I do hope that poor Boris is OK after his encounter with Elsa, she sounds like a very dominant woman!!!

He's fine now, I was worried that she'd punctured under his "armpit" but no signs - he must have just been bruised. He wasn't completely blameless as it was her loosing most of the tufts of hair as he pounded her with his hooves! Even though Elsa has been with us for over a year now, he has never really accepted her but they've never fought before, or at least in my presence.

That must have been so scary. It's not like you can run up and pull them apart.

Sounds like adopted children to me. Then again all pets, which I believe your reindeers are to you, are like children. :music: xD

Took loads of moss munching fenzy photos today... Just Sharing 2.
First Katya, second Frodo (who I was feeding over fence)... Just odd how his coat is so much different... Longer but nowhere near as dense... No clues as to why, just an observation . :)

Katya again this time, impatient for feed to be mixed. I can cope with one crowding my little feed store but sometimes up to 3, in full antler, which can take some untangling and they can only be reversed out as not enough room to turn!

She obviously thinks that you need a helping hand with sorting out the feed. I don't envy you if you get hemmed in by all those antlers!

Never time to snap photos if there's loads blocking me in feed store as I need to untangle them and back them out quietly... Not that they'd intentionally hurt me or each other BUT loads of pointy bits in a confined area, no room to turn so need untangling and backing out quietly.. All good fun!

Yes Karen, I can see where that would be good fun!xDxD As long as you are the one having all that fun! Lilaclady is right, I think Katya is just sorting it all out and doing a "taste test" too!xD

    My Lazy Lumps...
Some mornings they meet me at the gate and crowd the feed store as I get breakfast ready but not today. I got "the look" for disturbing them! :)
Walking in amongst them didn't even stir them.... Breakfast in bed???

Karen, those reindeer have some serious sleepy eyes going on! I don't think they are even ready for breakfast in bed!xD Looks like they want to hit the snooze button and go back to sleep!

Sand... I'll remind them in the morning if I want to hit snooze button tomorrow and have a lie in bed. :) I'll get my own back! ;)

Just think... I could have had an extra hour in bed!!! :)

Love the photos of the "lazy lumps". They look as if they are saying how dare you disturb us. I bet you would be in trouble with them if you did feed them an hour later, you just won't win!

I didn't make them wait this morning & they were stomping about waiting for breakfast.

Updates from my Scottish babies. First picture Loki (that face!), Thor behind and you can just see Freddy and then a photo of Storm.
