Going to try to do this one without the concurrent event. Not sure I'm willing to part with crops! Given that Bahamarama is in play I should be fine for drops (fingers crossed). Just hoping I can get enough crops in time. Really want that cloud row!

I think this means that you can participate from level 13, but you must be up to level 39 to participate fully! Saying you can participate from level 13 is accurate to some degree, but ignores that you must be up to 39 for some parts of the event. Alternatively, saying you must be level 39 to participate is also inaccurate as those at lower levels can take part up to a certain point!

I think the key is that it says from what level can we participate, not what levels can participate - you can of course take part at higher levels, but must be at least 13 to take part at all, 39 to take part fully, or between the two to be partially involved!

 

Save today's daily gift for tomorrow morning to start the event. Shouldn't that help boost drops????

How do we get tinsel for the quest?

 

That's how I understand the 13-39 craziness as well squigglegiggle.

Sarann, today's daily gift will only increase EP earned... not help with drops, unfortunately. Drops are dependent on the length of time your crops, stables, production pens and trees take to grow. The longer the growing time, the better the chance for drops. It will definitely boost the EP on your initial harvest or the EP on the event crop when opened at the right time tho.

FarmerDelight... the tinsel is for the next Xmas event following this one. The Enchanted Wintertime Quest is a supplement for both events. We won't know about getting tinsel until the FAQ for the next event is posted.


Got the answer I was hoping for... we CAN gift the same gift multiple times to the same animal . That will help us farmers get the CR and givers more easily and cheaply, and also allow us to pick and choose exactly which prizes we want based on what we can afford to donate

 

Thank you Illy for the work on figures for us.... Sometimes our lives get so busy it's extremely helpful when we don't have to take time to sort things for ourselves. It means a lot!! Getting excited for Christmas here!!!!

Stocking Stuffing FAQ 14th to 19th December

Christmas Eve Xmas Layer Event Starts on 21st Dec to 27th Dec. From 21st Dec we can work on Level 4 to 7 of Enchanted Wintertime Quest. This will 450 Tinsel Flowers and 85 Ball Ornaments

We can Acquire 1100 Ribbon Tulips and 145 Gift Boxes from Completing Level 1 to 3 of Enchanted Wintertime Quest.

The First Goal is to Create 12 Presents to unlock the CR. As there are Four Animals x 3 Gifts each Total of 12 Presents. We have a choice which presents we like to unlock as we can unlock the same present for each Animal if you like, or unlock different present each time. Either way you would need at least 19,200 Ribbon Tinsels and at Least 1620 Gift Boxes.
I am going to use all 6 Fields for Ribbon Tinsels. Harvest 19,200 asap So i can resume back to Main Fields to work on the New Quests. While i can reap the remaining Gift Boxes to complete this event.

 

Well having said I wouldn't do the quest, I completed all 3 steps and all 3 levels of each step without making a dint in the barn! I don't often donate to these things so didn't have a gauge of how large the barn value requirement actually was.

Think I'll use comfort fields + supergrow + suzi on Baha, and regular fields on the rest (perhaps comfort fields + supergrow overnight).

 

I got 422 drops. And I will be going for the blue box and the last toy (4th one). I find their rewards good for me then others. I will be going for Penguin, they give us farm coins, 1 hr coupouns & stars, reindeer - they give us 10 Powerfeeds, 1 GB and 1 CAC. And may be ike horn few times as they give us giraffe wonder stables - i don't have giraffe stable yet. But I found out that you can only gift 3 times to an animal. So have to gift every animal to finish the event.

Don't forget to get the compensation bonus. And do enchanted winter time FSQ, they give you event 1100 event crops.

 

344 drops, 145 of those from the FSQ. Only 199 from my whole farm. Carnations, honeydew melon, and 20 hour trees, trophies at 28/30. I planted all the event plant in 1x1s and came up 10 short... hahahaha Maybe BP will give me more in a few hours.

 

437 drops(292 from initial harvest + 145 from FSQ)...All six fields covered with 1x1 event plants...Every harvest will give 4480 event crops (1120x4)

 

Kibs, 4480 is your gross event crop per harvest. You have to take into account your net which is (x3 or 3360) for planting the next harvest to do your accounting properly.
