hours. Hopefully, that will provide a lot of drops. I put rose hips in on both farms. Will harvest when I get home from the real life farmer's market. I am hoping for good drops with those in overnight/most of the day. Should be able to get in one event crop harvest today.

I haven't pulled all my stables up on both farms - using Crystal Falls to make manure, so only planting two fields of the Bahamarama event crop.

Gotta go... The Farmer's Market beckons...

I finished the Middle this morning. Completed Left side up to step 11. right side is done up to step 9. All the crops are grown......just waiting on drops Congrats to those who have finished There is still plenty of time, folks!! Just a reminder to those who trophies are not in the LL, DON"T forget to move BOTH of them to your field prior to harvesting!!
