    Initial Reaction:
    Graphics good.
Look forward to winning trees and Cloud Row with EP's and Farm Coins are needed for Crystal Falls.

I do not like that the two types of crops have different harvest times. The 1 hour difference in harvest time tends to keep those of us who try to do the events without baskets glued to the computer more than usual.

    Middle of Event Reaction:
Running low on drops now. Okay to have two types of crops but it would be nice if they were not restricted to certain fields. It would be nice when trying to get drops if you could choose whether to plant long term (non-event) crops on the mainland or tropical fields.

Like watching the buildings get built.

    End of Event Reaction:
I liked that the random animals chosen were not those that were being asked for in Quests (bison, axolotl, crocodile) or the rate ones like crab, salamander, shark, or penguin or the new pheasant. I would have preferred that Elephants were left out because of the Elephant Breeding in the near future even though the quantity asked for was small. Prior to the event I was able to purchase animals that I had a shortage of in inventory.

I liked that the total requirements of event crops, random animals and drops were doable without being glued to the computer constantly or scurrying around trying to sell inventory so that I could purchase needed items.

At the end of the event I had all my event crops harvested but was short on drops but it was not an extremely high amount. I had planted some fields with long time crops overnight but I have done this before and still worried about getting enough drops to finish.

Overall it was a nice event.

So far, this is a wonderful event! The rewards are very nice and much appreciated.

Re the two crops with slightly different harvest times: turns out that if you only use manure on the longer one, they harvest within minutes of each other. So thank you for that - only using half the manure I would normally use on an event like this.

8)This event is a good one - not too pressured and frenetic, as many have been lately with too-high crop growing requirements.
The prizes are good, as well, with some nice variety.
Annnnnd....after losing my initial growing stock and losing the first day:wuerg:.....there is actually a glimmer of a chance of finishing!!
So, thank you very much for a well timed and structured Event - a pleasure to play, and not so stressy!!!:D

What is the difference between a good event and a great event? I have spent many many micro-seconds (adding up to almost a couple of minutes) pondering this and this great event has given me my answer. You see, I need to see progress as I donate my crops and drops and animals and here I have that... Lots of relatively small steps and the visual fantasy of building these magnificent testaments of three great cultures. Each time I harvest, there is enough crops and drops to do multiple steps through the early stages.
I appreciate the work that has gone in to the graphics and how the buildings 'grow' as I progress, and fair rewards! Top Marks to All the Developers!

Again we have a similar event back to back, growing crops and getting drops... we should have a break and get different types of events from time to time...

I really liked this event, easy to complete, good prizes and beautiful graphics. Good cloud row that can be harvested twice a day. xD

Very unstressful event. Graphics good. EP TEP and CC's were very generous. Overall enjoyable well done BP.

Only issue, poor sheep never seen them get any time off until buildings were complete. what type of employer treats their workers like that;):p

I agree with all the above: a nice, uncomplicated event. Graphics are superb! :inlove:

I was working most of the event but still managed to grow enough crops and the drops were pretty good too. Just what the doctor ordered!:D

Once in a while it is nice to do something like this - not easy, there's still work to be done, but not so tricky that we can easily slip up although poor Farmlily decided she still wanted to add a little bit of stress to the event! Hey, think we've all done that at some point! ;)

A very big positive point: no milling products! Thank you ... maybe I can feed some of my Baha animals from my own stock for a while. :)

I guess it's easier to complete for higher levels (or for those who purchased baskets, have a lot of chutney, etc.). I noticed some saying it was easy to complete, so just wanted to add 2 cents to the feedback for those of us at lower levels (don't make it harder next time, please). I liked the graphics and the theme very much, but found the stone drop rate was not very good for me (particularly the soapstone) -- and the crop growing time was a bit too long (wouldn't be if the drop rate was better).

I'm not even close to completing any of the buildings, and won't be before it ends-- but did manage to get the first 3 prizes of each building. Enjoyed it, but it was far from easy -- I even had to stay up all one night just to finish what I did. I think I'll just go into the next event knowing I can't finish and go for what I can (without my sleep cycle suffering). ;)

ETA: To clarify, the main reason I stayed up all night is because I won the 200% more on harvest for 12 hours with one of my party tickets. Unfortunately, I won that at 8pm -- so didn't want to waste it. But even with the 200% more on the crops -- I still won't get close to finishing. Thought I'd at least finish one building, but alas...

To add another positive: I appreciated the generous EP and TEP rewards. They were helpful.

Still the drops are too low. ignored the last 2 challenges and would not have got enough drops. Tried this one but I'm going to be 100 short on both drops. Looks like challenges are finished for me. I don't believe you can fully participate in the game for free now.

A good event overall, except for the lopsided fact that the Mainland; namely trees gave next to nothing for drops (ie. an entire field loaded with 3 jumbo trees, an arbor house, & XXL's gave 9 limestone...(I said the same thing), Pens were average drops even with 15 hour pens. but the larger drop rates were the crops..wasn't it supposed to be evenly dispensed? Even with the added ep it's not making a dent in the drop rates for those two. On the Baha side I've 200+ leftover and counting. I wish I could trade off those Soapstone's for a few Limestone. 12 hours to go and still waiting on them..
    Later on:
A field of Racoons, Roosters, Kingfisher and Moose with Carnations on the sides yielded 3 Limestone. Fantastic no?

8)Same here! - Drop rate way too low for the limestones! Plenty of soapstones left over.....I'm with you Saturnia...wish we could trade them!! Other than that, it is a good event overall.
I still have a chance to make it, but ONLY because of the generosity of all the dear fellow farmers who are helping me get there!!

I have to say yes thank you BP for this event... I and many others liked it... Some has did it with no issues. others not so lucky. Me , well I have just got it up and running with time left on event more then 7 hours mind you...lol Limestones for me and some others has and is still for some a issue getting them... for others its the soapstones...

I am so glad I did not have to babysit my farm till event ended trying to finish it... While i was trying to wait on limestones and got closer to last few steps, i some how ran out of main event crops... not sure what i did wrong, but i fixed it and moved on... it all came together... in fact i think i had my limestones done by then... which was amazing.. I was about to doubt myself and this event...

GREAT REWARDS ----- GREAT EVENT Keep up the great work BP. But we still like a break every now and then.

I Always try to prepare my farm to get as many Drops as i can on my initial harvest. Almost every time i get good drops. Just in case the Drops is lessen during an Event.

This time growing Cattail Reed and Golden Papyrus does not give good drops compared to growing normal crops with lessor growing times, only to find it gives better drops then Event Drops which seem very unfair. So my objective was to Grow all the Event Crops asap.

It would have been nice if both event drops had the same growing times !

Love the Graphics. I not mind to Donate Animals as i had the stock of them. Would like to say thanks for helping me make some Millions of CC Selling overprice Animals. That gives me an Incentive to restock them

I like this Event and love the Rewards too
