Elements of this event seem fun, but there is some frustration in that we finally get a decent amount of MM time and we have to spend it growing a bunch of event plants and working on events instead of gaining ground in the MM farmers society quests that are already there and have a large requirement of goods to complete. MM feels more frustrating than fun these days.

Also, having all of these events on top of each other without any down time is daunting and causing Farmerama burnout, at least for me.

I would agree...these are 2 major events not mini's. I would like to have been able to really spend more time with MM

Frustrating 2 events at same time when got loads of MM FSQs waiting. ok my choice what I do but BP need to start taking us into account

I actually have no problem with two events running simultaneously, as one is run on standard fields, other on MM fields, I don't get into any conflict with them at all, actually view it as advantage in some respects.

As to MM event itself, I appreciate the choice. Some players might have finished their MM content, so they work on the event. Others may chose to either do the event or continue on our other unfinished MM tasks. Again I don't experience any conflict with that and welcome the choice. Well don guys. :)

nortonc, there are 2 MM events going on at same time. Which requires 3 crops to grow if doing both events ok 1 crop most have ready in barn and only short growing time but unless you are lucky enough, which I doubt as requirements to get mushroom field open is rather high, to have 2 full fields open its juggling around what to grow

O was roaming bewildered about my farms looking for that second MM event phoenixboy. It took me some time to realize what you are talking about. Is it those kebab eating bats? I completely forgot about them, but still consider them one event. Bats being just an optional add on to Tycoon. Yeah, I guess it would present a bit of conflict if I wanted to squeeze absolute maximum out of every event. I take it as yet another reason to be relaxed and easy going about this game. I do like it very much above other farming games I've played.

I agree with the above statements that while both events are fun, having them together takes away a significant portion of enjoyment. I love anything with mystery to it, so the bats are up there in my list of favorites. I do like that the left and right sides of the tycoon event are not required, and only add to the rewards, so I was able to keep my crops and trees for things I'm working on, and only go for the event crop. That is a significant plus, for me. Like most of us, I love moonlight events and very much appreciate the longer MM. I like having special moonlight events - but not every time. There are so many quests to accomplish, and not just quests, but key quests that open things like the mushroom fields and the arboretums - it is getting to the point of being discouraging, looking at all that is ahead - and more keeps being added. Please stop adding new features, just for a little while, and give players a chance to get caught up and therefore to get enthused again. Remember - happy players spend money, discouraged players leave the game! Econ 101.

So glad to have an extended MM once again!:D:music::);)
I very much enjoyed this Moonlight Shop Tycoon event :inlove:... the rewards were very generous, even tho the required donations for the (optional) side bars were a little steep. Lucky I had a decent stock of the needed crops and items already in my barn. (I know not all are that lucky tho). Drop rate for this event (on my farms at least) was the best I've seen in a long time.:)

Feeding the bats on the other hand... -.- just a bunch of greedy little fungus munchers, and not very giving of the high end prizes this time lol. Too many prizes, and too random results... out of the 50 bats I fed, I was not all that impressed with their rewards. And I did not care for the long mill time it took to produce all the Jelly Ear Kabobs. I milled in a big batch, and even with the turbo mill subscription it used a lot of valuable mill time that could have otherwise benefited my farm... which is why I PAY for the turbo mill in the first place 8) .

Over all tho... this was a fun and fulfilling event for me, Thanks BP ;)

I only did the sidebar for the 13 erie trees but I'm grateful. Most of those (like, six? ) turned out as various nightgleam trees, which I'm desperate for, because of the Mushroom Forest quest. I also got the cactus tree, the only one I was missing. (I got the others from that SQ months ago. ) It could have included a willow tree, too, I would like more for the fairycat feed, but overall I'm far from complaining.

You don't HAVE TO grow event plants. I still have the original ten seeds in the barn, and of the jelly ear I only grew one round in the mushroom forest (when it was still just the first field) . Since then I managed to get my first extra forest part, and I'm nine cats away from another. You don't need to get frustrated like that. (And what for? The main prize is a cloudrow that gives you EP of various amount. )

I did the left and right sides only. I appreciated the prizes for this. It did require I grow some extra things for this. The main event I skipped because my priority is to grow things for more full moon land.

I'm not even bothering to feed the bats, I agree, simultaneous events ask way too much and totally random prizes aren't good to me. But I am enjoying everything else and the 13 eerie wonder trees were a real boost. Haven't finished yet, but I will and will have a bit of time to spare for continuing to try opening my mushroom fields.

I agree with much of the previous feedback. You simply cannot treat moonlight events the same as others since the fields are not open very much. I still need to open sections in the new field, which I really need for the event, but can't work on and the event at the same time!!! This is it seemed even more was going on. I can't even think about feeding bats, and probably won't come close to getting enough drops to finish the event. Please give an extended moonlight with no events now and then! we need time to catch our breathes once in a while!

Everyone's opinion is certainly valid but personally I didn't find this series of events stressful at all. Perhaps it was because I had no plans to do either event to begin with. Once I realized it was going to take me a lot longer to move forward with any of my other MM goals I participated in both events with great success. There was no CR to shoot for so really it was just a prize giveaway so doing only a portion of it or not doing it at all to catch up seemed a good idea to me. I still put out trees and stables for mushroom forest quests and still planted and harvested crops. I was very happy to have the extended MM as I don't always have a lot of time to do much of anything during the usual 24 hour times.

So I say thanks for the extra days and the extra prizes as well. I had fun and that is always my ultimate goal.

Drop rates once again are not good enough to continue the event- stuck waiting for drops to continue. With event crop being the only thing planted I would have hoped the dropped item would be higher but it is not as usual. This game with the multiple events that have no way to be finished without spending hard earned money every time is getting old.

An event like "Moonlight Shop Tycoon" should be separate from a "regular" moonlight mania event. This way we can still progress with our regular moonlight tasks and fully compete in the Moonlight Event being promoted. Why not have a moonlight "event" around the "1st Quarter Moon" timing each month?

Well done. I didn't feed the bats and the drops were good but then again I have the farming rune and I didn't have to struggle...

The rating on this event was Medium--it should have been Hard. The rating should be based on completion of the entire event from harvesting or purchasing in the market.

I skipped the right hand sidebar and only did a few bats and found that the left sidebar and main sidebar were Medium. Completing the entire event would have been hard. Without buying baskets I would need to SG my 1x1s and use CAC in order to get all of the crops needed for the entire event. The market prices are through the roof anymore so you may be able to buy a couple needed event items but not this quantity.

    Liked the MM trees offered.
