    In the USA October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. But I want everyone to take care of their health! Not just breast cancer. If any of you, or someone you care about... has a lump... a strange mole... is feeling unusually tired... etc... etc... etc... Please see a doctor! With most diseases like... heart... diabetes... cancer... the sooner you start treatment the better your chances of managing or even curing it and living and enjoying the rest of your life.

    As many of you know I am a breast cancer survivor. Almost four years now. YAY!!!
    I'm eating healthier... Exercising more... AND FEELING BETTER THAN BEFORE MY CANCER DIAGNOSIS!!!

    During the past year the oncologist reminded me that I had an aggressive form of breast cancer. Then... he said he believes that if it had metastasized we would have seen it by now.

    Then... Olivia Newton John announced that after 25y her breast cancer had metastasized. I feel for her. I've seen her on a PBS program saying how she tries to take care of herself by eating healthy and exercising. I wish her the best. If I make it 25y before mine metastasized I will have lived past the average age of USA women. Can't complain about that! But she was much younger when she was first diagnosed...

    Four years! Woo Hoo! So happy for you!:D

    My sister is still fighting but she is a trooper! Every day we have with her is treasured.

    Yes Woo Hoo! to you Suzee! Congrats on the four years of being Cancer free. Stay strong and prayerful for all who continue the battle.

    PnP, I forgot about your Sis. My memory still needs a boost... lol. My thoughts are with you and your Sis. I do remember you've had your own health problems. I haven't have much time for chatting but I do think about you.

    I think about the rest of you too and hope you are well. I do remember that there are other cancer survivors that play also. And I hope you all are well.

    Hi I am a 7 yr. survivor of Common Bile Duct Cancer and am Blessed to wake up every morning.
    I pray that all that are battling cancer have Hope and Pray in their life.
    I Pray for each and every one of you that you can move forward with hope in your hearts.
