So what I infer from the above post & from the basket is that you can breed anything you like but need to donate some specific breeding animals including goats. At least those that are seen in the breeding basket pictures. And coloured goats are selling fast and for high rate in my market. You can find out from the market which breeding items are selling high.

 

Thank you 12ss12! Don't see any hearts or badges in the basket, that's a nice change. Maybe this Mountain Climbing will be fun.

 

But you have to use your PFs & breed and grow event crops too. If you see the basket, there is a hook or pin like thing too along with the crop. Hope the event is fun as you said.

Mentor system is going to be changed, so it is said it is better to get all good prizes from the mentor system.

As far as I understood all the messages, we are able to breed whatever we desire to donate. Maybe the goats in the baskets somehow are usefull as a booster. Something like: when donated at certain stages you're progressing 2 steps instead of 1. Dunno.. just guessing!!

Looking forward to the events BP has in store for us. December is known as the month of giving. Hope they didn't forget about that

Family, loved ones and friends, lots of good food, peace and tranquility, time to remember and think, all can be Christmas.
The christmas mood for the farmers, for their farms that they care for the whole year, is now preparing for a new job.
Even though they are screaming out and stinging the icy wind, they will bloom on our crazy farms . Snow erases any plant, but farmers have and .
Filling gifts for loved ones will be a brunch. This can be great . So the farmer did not freeze outdoors and work went better, he has a bunch of helpers .
The fields, surrounded by snow, will not only produce the beautiful ones , but they will give farmers there , too , to pack it
in for their loved ones.
Growing in the winter, it certainly deserves great recognition and rewards - for diligent and skillful farmers.
