Oh my bad, I was thinking all were referring to Baha Red Pandas!... Serves me right for only dipping in and out between r/l. :) Ignore me

CR up and running. Just to get the drops I grew 16-19hrs overnight and mainly 9-12hrs crops during daytime for the past days. The wait wasn't that much fun but it was effective and the crops gained might be handy when the next set of high end FSQ appears. Got a few hunderd extra event crops to spare for the flowerpots that will drop while regular farming resumes, not sure if it's worth growing more. Will see.

Wishing everyone who's still busy feeding pandas for the CR the best prizes on the way!

Just harvested and fed the Pandas. I have 11 more Pandas to feed. I made 6 pots this morning from my harvest, so I should be able to complete this in the remaining time.

I'm finished. Finished this morning and milled more arrangements to use up my extra crops. I will not plant anymore pansies. I loved the crops for this event, but the long gap between finishing crops and finishing drops didn't bother me as I was confident I could finish it easily. However, I do recognize that it could be a worrisome and stressful time for those who do struggle with drops.

My farms are back to normal with what I want/need to do on them (for nowxD...until the next eventxD)

I put 3 different long time crops in the 3 fields to check. Main field was carnations at 18 hours 54 min (got 59 drops), Meadow field was rose hips at 19 hours (got 60 drops) and Glade field was Gentiana at 19 hours 45 min (got 50 drops).

I was thinking the rose hips and the carnations wouldn't be as close as the time was close but the EP was different at 118 and 149 respectively. I was surprised at the Gentiana. It was longer time and higher EP at 169 and got less drops. It could be that there were roughly 15 less fields on the Glade but wasn't expecting that many less drops.

I now have 32 of the 45 pandas done and figure I will finish but the drop rate really is awful.

All done here - not planting any more pansies but am planting long term crops that I need or poppies, which are helping to mill extras to get rid of the excess pansies.

I would used Howie Donuts, places in Fields to boost event drops. They help tremendously to gain better drops on Harvesting Crops, Stables, Workshops or Trees.:)

I know they are very hard to get only via Barter and Gift Event. But it Helps. If not got any Howie Donuts, then would work on Carnation Refinements, which helps get drops sooner ;)

Or work use Deluxe fruit Mixer can win up to 30% on your longest drops rose buds, Foxtail Millets, or higher timed crops (20% Crop Reduction - Gold Slot, 10% Crop Reduction - Silver Slot.

I now only need 5 Red Pandas to get. ;)

6 more Pandas to feed. I am using refined carnations for my drop crop.

Mooboy - What is Deluxe Fruit Mixer? Is it a giver?

Deluxe Fruit Mixer is a Spa Manager you find it in Artisans Village, As you need to unlock via Tree of Wisdom using Stars. It not a giver but a Crafting Buff, You can either need Herbals and ingredients to craft it or buy Spa Manager Crafting Trades in the Markets :)
Click this Link for more Info Deluxe Fruit Mixer ;) Just two more Pandas to feed for me xD

Tremendously... That is a bit strong word. They help, they give you a 5% more chance of having a drop that rises up (!) from the ground. It is an increase yes, but I've always found them disappointing in the drop department On my old farm I ended up with having all the turtles grouped together in the park. Pure decorations.

I am done, one extra arrangement which gave me a golden banana. At first I thought it was a normal yellow banana, but when I went to eat it I noticed it was golden :inlove: Drop was so and so, but I've slacked on the night crop and let farm be idle a lot so I don't think I can complain really. Loved the flowers, really really loved them. Can't wait for spring to come, then I buy some myself. Or maybe I should plant some from seed. Real life farming :inlove:

As this one is done and dusted I've been planting sunflowers to be ready for the flying event. Last year Arielh said we needed about 2600 sunflowers in addition to the event crop. Might be an idea to have it prepped and ready. Last time there was some really goodies to be had. :D

I just finished 3 Mouseketeers, I have the CR up and running!:D I stuck to the Orange Pansies and have some left over to make a few extra arrangements, should I get enough drops!;) Other than that I too will go back to normal planting and will also plant some Sunflowers to get ready for the Flying Event! Congrats to all who have met their goals and good luck to all still reaching for them!:inlove:

    Me too Sanddollar! ;)

As said, I was away for a long weekend and thought I would have to let these events pass me by.

I looked at the requirements and decided they were worth a shot. I prepared my fields and then grew the event crops for this one, using just two fields and then planted Four Leaf Clovers overnight when possible and maybe even an extra planting of Wild Strawberries if time permitted. :music:

Now I will just take whatever I have left to try for any other goodies. :D

Banjo: I was getting 50+ on my Four Leaf Clovers - let's hope you are lucky with them too! ;)

Hi Moraine, I forgot to mention i have 5 Howie Donuts, they do make a difference on my drops. But i always Refresh that field before start to harvest that field to ensure Howie Donut work properly ;) Wish i can place them in the Living Legend Rune :p

Yes, maybe I should have added a +5% per Howie. But I still think they are too expensive for their worth. I did my trophies to the max, and even with idle time on my farm and no optimizing for drops, I usually end in surplus. So for any farmer out there, I'd really think about cost vs benefit. One can still buy hippos at a reasonable price per EV (only one I bother to check, who knows, could be more). And even before doing those last levels, drop really wasn't an issue. For some, yes buying Howie is worth it, for others no. On my old farm I think I had up to 4 Howies, but really the drop wasn't amazing with them, unless I dragged them along all 4 to every field (work, and a fun killer deluxe for me). Now the price for one Howie is often (tremendously) high. Especially if you're a relative new farmer, or simply don't have a lot of rare stuff to pay. For these reasons I feel I have to be the voice of the opposite view of the Howies

Cost versus benefit. What's worth it in the long run is different for every player.

I also finished this morning and got the CR up and going. :D I will get some sunflowers in later, right now I've put out a very large number of saved up mystery stables and trees. I've also been selling off some extra regular animals as the prices in my market are insane. Made over 10 million just selling chickens, rabbits, turkeys and bees. People must be taking advantage of the BBD somewhere.

Four farms down and three to go. I don't think the 3 will make it. Not bad considering I'm playing flat on my back, leg in the air, using an old laptop and caught a cold to top it all off. Congrats to those who finished. Good luck to those still trying.
