Announcement Game Compensation

Howdy Farmers,

Due to the Game Downtime over the weekend, the following compensation has been awarded:​

It will be claimable via in game news once per user account from Thursday, 14th of December at 14:00 CET until Sunday, 17th of December at 22:00 CET.

The compensattion consists of:

• 1 x Carrot-apple chutney
• 1 x Harvest Helper Coupon (12 hours)
• 3 x Party spins
• 1 x Spring wreath
• 50 x Super-grow
• 10 x Suzy's super-grow
• 10 x Power-feed
• 1 x Event plant EP booster (100% extra EP for event crops for 8 hours)

A script has run to book Stocking 9 to users that were unable to open it during the downtime.
A script will be run later today to book back the BB's for players that used them to open the day 9 stocking. A script will also be run to open the day 9 Daily Login Bonus.​

Update:

Due to issues with the script that was run to book an extra day to the players that were unable to collect their Daily Login Bonus on the 9th of December as an extra day was opened but no reward was booked, also some users got an extra day booked, so the script has been reversed and the Team will look at the issue again on Monday.
We will update when we have further news.​

 

Howdy Farmers,

The following steps will be implemented to fix the ongoing issues with the Daily Login Bonus:

• Set all users to one day (most likely tomorrow, maybe the day after), no reward bookings will be done -> so the users can at least claim the reward from the next day onwards again as usual
• Fix the streak for all affected users -> will be most likely done tomorrow or the day after
• Implement an in game news with a compensation package claimable once per user account including the following items for all users:
  • • • 15 x Super-grow
      • 15 x Suzy's super-grow
      • 1 x Fruit cake
      • 5 x Free spins
      • 1 x Harvest Helper Coupon (3 hours)
      • 2 x Renzo tickets
      • 3 x Party spins
      • 1 x Spring wreath
      • 1 x Event Plant EP Booster

The exact time and date for the Compensation package will be announced as soon as we have news.​

Howdy Farmers,

On Wednesday, the 20th of December, the Team will fix the Daily Login Bonus. This will be done during the planned Maintenance which starts around 15:00 CET to ensure that the script will run smoothly.

• All users that have logged in at least once in December will be selected.
• For all these Users, the Login Bonus will be displayed as collected from the 1st until the 19th of December so that the 20th is ready for collection.
• The displayed days for the Login Streak will be corrected. For the users who have already picked up the 19th login bonus for December before the run of the script, an additional day will be added to the Login Streak.
• Due to the correction, no login rewards will be booked afterwards, for this there will be the bonus package, which can be picked up via the news page.

The Compensation package can be collected from:

Starts: Thursday, 21st of December at 14:00 CET (UTC+1)
Ends: Tuesday, 26th of December at 22:00 CET (UTC+1)​
