Forwarded Daily Login Bonus Problems

    Howdy Farmers,

    The following issues have been forwarded to the Game Team:
    • Sept 31 bonus collected but no prize awarded for some players
    • Daily Login Streak reset for some players
    • Oct 1 Login bonus unable to be collected for some players
    • Oct 1 bonus shown as collected, but has not been collected by user
    As soon as we have further news, we will update this thread.

    Howdy Farmers,

    The Devs finally found the issue and the following will happen now:

    ALL users will get the first and second day (for October) booked via script in the next minutes and all wrong entries will be deleted from the data base.

    All users who claimed the rewards will get the rewards again– unfortunately we can´t display a popup for this. Free spin limit will be ignored as the user doesn’t have an option to use up his current spins. since today’s reward is level TEP the user should get a level up popup, should a level up happen.

    All users will be able from tomorrow onwards to claim the DLB reward as usual.
    The streak for all users will be correct after the script has run as well.

    Howdy Farmers,

    There was a miscommunication with the Daily Login Issues. The issue was solved only for those users that were unable to collect the 1st and 2nd Daily Gifts. Players that collected the Bonus successfully, were not included. Regarding the Login streak, this has not been fixed and as today is a Public Holiday in Germany, the Game Team will look at the issue on Wednesday.

    For the users that were effected by the login streak issues, the Dev's have found a solution and it should be fixed by the end of the week.
