Creepy Dinner Party Strategy Thread

LOL Mooboy - Habalala will not be using PF but picking it up as a prize! I hadn't noticed the prizes (as usual) and had to check it out so hence my plan to skim up the Silvers and come back for anything else I can grab on my slide back down!

 

On my other farm, I'm trying to get the last section of the mushroom field open, so I'm going to grow event crops on one field, and regular MM crops on the other - hoping it works, if it doesn't, I'll take what I can get and won't be too pouty (that cloud row is rather mediocre).

This farm needs a lot of faireh kittehs to open more of the mushroom field, so I am just not sure if I'm going "whole hog" on this one - I'll do what I can...

After a few quick harvests and some considerations (see Feedback) I am already at the point to abandon this MM event. Nuked event crop, 10 fields, provided 1 drop ..

I got 47 drops from first harvest Of course half of Mushroom Forest still needs to be open I really don't know how far I will go in this event. Replenishing my MM stock to finish opening the forest seems the logical thing to do. However, those givers are tempting!!

 

52 drops on first harvest here. Not my favorite MM Event!
I am going to focus on opening the last field (need 200 kitties and have 6 pens). Event plants on Mushroom Forest and plants for more kitty pens and Creepy Willows on MM field. Any givers I can get will go on my Haunted Manor.

 

I don't think I can come close to finishing this event with the drops that are needed. I'm still going to try for some of the givers though.

I've only got the one field to work with so it's going to be tough.

 

Halabala, Glad put a for you I though i will post what advice i can as it going to be a tough MM event for drops.

I am nuking 6 Cat Fairies as i go along not much help with drops. Nuking Event Crops is not a good tactic as it just been proven

If you are happy to Throw everything you have that reduce spooky crops such as Glowmold, Ghosts,Duckshadow Bloom or Blackbat Flowers but must use Terror Bouquet + White Innocents + Moonlight Mania CR + Water + Manure instead This is what i would do

I am curious dumbunny - which quest are you working on to unlock last part of Mushroom Forest, as i am working on Mushroom Forest IV

 

I did a few steps and then gave up - decided to make more cat fairies so I can finish the final part of the mushroom forest quest that needs 200 of the little darlings

 

Info: For those who are in the same boat as me working on last part of Mushroom Forest IV

• Level 5 - Silver 50 Cat Fairy
• Level 5 - Gold 100 Cat Fairy
• Level 5 - Diamond 200 Cat Fairy

You need a Total of 350 Cat Fairy couple of you it is not 200 Cat Fairy Just to clarify

 

Do you know where I can find a CAT FAIRY farm??? me got to steal some cats.. I think maybe by this time next year.. I may have 3 more spaces opened and 3 to go... But then again..

My 2nd farm isn't even far enough to worry about how many cat fairies I need. I can't get past the more than one thousand Nightgleam orbs. BillyWhiskers has 3 more sections of MF to open so this event is not going well. Just not enough space to get reliable drops.

I may be a diner that ditches the dinner party. I'll know for sure by tomorrow morning's harvest.

I think here on pnp I might manage to scrape by but BW is a big question mark.

I was joking about a cat fairy farm as I got CATS to STEAL....

350 plus not counting what other quests wants... or earlier in that one as Mooboy said level 5 alone wants 350.

I think they are hiding, but you need to tempt them with something better to eat than dark apples, gripping grass and creepy tree leaves.
I know my cat wouldn't eat that and when they do eat plants, well.....it doesn't go well with their tummies.

Yeah, it's gonna be a while 'til I get that one done, Mooboy . Nuts, I'm still working on MF II , can't seem to keep enough Nightgleam Orbs in stock, since need them for slime monster food too. I have 14 orb trees out with Suzee's and mulch, and still need 2 harvests just to open gold on level 8, then another 600 after that. I've gotten 119 skull ladles so far, but haven't had much time to farm since MM started. After reading the posts here, I'm not sure whether I'll continue much further with the event or concentrate on growing crops. We don't get extended MMs enough that I want to waste precious growing time. Too bad all the PF rewards are in the last level.

 

It is if the Diamond is all that is left to do!

 

I told myself today opening Mushroom forest is a marathon...not a sprint (did I get that right?) How on earth are we supposed to get that many drops in 4 days? The givers would be nice Yep, that will be my goal and anything after that is a bonus! Guess I better get serious about growing those event crops

 

Once I got all the new space on MM fields I stopped doing any of the quests. I'm not interested in arboretums for the plant, tree costs. I have just been building up MM crops, trees and animals because I knew eventually there would be an event asking for lots of these items. Most of the MM FSQ's are super light on rewards....so I just choose NOT to do them.
I'm glad I did....once I have enough puffballs and drops will go through event quest.
It's really too bad we cannot sell or buy MM crops/trees or animals.

I still need so many paddles!!! I don't know if I will make it with the skull ladles.

 

Just wanted to point out I altered my previous post due to bad mathematics! Hope I didn't scare anybody!

Yet another edit: I just noticed that the event crop time has decreased to 4 hours - got to make that part a little easier, or not? I was happy that it was the same as the other event crop but anything that speeds things up can't be bad ... can it?
