I like the event too but the "deluxe" pheromones are a joke! They are worse than useless.

Drops were all that were needed to complete the event--no animals from inventory. A first for a breeding event.

I did not mill any Deluxe Pheromones so I had limited supply to form an opinion but the 10 I had on each farm proved to be worse than regular breeding. One farm even tried using multiple Deluxe Pheromones (2 each) and these resulting in next level animals--no skip.

 

Did you guys mess up or something and make the deluxe pheromones do the opposite? Because I don't see that anyone got a good result out of them and the more you used the worse it was. Not a good way to get us to breed more at all.

The event itself was fine and I liked that you could finish with medal drop donations without having to give up any animals.

 

I'll echo what others say. Medal drop s great, delux pheromones are useless and waste of resources. Have used about 15 of them with no good results.

 

I do lazily but so far, growing event plant for the monkey and some regular farm activity had brought me as far as the first cloudrow. I'm not sure how I feel about the deluxe pheromones yet,maybe I mill them now and use when the ratios are set higher a little. Although there's achance that the non-deluxe breedings would receive a worse success rate, thus making the deluxes be desired without BP having to give us any higher-value animals. Ormaxbe it's worth a test to mix breeds.

i have to admit no breeding needed if your farm is set up good... I did however spend almost 800 powerfeed just to get my second CR.. Yes i completed the event.. with 37 hours left... the only thing i got to say though is that stupid upgrade we have to do to add it to the cr... OMG really?????? why not just give us another giver and all problems couldve been avioded from this event.. BP have you NOT learned yet? yes i know you havent... duh on my part..

I want you to know i was scared to death to upgrade mine after seeing countless post asking for MODS help with that stupid giver.. PLEASE that was uncalled for..NO more upgrades for our cloud rows please... thats more hassel then needed..

other than that stupid giver you gave us to make us do this and that too to place on our CR... i liked the rewards very much thank you...

 

I had three breedings with 3 deluxes each, and got gold medals for them. In the one breeding I used only one deluxe, I got a bronze medal. This seems consistent.


As for breeding results, the three deluxe times I did mixing (one colored + three basic aniimal, two times two basic + two colored animals) it worked nothing better than 4 basics. When I used only one deluxe, two basic pigs and two potbellied pigs, I got a wild boar (see: lucky mixed breedings in the past) and a brown pig (now this is luckier than expected previous occasions)

I know thisisn't reliable statistic but it seems the extra reward is effected by three deluxes, the breeding result is better with only one.

 

I mistakenly leveled up the houses equally......now the cloud rows are useless...

I did send a report to Support through a different thread and moved the duck dwellings back into inventory so they can 'work' on them there if they're able to do anything...we'll see...

 

Rewards were good. But from what I hear deluxe potions had no effect at all. So stopped with few. Placing Duck houses rewards in cloud rows is confusing. Something must be done to those players who are unable to place it in the cloudrow. Also same event crop for 2 concurrently running event is not good at all.

 

I did exactly the same The support also can’t help so I finished the event only to have two useless cloud rows It’s sad and discouraging especially that it’s easy to make such mistake
My only hope is that BP will find a solution and help us with the problem

 

For me the event was great . Drops were good enough to finish it and still a lot left. I did some breeding mostly without the deluxe pheromones because the test I made wasn’t satisfactory .
I love the items from this event and didn’t put them on the row of clouds as they give much more EP/TEP in the show gardens .
But I really feel sorry for those who mistakenly upgraded both of them and now they can’t use them the way they want (I was pretty close to doing the same). Some of my friends did so and now they are left with their problem and feel angry and sad .
A great event with one bad idea that for some spoiled everything. Two identical items and you have to be careful to upgrade only one of them while the curtains can be easily put on both. I also noticed that those who don’t have enough resources to finish the whole event, wanted to use only one row, but when they mistakenly upgraded the first item they still can’t use the first row without getting the second item. It’s not strange that they are frustrated.
I really keep my fingers crossed that the Game Team will find a solution and help all affected players.

 

A simple little common courtesy warning in the FAQ could have prevented a lot of farmers from losing out on the cloud row rewards
That is A LOT of EP to be missing out on just because support is not willing to help farmers fix one tiny mess up that can be quickly reversed to make all the disgruntled farmers happy. Very unfair

Thankfully, I did not make the mistake some did with duck house upgrading! Very sorry for those who got caught with this unnecessary step. It should be enough to work to collect givers without additional steps to add confusion. Thumbs down on curtains for cloud rows.
Not at all pleased with the "super" pheromones - no super results for me! I tried the super stuff for 24 breedings: 3 skips of three levels, 7 skips of two levels, the rest were next level animals. Not worth the cost. Went back to regular pheromones.

 

I'd strongly recommend those affected to not give up and ask support to reconsider, because German support are helping their players!

I still love the breeding event. But the pheromone deluxe was a failure. I'll just ignore that one drastic changes are being made.

Overall, a great event. Only used medals and got everything but the second cloud row. Givers are great to leave in the park, and the first cloud row is fine. Had a decision to make at the end, trade in my Picasso horse to finish or forget the row and curtain. I kept Picasso
